We worked with Emily and would recommend her to EVERYONE with no hesitations. She is professional, knowledgeable, funny, detail-oriented, and an absolute logistic powerhouse. We worked with her in a day-of-coordinator capacity, in which she had multiple meeting with us before the wedding, sent us a Google Drive full of organizational resources that made our planning so smooth, reviewed all our vendor contracts, and answered random wedding industry-related questions that we had. On the day before our wedding, we had a venue walk-through with her, in which she coordinated details with the venue liaison, and she also led rehearsal. What is most worth your investment is what happens on the day-of. I told Emily my goal was to not make any decisions that day except how many slices of cake I was going to have, and that's exactly what happened. She took care of everything - set up, tear down, vendor coordination, decor, helping to wrangle family for photos, the flow of the evening, the rhythm of the processional, and I'm sure she did a thousand other things we didn't even notice. At one point in the night I asked for a pen and she appeared 5 seconds later with one in hand. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy being in the moment and also took pressure off our friends and family so they could relax as well. We would recommend Emily's work to any of our friends and family.

Emily worked with us for over a year on our wedding. She had great energy and really understood what we wanted and always had insight into the industry that we wouldn't have known. Closer to our wedding date we worked more with Alassandra, who was our day of coordinator, and she ran our day so smoothly with the help of an assistant, Jocelyn. They all helped make our dream wedding happen, and the day of went even better than we could've hoped. Would highly recommend Its all in the details for event planning!

Alassandra was our day-of coordinator and she was on point the entire day! She was always on hand when we had a question and took care of details before we even thought of them. Emily was also a huge help during our wedding rehearsal the day before! We'd absolutely recommend them.

Alassandra is so nice and a joy to work with. As a wedding DJ communication and calmness from the coordinator is key. I saw her being very hands on and hanging all the flowers on the arch and much more. I have worked with Its all in the Details in a past wedding at The Fauntleroy in West Seattle and they always use that image for their promotions

Emily was wonderful to work with. My Wife and I didn't know much about weddings when we started out and Emily provided the guidance we needed and helped fill in the gaps in our knowledge so we could focus on the more fun parts of the planning process. She listened to our preferences and vison and found the perfect venue for us. She was quick with her responses to our questions and saved us money by helping us figure out what we needed a vendor for and what we could do ourselves. The ceremony and reception were smooth and we got to fully enjoy every aspect of the day without worrying about if we were keeping to the schedule thanks to her expert organization. “It’s all in the details” was worth every penny.

We have many fewer grey hairs because of Emily. She is an absolute dream to work with and thought of everything - from making sure we had bites to eat throughout the day, to gathering our things and putting them in the car, to finding my bouquet that I forgot in the panic before walking down the aisle, and so much more that happened behind the scenes. We owe her many thanks and highly recommend her support!

Jenny was exactly what we were looking for in a day-of coordinator. We selected the "Day of Coordinator" package and received amazing vendor recommendations in addition to the other services provided. Jenny was always available to answer questions via phone or email before the event which was extremely helpful. She also met with me in person and we walked through the timeline which I was able to send to my vendors. She reached out to my vendors before the event to ensure they knew the logistics, and it was nice to not have to worry about that piece! She also helped keep everyone on track during the rehearsal and helped with everything the day of our wedding, including setting up decorations and moving decorations from the ceremony space to the reception. Jenny is friendly, knowledgeable, & we couldn't have done it without her! Our wedding went so smoothly thanks to all the work that Jenny did behind the scenes. Would highly recommend working with Jenny & It's All in the Details!

Emily was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was incredibly prompt and great to communicate with leading up to the wedding, and she went out of her way to make time and work around our schedule for events before the wedding. My wedding party liked her so much that one of my bridesmaids already hired her for her wedding next year!

Emily was beyond everything we hoped for!! She was always available and offered to go above and beyond since we did not live in the state of our wedding. Emily thought of everything while in planning mode and the day of she was amazing! She made an effort to be personable to all our guests while making sure we were good and always had a drink in our hands! I would recommend Emily to plan any event you need!

Working with Jenny was everything we could have asked for and more. Jenny was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and started really taking on more responsibility at the 45-day mark. Jenny took the time to really understand us and our vision for our wedding day. We felt unbelievably confident in her ability to bring our event to life. Day-of and at the rehearsal it was amazing to truly let go of the reins and let Jenny do her thing. Our wedding was incredible and we can confidently say that that wouldn't have been true if it were not for Jenny.

Jenny was incredible. She was fun to work with for our wedding. We threw a pop tart bar and a petting zoo at her and she jumped on it. I've dealt with a planner or two in my career, Jenny is the best I've seen. We had so much fun and so very little stress! And a shout out to Emily as well, they get it done.

