big day and many more that I probably don’t know of. It’s a stressful thing to trust someone with the wedding vision that you’ve worked tirelessly to create, but Athenee truly listens to what you want and helps you get there.

ed all the contracts prior to hiring Athenee. I originally hired her to do all my wedding signs, seating chart and for basic support. After our first phone meeting I knew I needed her for more. She was patient, an amazing listener and had amazing advice and recommendations. It was very clear in our first conversation she had a background in event planning and a lot of experience. I added her to my Pinterest board so she could see my ideas. She help me with lists and organization. She help me see the little things I was missing to make my day flow perfectly. Athenee even took over contact with all vendors as it got closer to the wedding. She had every detail figured out! My wedding day was AMAZING! She had everything handled. She let me enjoy my morning to get pampered and ready. She help me to let go and relax! Visually my ceremony and wedding were better then any Pinterest page I saved! My guests have ALL told me how beautiful everything was!!! Although, I wanted everything to be perfect, I secretly wanted my guests to enjoys themselves and visually see my vision. She kept my husband mike and I on time. We never felt rushed and she even helped us get a few minutes here and there alone to take in the moments of our wedding day! She is worth every penny people!!! Only regrets, is I wish I had her for the whole year of planning or at least hired her earlier. If I knew I had her in my corner I could have relaxed a bit more. Thank you for everything Athenee❤️

reated a beautiful teepee arch for my sweet heart table. She also beautifully wrote out my seating chart on my mirrors. I wouldn't have been able to have this special day without her!

ching around for a coordinator but when I finally spoke with Athenee, it was it for me. It seemed like I was on the phone with one of my girlfriends. She was very personable. Although I only had Athenee as my Day-Of coordinator but she did more than anyone. Aside from the planning, she also did my seating chart, table name, gifts for my bridesmaids and groomsmen. Everything in my wedding was personalized and all were because of her. Athenee truly understands the phrase 'Everything should be about the couple on that day.' We did not worry about anything at all. There were a few hiccups but she took care of them like they didn't happen at all. My cake was delivered to the wrong place and didn't make it on time. She already came up with a plan B and my guests never even noticed it. I had all 1000 cranes all tangled up but she somehow made it work and they were all up on the wedding arch by the time I walked down the aisle. Everything was going so smooth that all we did were just enjoying the party. My guests even commented that everything was so organized. Thank you Athenee from the bottom of my heart. You truly are an amazing person. You have made it so much easier and so much more special for us.

on, she knew exactly what to do and knew what would make me happy. She is genuine and gets to know her clients before planning their event. From creating my bouquet to the seating chart to the location decorations, she knew exactly what needed to go and where. And, while I was running around like a crazy person, she always kept calm and reminded me to focus on what I was doing. She made sure we got the family and group shots. The group shot is one of my favorite shots from that night. She thought of everything and I will always appreciate everything she did for me and my whole family. She also did my bachelorette party, wedding shower, rehearsal dinner and my wedding day. I highly recommend I Do Planning!

henee brings so much to the table. Her skills in calligraphy, floral design, carpentry, hair and makeup made it where she was able to help out in so many areas. Her attitude was positive and bright through the entire process which created a very low stress environment. We would not have had the beautiful wedding day that we did without her!
