The venue has a beautiful bridal suite so you can get ready there. He also had the Mariconda room for the Groomsman so they had somewhere to hang out before the wedding. ay was 06/19/21 and I can honestly say it was the most incredible day of our lives. Working with Susie at Itasca was effortless. Her care for her couples is something I don't think many people get the luxury of having. I knew she was genuinely so happy for us and it showed. She worked around the clock setting up our décor, making last minute seating arrangements and accommodating us in every way. Our experience is even hard to put into words. However, it was so magical we have decided to book our baby shower there as well. Working with Susie and the whole Itasca country club team was beyond words. All of our guests still talk about how amazing the food was and the room looked. Everything was spot on thanks to them. I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough!

s so easy. We worked with our coordinator Greg, and truthfully owe it all to him as to why working with Itasca was so great. He was professional, knowledgable, and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure that our day was how we wanted. And he made sure that every little detail was taken care of. That way, as the bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Having the whole space to ourselves was wonderful: we put our sweets table where cocktail was and it was a great space for our older family/kiddos to be able to a part of the room but a ways away. The neutral color scheme of the venue is beautiful, and it really helps you bring your own style to the place without worrying about clashing colors/decor. The windows add so much natural light to the room, especially at sunset. The food/drinks were great. The views from the golf course made for beautiful photos. Can't say enough positive things about Greg and the Itasca Country Club. Highly recommend!

Leading up to the event; no request was too big and they accommodated all of our needs and made sure we had everything we could possibly want. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough - Excellent Venue!

eautiful (one of the only venues I have seen that has wood floors and not the ugly banquet hall floral carpeting) and the food is AMAZING. But, unfortunately I was very disappointed in the service we had the day of the wedding. I would say if you plan on havjng your wedding here, you need to have a wedding planner, as the country club is not attentive enough to the details of an event. Some examples of issues we had were: the bar options we had chosen and written in our contract were not the same as the alcohol options they had at our wedding (we specifically had a brand of alcohol for my dad in the contract… they had 1 bottle for the entire 200 person wedding), they did not have forks for the dessert table, so guests were eating cake with their hands, and there was a mishap with our late night snack where it was never served (both our fault for not catching the mistake before the wedding, but also on the venue for not catching it as well) and some other small issues. My mom went into the country club after the wedding to discuss our issues and was told they would reach out to my husband and I about it. It has been 2 months and we have not heard a thing. Overall, I would say this venue is perfectly fine for someone who is okay with paying attention to every last detail themselves or will hire a planner to do it for them.

Gina took the time to explain in detail to us all ICC has to offer (their are some fun hidden features too!) and the bride & groom had MANY questions. Which she responds to quickly. They will work with you and offer suggestions to things you might not even think about! Food/beverage options are many and affordable. Wedding cake , chair covers included. So, you can take that off your TO DO List!!! Have been at different events at ICC and never disappointed. Absolutely can't wait for my daughter's BIG DAY!!