I’m so glad I found this company while wedding planning. I had originally met with another local company and that meeting left me feeling super anxious and stressed out. They made me feel like all the work I had already done on my own was pointless and suggested I go for a very expensive full planning package. I happened to stumble across It’s All in the Details after another search and from my first meeting with Emily I felt SO much better. She listened to my concerns and what I was nervous about and reassured me that they could step in and help me finish and execute the wedding.
Jenny was the primary coordinator I worked with and she was amazing. She was so calm and organized, and helped me work through every little detail from start to finish. She handled so much on my behalf, addressed even the tiniest and most random of my concerns and anxieties, and kept everything on track leading up to the wedding.
The day of they were AMAZING. Everything was set up exactly how I imagined, and Jenny was the best day of coordinator keeping things running smoothly and checking in with me. My husband and I literally didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. Jenny even fixed an overflowing toilet herself and stepped in to handle a bit of family drama. I would hire Emily and Jenny again for ANY event!!

Wow. Emily is everything we could have hoped for in a wedding coordinator. Her advice was always spot-on, she was direct if something would or wouldn’t work, and was “on-it” the day of the wedding. It felt like she had a twin that day; she was always in two places at once. One thing we especially appreciated about Emily was her open-mindedness. We had a non-traditional ceremony including no bouquet, wedding party, officiant or cake; and we inserted lots of Irish and Persian traditions. Each time we told her we didn’t want to do something or had an off-the-wall idea, she embraced our decision without flinching and guided us through how to make it work within our wedding flow. The day of the wedding she was a sea of calm and reassurance to not only us but importantly, our parents. She was constantly checking in to make sure things were going the way we wished, and anticipated needs we didn’t know we had. Emily will be a great fit for anyone planning a wedding or event who wants an efficient, poised, and experienced professional in their craft. We would hire Emily again in a heartbeat.

We worked with Emily's associate, Jenny, for our day-of-coordination. She was an absolute pro! Jenny was totally on top of all of the planning and coordination meetings and communication. She was kind and patient as we sent her email after email. Day of, she was self-sufficient and independent - everything we had talked about was set up perfectly, and the flow of the evening was seamless. I can't appreciate the full extent of everything she did for us because most of her hard work was behind-the-scenes. What I do know, though, is that I had no fires to put out myself, nor did I have to give anybody directions or answer questions. I just got to hang out and enjoy my day! It’s All in the Details brought our wedding to the next level. Jenny helped us with day-of coordination, and she had our wedding running smoothly from start to finish. She made sure she knew everything we wanted beforehand (including a lot of details we hadn’t thought of yet), and then suggested a couple smart pivots in the moment to adapt when hair and makeup were running late and dinner was running early. We loved working with Emily over the past year or so. Over the course of 14 months, everything came together better than we could have ever imagined. Emily gave great vendor recommendations, organized across so many moving pieces, and was absolutely invaluable the day of the wedding. Even when the unexpected arose (like a literal fire across the street from our venue...!), Emily was there to manage the situation, keep us calm, and come to quick solutions. Emily is 100% there to go to bat for you; even after the wedding, when an issue came up with a vendor, she continued to be supportive and tenacious in making things right. Beyond the incredible job she did, Emily is a wonderful person to be around, and we always looked forward to our meetings. Highly recommended, and we are so grateful for all she did :)

I can't imagine how our wedding would have worked without Emily being behind the scenes! We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she contributed so much during the whole planning process. Her attention to detail and experience helped us too many times to count. She was extremely organized and stayed on top of everything. When she couldn't make it to our rehearsal due to a conflicting event, she made sure to send someone in her place to make sure we had everything we needed. On our wedding day, she handled a million things in the background and made it so that we didn't need to think about anything but each other. We're very grateful for all her hard work, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Emily was everything I wanted - and needed - for our big day. Leading up to it she was all about the details, making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and helping me in areas I was struggling to make decisions in. I almost cannot express in words how amazing Emily was and how much of a difference she made on our big day. We hired Emily as our day of event coordinator, but the role she ended up taking on felt even more involved than just “day of.” She was so helpful in all of our last minute preparations and rehearsal as well. The day of the event, she made everything run so smoothly. We were able to just enjoy our day and worry about none of the details. When our late night snack fell through, she came through to make sure we still could serve French fries at the end of our night. While we don’t ever plan to get married again, if I ever plan an event in the future, she will be my first call. I’ve already referred her to all of my friends!!! You have to hire Emily. It worth every penny (and then some)!

Honestly, Emily is an awesome person and was a great communicator. However, there was a huge ball drop in communication between her and my decor vendor. To this day, I have no idea what happened because I heard two different stories between her and Love Blooms(wedding decor.) In the email she sent, Emily was supposed to arrive at 10am but didn’t arrive until 11am. At this time the wedding decor people has already arrived and had many questions and weren’t able to consult her about it so they basically winged it. I guess the wedding decor contacted Emily over the phone and Emily agreed to doing it herself. It didn’t look anything like I asked for and I’m really upset by the result. I paid $1k in decor to not use most of it and not really utilize the wedding decor service.
I honestly have no idea what happened but this was an extremely frustrating part for me when I walked out as the bride and it was nothing that I envisioned. Emily is a great person, awesome personality but when it comes to being delivered service-this was unfortunately a miss.

