My only complaint is the 'extra items' need to be ordered the Monday before your event per the contract. We sent out request the Monday before our Sunday wedding and were told it was supposed to be the Monday prior. It wasn't a big deal because we weren't relying on the item, but it was a bit annoying seeing as it wasn't clear that it should be really 2 weeks before the event. the party. The attendant was punctual and professional at all times. He was very patient with the kids, as they took several UNLIMITED photos and videos. HotShots provided a scrap book as a keepsake for my daughter. After our guest took pictures, 2 copies of the customized photo strips printed. One for the guest to keep and one to go in her scrap book, that our attendant assembled during the party. He also made sure that the guest signed next to their pictures in the scrap book, which I think makes it that more special. We were able to bring the scrap book home after the party and we can't stop looking at it. We requested the private photo booth with the sequence back drop, and it looked fabulous! They also added a free video option in our package and it was a hit! Now my daughter has videos from all her friends and family to look back on. Several props were provided for our guest to use and they loved it! With our package came FREE uplighting which illuminated the room and made my vision come to life. so quickly and you feel like you miss out on a lot but we made it to our photo booth and the guys were so much fun. All of our guests loved the photo booth and the operators. The videos are such a nice touch. I will cherish them forever. Having two operators really helps to keep everything organized. Some other friends didn't get to see a lot of their photos and such with other companies because of things being misplaced in the chaos and having only one operator. They were as affordable as any other company but give you very specialized attention because they only do photo booths. All of my emails and questions were attended to immediately and I never stressed about one detail with the photo booth. I highly recommend!!

ed a photo booth package for our wedding. It was quite spacious (at one point I think we stuffed the entire wedding party in there) and easy to use with the attendants. The picture quality of the prints was super high quality.
Our main focus of the photo booth (besides adding a bit of fun to the reception) was to utilize the scrap book as our guest book. HotShots sent us an extra attendant to handle only the scrap book and honestly she hit it out of the park. The book came out fantastic, and we got to leave the venue that night with it in tow! It was so fun looking at all the photos during the after party.
The customization for our photobooth rental was quite impressive. Not only were all the photos tagged with our names and the date of our wedding, but the package also included a custom back drop with the same. They even included custom props (which we used to print out the faces of our favorite movie characters) which were a fun addition!
They also added a free uplighting package which really helped the ambience of our reception. And probably our favorite part of the whole package was they actually recorded video messages from our guests who visited the photo booth. HotShots edited the video together beautifully. And since we didn't have a videographer this was really special for us to have.
Booking was super easy. Eric was easily reachable on his cell phone and was super friendly and helpful.
I have to say that booking with HotShots was the easiest / smartest decision we made on our wedding. Once we booked Eric and his great team at HotShots handled the rest and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I gave them a 4/5 out of 5 because of how they handled the final payment. It was my fault that I forgot the payment the day of the wedding, BUT they ruined about 20 minutes of my wedding dealing with it rather than calling me the next morning. It got me really upset and they kept repeating "I don't want to bother you" when they had already done just that. I ended up using venmo to pay them during the wedding, but I was just really upset at how it was handled. I would recommend just making sure you remember to bring cash the day of your wedding.

Our guests were able to record videos which HotShots combined into one compilation that we will enjoy forever. Our guests all loved the photo booth. Each guest in each photo received a copy of the strip and the HotShots attendant printed an extra strip each time to paste into an album. Our guests were then able to sign next to their photos and we received the album afterwards which is exquisite. The attendant was professional and helpful and kept things flowing smoothly. Eric, with whom we coordinated everything, responded quickly to all of our inquiries and answered all of our questions clearly. In addition to the photo booth HotShots also provided uplights for our venue which were great and really enhanced the ambiance of the room. All in all we were completely satisfied with HotShots. Two attendants ran the photo booth all night, and they were just like Eric - personable, kind, and ensured that our guests had a great time.
