I was extremely excited to get Scott Smokin' Silz as my DJ and he did not disappoint. He had my guests up and dancing all through the night and kept them entertained during dinner. The Hot Mix website was very helpful in organizing the songs we wanted. Also Scott was able to travel to Michigan for us which meant a great deal.

My dad's friend specifically mentioned the fact that he was so grateful that the music wasn't blasting in his ears throughout dinner. My parents and their friends have been to so many weddings where they can barely talk to the person next to them because the music is too loud. The up-lighting was wonderful. Hot Mix Entertainment was great at my wedding! They played all the songs that my husband and I enjoyed. I really liked how they continually checked up on us to make sure that we were happy with the song selections that would be played. We couldn’t be happier with Hot Mix and our DJ, Scott. From the first phone call, they were great to work with. They knew what questions to ask and sometimes I felt like they could read our minds. My fiancé was in charge of the music, and I didn't give it much thought. I really don’t know a lot about music, and felt like whatever we had would be fine. But our DJ Mark was amazing, and I realize how wrong I was. He took charge of the reception and really set the tone for the whole night. As a lifelong non-dancer, I was prepared to hang back, but they even got me and my 81-year-old grandmother up and on the dance floor. No small feat.

I can’t say enough about Scott and everyone at Hot Mix. We got married over Memorial Day weekend, and we wanted it to be a really fun weekend.