We got SO many compliments on our reception about how smoothly everything went, how incredible the food was, how stunning the venue was and how impressed they were with the overall service. ne at Itasca Country Club!!!! I had tons of questions, late-night emails, phone calls, changes, and everything in between, and Susie always had advice or an answer for me. If you are looking for a venue that has a coordinator who truly cares that you have the best day, and wants to make sure everything comes together for you, this is your spot. The venue itself is gorgeous. I picked it for a few reasons. The chandeliers and the wall of windows adds so much elegance to the ballroom. The Lyons room was perfect for a ceremony/cocktail hour.I had 170 guests and no one felt crowded. They provided an arch which I was able to decorate, and the addition of the fireplace for my winter wedding was dreamy! Even though I had a December wedding, I still was able to take pictures outside which were gorgeous, and I imagine the pictures in the summer are amazing!! Lastly, the bridal suite is huge and a great spot for the bridal party to hang out and get some peace and quiet before or after the ceremony, or as needed. You might not think you need fireworks at your wedding, but the fact that ICC partners with a fireworks company was a huge selling point for me. They aren't as outrageously expensive as you think, and the fireworks show was awesome! The best part is that you will literally get the most beautiful wedding pictures ever and guests will enjoy the show at the ballroom windows. I can't forget to mention the FOOD. I had multiple guests say it was the best wedding food they've had. Most steaks I have had at weddings are well-done or dry. The filet medallions were pink, juicy, and so tasty. The Itasca Chicken was also a huge hit! Dinner took a bit to get out to everyone, but everyone forgot about that after tasting it...seriously so good. I have to give a major shout out to the coordinator Susie. She is an angel sent from the wedding planning Gods. She helped me get a donut wall (#weddinggoals), answered all my emails and questions within hours, and worked with Gina (also an angel) to set up my wedding perfectly. I literally dropped off boxes of wedding decor, told her my vision, and I arrived 2 hours before the wedding to absolute perfection. If my makeup wasn't done I would have cried seeing it all put together like that. You are in incredibly good hands working with these ladies. They worked so hard to make sure I was happy, and I couldn't have asked for better. I will miss them!

our day but it must be said. The venue itself is pretty, but the customer service and way things are handled was truly a nightmare. They are extremely disorganized, unaccommodating, and do not appreciate your business at all. I found out 4 weeks before my wedding that my coordinator was no longer there. No one from ICC let me know, I found out through my father when he went there to schedule a golf outing. I found that very rude and unprofessional, that the venue would not let me know that the coordinator I planned our entire wedding with was no longer employed there. Our coordinator, Sarah, had worked with us through the planning of our wedding and she was willing to make some deals and be accommodating in some regards. We had emails back and forth about these things. Once she was no longer there, the manager, Patrick, decided that he would not honor anything that we had worked on or that Sarah said ICC would do for us. He essentially called me a liar, (even though I had the written proof in emails) and that Sarah would never have said that. It was honestly such a disturbing conversation and left me in tears. There was not much I could do since it was only 2 weeks before our wedding besides just pay the extra money. They tried to rob us of every penny that they could. This institution is very disorganized, and a lot of things went wrong on the day of our wedding, despite telling the new coordinators several times what our requests were. It was very frustrating. A few things that went wrong were: the food was not what we tasted at our tasting, dinner wasn't served for some guest until 9pm, the room was set up incorrectly, dirty dishes everywhere, golf carts were not waiting for us for pictures, and many more things. If you want to have a fun experience planning your wedding and coordinators who listen, don't have it here .

ince I was planning our wedding from California. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The food was wonderful- the Itasca chicken is my favorite! The fireworks were amazing and made our wedding extra special. Our guests raved about our venue and how much fun they had! We highly recommended this venue for any event. I was the happiest bride ever and had the wedding of my dreams. Thank you Susie for everything, I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful job you did for us!

going crazy with all the madness going on from what mother nature did the night before but Patrick was able to make our dream come true letting us having our outdoor ceremony, im so thankful for all the people that worked so hard to make the place look beautiful! our wedding was a dream come true thanks to all the hard workers at itasca county club. Itasca county club provide us an amazing service, delicious food and magnificent people. Sara was an amazing person to us she is very organized and we feel very safe with her, megan was there for us the whole night making sure everything was running smooth and vicente an exceptional person who makes us feel like we were home his generosity and his personality is amazing itasca country club has amazing staff that knows how to treat people all my guest felt welcome because everything was perfect, definitely itasca country club is not only a beautiful place but the people who worked there is very polite they all put smiles on their faces and make everyone feel like home, at the end of the night no one wanted to leave itasca country club everyone felt so confortable! all my guest kept telling me how everything was so perfect and they highly that food was delicious. we highly recommend this place for any type of event everything about this place is amazing everything was so worth it and i am the happiest bride ever i had the wedding of my dream. i am beyond happy i choose itasca country club to make memories that will last forever
