om this venue. When I tell you the biggest moments were ruined my wedding, it wasn’t from little “oopsies, things happen”. It was from a wedding staff that’s really just trying to get your wedding over with so they can move on to the next one. The front staff was so incredibly rude. My event planner was absolutely abysmal that she made me miss my entrance then shoved me out the door so I basically ran down the isle, with my veil and train twisted. She then left about 20 minutes into the reception and multiple times we had to look around for help from anyone who would know which ended up being the kitchen staff. There was zero communication leading up to the event, and anytime I’d try and email my planner it would take a week to get a response IF I got a response. The day of I didn’t hear from the planner all day until an hour before the service I had to call her to ask what the plan was. After all the head ache and zero support we get hit with sudden extra charges that were never discussed. We got the second to largest packages and all I could say is I wish I could redo everything from a completely different venue. Do yourself a favor and absolutely find a different venue
