Absolutely horrible. I'm sure her florals are nice (as she's been "doing this for 30+ years"), however, never got to that point. She bailed on us a week before our wedding. All we wanted to see was an example picture from a catalog, or somethin...g and instead she copped an attitude, all through text mind you. She will not speak on the phone. I called her 10 times and sent me to voicemail each time. Do yourself a favor, pick someone else for your important day!
