ing reception to later in the year on Halloween night, with no penalty. Truly unheard of in 2021! The Infinity Hospitality team planned the most incredible spooky, black-tie masquerade. I literally sent over 2 inspiration pictures and they planned every single detail after that... and absolutely nailed it. It felt like we walked into the Phantom of the Opera the night of reception. Kalyn and her team were so great to work with - always responsive, friendly, and just really a joy to work with. We were unable to do a tasting due to being displaced from Hurricane Ida, but the food that Infinity Hospitality prepared was to die for - surf and turf and the risotto bar were SO good! And the venue itself just could not have been better for our group - the whiskey room was such a hit! Thank you to everyone at The Bell Tower and Infinity Hospitality for the best night(s) of my life!

The food was wonderful, the dancing was so much fun, and most of all, the venue was beautiful. I’d recommend the Bell Tower and the Infinity Hospitality team to anyone!

ntract with, so Infinity Hospitality reached out to let me know that they had purchased the River Compact space - but I wasn’t seeing the emails! A few days before the rehearsal, my fiance got a Facebook message from the owner of infinity hospitality saying he had been trying to reach me for months and was putting out one more good faith measure to get in contact, because we did not have a contract with them, and if we had showed up, there would have been no one there with it locked. He really went the extra mile and honored that we had a contract with the previous company - though I’m sure they probably didn’t make any money themselves. They could have easily said “too bad so sad” and not bothered, leaving us with a wedding nightmare. It’s so funny that we didn’t even book them, but they ended up being a huge saving grace for our wedding! They went the extra mile for us - not even their clients - so I’m confident they would do a spectacular job with any other wedding.

Beyond that, Kacey, who was also our day-of coordinator, left feeling like our friend. She is organized, up-beat, and someone who truly feels like they are just as excited for your big day as you! ervice from the staff the day of the wedding was great! Kalyn and Cori made sure our wedding was exactly what we envisioned and made the day run smoothly. They coordinated with all of our vendors, made sure everything was set for the day, and were so kind during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to plan an event and wants to feel confident that everything will be taken care of!
