mly and sporadically placed. My mother picked up the bouquet the day before my wedding as I was busy decorating the venue. Once I saw the bouquet later that day, it was too late for me to contact the florist. The quality was so poor that I could not use it as my bouquet or even as a wedding decoration. Fortunately, I was able to get someone to make me a bouquet that night, though it was not of live flowers, as I'd wanted. I called the florist and left a message the next week, and my mother went by two weeks in a row at which times a sign on the door said they were OOO due to an event. I called again and spoke with an employee and left a message for the owner. After nearly a month I still had not received a call back. I then had my wedding coordinator go to the florist and speak to them. She showed them a picture of the bouquet to which the person responded, "Did we do that?" That is the day I received a call back. Per my conversation with an employee, the owner was consulted, and stated that it was too late for me to receive a refund, even though I had been trying to contact them for a full month. The quality of work and the customer service were both lacking, and I would not recommend this florist for an event of any importance.

n not his responses didn't actually address the questions that I asked quite clearly. He had come recommended by Preston Woodall House, and while I agree that his final work was beautiful, I would not recommend using his company if you live out of town. For the price, I would have expected much better service. We had discussed silk flowers for my hair, which were delivered to the venue the day before the wedding. I sent him a photo of something I had found online. What I found in my room was a HUGE comb (no joke, bigger than my head) with shoddily hot-glued silk flowers, some of which were significantly frayed. Not worth the $150 he charged. I hated it so much that I actually just wasn't going to wear it, but our coordinator was able to grab one of Jeffrey's assistants, who happened to be at the venue at the time, and she took it back and brought a much nicer one. In the end, I paid $150 for a single silk peony with a few sprigs of eucalyptus set on a wire. I should have just bought the hairpiece that I had seen online. I would have gotten exactly what I wanted without the heartache for $100 cheaper. I had a beautiful cascading bouquet that was exactly what I wanted with one exception - there was a large lily right in the middle that was significantly bruised and browned. I didn't say anything because at that point it was too late to correct and we'd already had so much trouble that I was afraid of receiving something worse if we tried to get it fixed. Business-wise there is also much to be desired. If you hire him, be very careful when you review the estimates! When it came time to pay the balance before the event, the $500 deposit was not credited to our balance until after I mentioned it. We also had originally included grandparents on the estimate, but they were unable to come so we asked Jeffrey to take their flowers off the bill. In reviewing the bill, I realized after I had paid that one of the three had been left on, but since this was after the wedding and he was already impossible to get a hold of, that it wasn't worth trying to get refunded for the items we paid for but didn't receive. Overall, our experience with Jeffrey left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend him to anyone. The beautiful (but damaged) flowers and decor did not outweigh the communication difficulties, overcharges, poor service, and horrible hairpiece.

Communication was alright, my emails were responded to in a reasonable amount of time. We did, however, have a baby in our wedding party and Jeffrey presented the idea of making the baby something to have on her while her did walks her down the aisle. All of this sounded great, but I was not impressed when someone, not Jeffrey, called me up the day before the wedding to ask what exactly it was. From my meeting with Jeffrey I described it as a small blanket or wreath, something that could just rest on the baby as she was only 6 months at the time and hadn't mastered gripping things. The baby arraignment ended up being what looked like a mini bouquet and was totally unusable; the baby obviously couldn't hold it and the dad was already carrying the baby. It was pretty but not at all what I had been told to expect, and the fact that this other worker had no idea what it was supposed to be was a little worrying. Overall it was not a bad experience. The baby item was not an expensive piece so I really was not too bummed about not using it. Everything was delivered on time the day of the wedding.

h on the big day. He is so sweet and really cares about how you feel, making sure nobody ruins the bride's day. Great choice.

and blew everyone away with the flowers and decorations, both at the ceremony and reception. Guests were talking the whole night not just of how incredible the flower arrangements and decorations were, but of how he was such a personable, likable director. He knows how to do a wedding right. Blake, part of Jeffrey's team, was also incredibly helpful, efficient, and low-stress. He really went above and beyond, especially for the bridesmaids, as he was there whenever they needed him. I highly recommend Jeffrey and his team for both floral and directing services.