Emily saved my wedding more than once. We were faced with one obstacle after another. Not only did Emily always stay positive, but she fixed every issue. She went above and beyond what we paid her for and made sure our wedding was perfect. While I know she had many weddings over the summer, she ALWAYS made me feel like I was her only bride (not sure how she did it!).
On the day of, Emily was everywhere and nowhere. Meaning, every. little. thing. went off without a glitch, but Emily just faded into the background. BUT, my glass was never empty, the decorations were perfect, she executed my vision an dealt with any bumps along the way.
I can't recommend her highly enough. She was nothing sort of amazing!

When my fiancé and I first started wedding planning, we weren't sure if we needed a planner/coordinator. I am SO glad we decided to hire a day-of coordinator. Emily was amazing! She did so much more than just day-of; we had multiple meetings starting months before the wedding, attended venue walkthroughs together, and she led our wedding rehearsal as well. She was always available by e-mail or text, and made sure we stayed on track with our planning and weren't missing any minor details. My now husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without any stress thanks to Emily and her team. They took care of so much, from coordinating vendor arrival, helping set up the venue, assisting the wedding party during ceremony, MC games during the reception, moved gifts back to our hotel room, and more. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, it is ABSOLUTELY worth the cost and I would recommend Emily and her team to everyone!!

Emily was phenomenal from start to finish. We hired her less than a year out from our wedding and I am so glad we did! She was a savior in making sure we were keeping up with booking all of our vendors, asking the right questions and did an amazing job bringing our vision to life on the day of. I had forgotten a few things (like my guest book) at the hotel and she didn’t hesitate to make a quick stop to grab it for me. She was super easy to communicate with, very diligent and always personable. We received so many compliments about how stress free and smooth our wedding was. The best thing I did for my wedding day was hire Emily as my planner/coordinator. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Emily and her team were amazing! I had my previous wedding planner cancel a few months before our big day and I was nervous looking for help. From our first call, Emily was so reassuring and helped ease my nerves. She answered my every email, phone call, and text and was always available. The day of our wedding, everything went to smoothly and I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made it so that if something did go wrong, I had no idea. Erin was recommended to me by a dear friend, about a month prior to my wedding. She was lovely from the start, and worked with me a few times to get all caught up on where I was at in the planning process - I believe 1-2 calls that followed our first in-person meeting. I had originally expected that she'd be 'only' a day of planner, but explained the value and importance for her taking over all details 2 weeks prior.
Throughout the remainder of planning, Erin would send me tasks that I was responsible for completing, and followed up when I fell behind or lost an email (cough - thank you again for your patience Erin!). We got her introduced to all other vendors as POC, which was crucial in those final days, as there were a few loose ends that she was able to coordinate without me even knowing about it.
What I was most impressed and thankful for, was Erin's keen attention to detail (Because it IS all in the details!) and professionalism! I spent the last decade as a (Corporate) Event Planner, and am confident in saying that Erin is truly one of the best planners, and humans I have had the pleasure of working with!
Our venue's POC was a very difficult woman to work with - often unprofessional, rude, and just plain abrasive. She was clearly unhappy that I had brought in my own planner, and did all she could to be difficult at both the site visit (~2 weeks prior) and the day of the wedding. Her team was not at all detail oriented - place settings (for example) were not the same at each seat within one table, and each table was different (we're talking glass count being wrong, spoons missing - really obvious stuff). Erin oversaw and redirected all of it. And despite the abrasive behavior of the main POC, Erin was always smiling, and seemingly having a great time!
When you hire a day-of planner, you do so to eliminate as much stress from your mind on your big day as possible. Erin did just that - she and her assistant provided me peace of mind I could never have imagined, and the ability to truly be present; physically and emotionally. She swung by when we were getting ready, was responsible for meeting all the vendors, checked up on my husband to *sneakily* make sure he and the groomsmen weren't *too* drunk before the wedding etc. My true eyes and ears! Erin humored a number of our parents' crazy asks - from windex-ing the windows of a barn (sigh), to changing assigned seats right before the ceremony for my mother (because, let's get real...there were minutes before the ceremony started, and I couldn't even begin to think of a solution). Throughout the rehearsal, and wedding itself, Erin had gotten to know our bridal party, family, an vendors. She knew everyone by name, had my MoH's cell, delegated to them when too many random, last minute tasks popped up (or the bride leaving her vows at the hotel - sorry....). And I didn't know about any of it :) It all just magically worked itself out. And that magic was Erin!
So Erin - thank you again for EVERYTHING you did to make our day so special! I don't know how you wrangled missing bridal party members, packed up all our decor in what...10 minutes?, pinned all the (lost?) boutonnieres on the boys, managed the relationship woes between my parents, and kept the onsite staff on top of their game (by going table by table through the venue to flag incorrectly set up place settings).
You are an absolute dream, and I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone!

