My fiance purchased my engagement ring from IDC in Winter Park. The ring is absolutely beautiful and the value was great. When he purchased the ring he brought in another ring of mine for sizing purposes and they ordered the ring one and a half...

sizes too large. When I brought the ring back in to be resized after having it sized down numerous times, they would not service the ring even though it was purchased at their store. The women would not answer any of my questions regarding the services that IDC would provide me since the ring was purchased there. She only told me that they would charge me to resize the ring if I wanted to. Needless to say we won't be getting any other jewelry at IDC.

Recently we bought our bands during a special event and the sales associates were incredibly helpful, fun to talk to, and genuinely wanted you to find someone you loved-- not just the most expensive piece in the store. They have such a huge selection, amazing customer service, and have the best deals. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere other than International Diamond Center.
