It didn't end up raining, but having them up for peace of mind was definitely worth it! I can only speak for the tent portion of their rental business but we were satisfied with their services!

My daughter's color for the tables was navy blue. We had booked 19 8' rectangular tables. I was told it would be set up the night before. I arrived at the venue at 9:00 am and not a chair or table in sight. They lied and said I had told them not to come until after 9. They didn't show up until after 10:30. When they brought out the table cloths, I couldn't believe what I saw. They sent THREE different colors of blue. Navy, royal and an awful bright blue. As the tables were end to end, how was I going to be able to use these different shades. The delivery guy said that was all he was and they were closed on Saturday. I and my daughter kept saying we needed to speak with someone. This was not going to work. We were even trying to decide on a different color than navy in order for the tables to match. When I arrived back at the shop, he had contacted Kim. She had gone to the other rental place and picked up some more navy cloths. When I asked if she had ever counted to see if she had enough, her response was "We always have navy." So I repeated my question again and Kim responded yet again "We always have navy. Maybe someone brought them back damaged and we didn't stay on top of it." So that is your customer service from Intents. They apparently never check to see if they can fill your order. If you ever have to use them, I would personally check weeks before to see if they can fill your order and see it all in person. The delivery person was one of the rudest persons I have ever dealt with as well. So in the end we had just enough for the dinner tables and while different styles, with the chairs pushed in it was doable. We didn't have enough for the cake, guest book or gift tables. I would never use this vendor again.

Thanksgiving Holiday". WHAT?! So, I freaked out because I thought I would have no chairs. Luckily, they showed up (a good bit late), apologized, and helped us set everything up. I would use them again, but would request to know about any special closings in advance.

The delivery driver told us that a golf course in Bentonville called last minute to have tables, chairs, and a tent set up for an event. My wedding got crappy tables and chairs because they were spread too thin. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

as if I was disturbing him. He answered all of my questions even though I know he must have been incredibly busy. The tents looked beautiful and the quality of their rentals was fantastic. I appreciated their patience with me and their willingness to give me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this company to any bride. They provided me with wonderful service and for that I am grateful.