Erin was the day-of coordinator for our wedding in June of 2018. I knew one could hire a wedding planner, but I had never heard of day-of coordinator. Our venue required coordinator, and I’m so glad it did or I would have fumbled through without ever knowing the magic of the day-of coordinator. Erin was the special sauce that pulled all the pieces together and made everything run so smoothly. I don’t want to think what it would have been like without her!
Some of the super helpful things she did before, during, and after our wedding: Erin provided a month-by-month planning to-do list that made the planning seem manageable. She gave me recommendations for other awesome vendors. She provided guidance on what was reasonable to pay for various services. She handled all the confirmations with other venders and scheduling within the final 45 days. She wiped off the ceremony chairs after it sprinkled before the ceremony. She made sure important people - bridal party, parents, etc - were where they needed to be for pictures and the ceremony. She picked up late night Dick’s burgers for the reception. She bought more lime juice when the bar ran out. She helped us pack it all up at the end of the night. Summed up, Erin made our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it low-stress. She was a re-assuring presence, oozing competence and positivity. Of all the dream-team wedding professionals that worked on our wedding day, hiring Erin was the best money we spent.

Hiring Erin was the #1 best choice we made in our wedding planning process (besides getting married in the first place!) She is friendly, optimistic, easy-going, and a pleasure to work with. She's super organized and knows exactly what needs to happen and when leading up to the wedding. My husband and I had more than a few moments during the planning process where we were starting to freak out about itineraries, decorations, etc and Erin was always quick to respond to our emails and set us at ease.
I traveled for work most of the year leading up to the wedding, and Erin was really flexible with our meetings (and conference calls!) so that we always felt comfortable and taken care of. Erin is truly an expert wedding planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married. We opted for the "day of coordinator" package and she really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect - and most importantly perfectly us. She has great vendor suggestions but we never felt pressured to use those from her list. I just love how everything came together and Erin was such a big part of that!
The day of our wedding, Erin was discreet but immensely helpful. She was a master at managing all the "little things" - from dimming the lights and helping move tables when the dance floor started to fill up, making sure the bartender always had ice, helping to bus tables when they got full, and of course making us a plate of food so we wouldn't forget to enjoy our meal! She's so energetic and just radiates joy. I'm sure Erin's seen 100s of weddings by now but she really made us feel like ours was the best.

I was newly engaged with a full time job, living across the country from my family and my bridesmaids. After taking almost 3 months to pick a date and a venue, I came to the realization if I was ever going to make it through the planning process, I needed help. I found Erin online and after reading reviews decided to reach out (I'm pretty sure my email sounded desperate!) After our first meeting I knew I was in good hands and signed on for full planning soon after!
Throughout the entire planning process, Erin was everything all the other reviewers had to say - professional, organized, responsive, mindful of budget, and overall just great to work with. She definitely knows her stuff! I had a lot of different ideas of what I wanted and she was able to help me focus/define and make it a reality - and it all came out better than I could have imagined. I loved all the vendors she recommended and it was obvious the vendors both respected and liked working with her as well.
On the day of, Erin was on her game - working with her assistants and bouncing between the church and reception space to make sure everything was perfect. My parents loved her, and I had many guests notice how hard she worked and tell me how great she was (is). Because of Erin, I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day! My memories aren't of worrying about whether the vendors are showing up on schedule and whether everything is set up at the reception space - they are of walking down the aisle and seeing my husband for the first time that day, saying our vows, laughing at the toasts and celebrating with our friends and family. Hiring Erin was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding day. My fiancé was wholeheartedly convinced we did not need a coordinator, but his experience with Erin every step of the way made him a believer and her biggest fan. Her expertise, professionalism, creativity and care are truly unmatched, and she is entirely responsible for making our day the most fun and memorable event we could have imagined. We relied on Erin for assistance in the months leading up to the wedding, during which time she not only tackled entire projects but also managed the budget and kept us on track with our own tasks. Roughly two months before the wedding, she took over entirely, even picking up two vegan cupcakes for guests on the day of the event. From finding an excellent in-budget videographer at the last minute, to building the vision for the decor on very little direction, to fighting for our plans when vendors changed their minds, she is unflappable. Her calm eased every process on the day of the wedding as she kept all the details flawlessly under control. We can only hope we find another excuse to work with her in the future! We have both sung her praises to everyone we know and will continue to do so. We can't recommend her highly enough.
