After working in hospitality for over a decade, Brandy has a wealth of knowledge in organization and communications. Day-of coordinator and healthcare worker Katy is an outgoing person who loves acting as an on-site director and event planner. "I Do" Coordinating offers partial planning, day-of coordination, month-of coordination, and decor setup services to help you arrange your rehearsal party, wedding ceremony, and reception. Before you get married, you can have a consultation with Brandy and Katy to establish your requirements. They will be happy to provide to-do lists and timelines to help you stay organized and on track. The team can also liaise with your chosen wedding vendors to ensure everything goes smoothly on the big day. Month of Coordination Process: First Virtual Call: Initial Phone or Video Consultation to go over what you have planned so far and to establish guidelines and timelines on what's need moving forward. Open communication with your Coordinator at any time for any special requests or changes made to your wedding details. 6 Weeks Out: 2nd Call to review your final details, floor plan, layout, vendors, timelines, decor, bridal party, and any special requests. 4 Weeks Out: Vendor Check. 4 Weeks from your wedding date, your Coordinator will reach out to every vendor to go over all of your details and agreements. In-Person Meeting and Rehearsal Dinner: The week of your wedding your Coordinator meet you at the venue to tour the space, review all final decor set up details, and lead you and your bridal party in a rehearsal of the ceremony line up, entrances, and exits. Day of Your Wedding: Your Coordinator will arrive prior to the vendors and stay throughout the entire wedding to ensure all vendors execute their services as agreed upon. Your Coordinator can also assist with last minute decor set up and help to gather your special items to be saved for after the wedding is over. Couples may also choose to add consultations hours on a needs basis. We also offer a Partial Planning Package for couples that need additional help in the planning process.
