Jen and team were absolutely phenomenal! I initially wanted to do all but quickly realized I was way in over my head. Luckily I was able to meet and work with Jen. She was so kind and so patient with me as I figured out what I wanted my big day to be. From the start I felt like I had a friend on my side and I knew I could trust her. On the day she was quick to action and listened to everything I needed (and all the requests from my mom!), and made sure to give me time and space to be in the moment. The floral and wedding design were beyond what I imagined and the bouquet was gorgeous. I am so glad I found them and even more thankful to have them as a part of my wedding day!!

I worked with Alexandra with the month of Coordination package. She was very helpful, as I had most of my vendors booked prior to researching planners. It was great having a monthly touch point to make sure I was on track and to get questions answered, as I did most of the planning alone. Month of coordination was a major stress reliever during the 30 days leading up to the wedding. Alexandra coordinated all day of details and logistics with vendors for a seamless day of timeline. Throughout the planning process (even before month of coordination), I could count on Alexandra or even Jen the owner, for a fast response to any questions. On the wedding day, it was reassuring knowing that someone would be there to connect with vendors, so I wouldn't have to, be a point of contact for lunch delivery to the bridal suite, steam my dress, bustle my dress, and make sure wedding supplies made it back to the appropriate hotel room. Jennifer and team were amazing for my dream wedding. I often felt like my expectations were out of reach but Jen made me feel well assured that everything would be handled exactly as envisioned. Even when my bartender didn’t show up, Jen called the company and found a replacement. I had no idea that the original bartender wasn’t there until after the night was over. The layout of the decor was beautiful and couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t brag enough about my wedding coordinator. Jen and her team are the best!

Jen and her team are the best! I wouldn’t have been able to plan my wedding without them! From day 1 she was always quick with her responses and always willing to answer all of my questions. She was very accommodating any time I needed to meet to sort out my thoughts and always calmed my nerves any time I was panicking over anything. She made sure the day ran smoothly and made sure I enjoyed my wedding! All of the vendors she recommended were great. She was able to execute my vision and help me bring my day to life! Jen and her team were wonderful! She has an affordable package and offers the very best. I spent the better part of almost the last year talking with her and going through and ins and outs of planning my destination wedding in Orlando. I was so nervous the entire time, but Jen was always on top of everything and such a calming presence. Thanks again for everything! The whole staff at JF Events & Flowers was just wonderful. One of my favorite parts of my wedding was seeing all of the florals! It was exactly like I explain to her. Wow. Jen and her team blew me away. I knew from the start I wanted a coordinator but I never truly knew how much it made the day MAGIC. Jen took my simple vision and took it up a level. Tables set, vendors knowing where to set up, any emergency handled like a champ. My now husband and I never felt lost or confused, we had drinks on hand, we truly felt like royalty with them. The most amazing moment was when she set the picture of my dad at the sweetheart table. It meant so much for the little touches that really made it feel like she understood our vibe. Any little moment of panic was met with calm. I would 100% recommend her.

Jen and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Every detail exceeded our expectations. Jen gave us vendor recommendations and we ended up selecting one of her photographers and the photos turned out positively beautiful. She also arranged the flowers and tables which fit our venue's aesthetic perfectly. On the day of our wedding, every detail was taken care of so I didn't have to worry about a thing. During the reception, one of our guest even mentioned how impressed she was with the coordinating team because everything was flowing so smoothly. I would 100% recommend Jen!

We have decided to get married in Orlando FL so we started to look online. We came across with Jen and his team. Organizing a wedding is not easy but we didn't have to do anything nearly. From the first email Jen was very helpful and she answered every question very fast. The team made an amazing job and a very high quality of service. The location was perfect. Jen is amazing! She worked with me over a year to plan my wedding. She was supportive throughout the process and always one step ahead. She was able to juggle multiple requests, dealing with differing opinions and suggestions from me and my parents. Being a business school student, I was extremely busy throughout the year, so I am grateful that I had Jen to attend meetings on my behalf and negotiate any contracts as needed. She was also able to give me some unique ideas that I would not have found on my own - we ended up hiring a really cool sketch artist who the guests really enjoyed. We wouldn't have had him if Jen had not given us the suggestion. Most importantly for us is that Jen and her team was able to manage our wedding with 300+ guests. She was also appreciative and understanding of the difference in culture between my family and my husband's family. She was able to manage our needs, wants and cultural differences appropriately so both families were happy. Jen is extremely friendly and a smiling face, which definitely something you need during the stress that is wedding planning. Jen and her team did a great job making my wedding memorable.

Jennifer is a very talented and attentive planner! She is very easy to communicate with and give us great suggestions. We had a small wedding and just need some help from Jennifer. When I first began planning my wedding, I had no intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator as I thought it was something I already had planned out in my head and pinned to perfection on a Pinterest board. However, as time went on, I quickly realized that executing those ideas was not something I could do on my own, especially working a full-time job. Planning a wedding is a full job on its own!! After I spoke to a few local coordinators, I still was not feeling very confident on the whole idea. After all, it is a big financial commitment and I did not feel like my ideas were being heard. That is until I met Jen! Something just clicked and I had absolutely no reservations about having her become a part of our big day! She listened, she communicated well and had wonderful ideas that meshed well with our ideas. Not to mention she was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people we had ever met. We had her for a "day of" coordination and she made sure everything was in order and on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding. A huge weight off my shoulders! Come wedding day, she and her team came in a executed a wedding that I had only once dreamed of in my head, except this time it was mine. I literally did not have to worry about a thing besides sitting back in the bridal suite with my best friends to enjoy a day of pampering! I was in awe (and almost in tears of joy) when I saw our old barn venue in all its glory that she had created. I would not hesitate to recommend Jen to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. Jen was so caring and spent a great deal of time to make sure all areas of out wedding and celebration were covered. Her years of experience were obvious, and she made the planning so easy for us!

Jennifer is a breath of ease and patience. We hired her for our wedding coordination, and I am so glad we did! Our venue had new, untrained staff attending to our special day which clearly added yet, another level of stress to the day. Jen knew how to work and manage the venue’s staff so that every decoration and detail got set up and followed wonderfully. One of the simple but stand out moments of “WOWW!” that we experienced was when we were taking all the family photographs and Jen had already given our photographers a whole list of images to capture before the ceremony, during the and after! With all the prep for the day, I left it in the hotel, Jen came prepared and handled it without me even needing to say anything. She really saved my pictures!

Professional & Thoughtful! Jennifer and her team provided a feeling of security and that everything was going to be perfect. She really listens to what I wanted on my wedding day. I got to say she was there every step of the way to ensure that our special day was the way I visualize it. My wedding day was a fairytale thanks to her organization and skills. I wish that I had found Jen at the beginning of our wedding planning process. She was incredible! Things were a mess when she took over from the previous planner. I felt less anxious with every day that passed while working with her. She is so thoughtful, calming, and incredibly organized. I think that I thanked her daily because I knew that she would guarantee that my daughter's wedding was spectacular and it was! She worked so hard with all of our vendors and I know that the vendors were relieved and grateful to be working with her!

At first I didn’t think I would need or want a “Day of” Coordinator but I am so glad I had Jennifer at my wedding! I had such peace of mind knowing she was there. Jennifer was great—-we met twice before the wedding but spoke dozens of times over the phone and email. She is the sweetest woman and really knows her stuff. I appreciated her frequent emails telling me things I should be doing and giving me recommendations of vendors she worked with. She asked for a list of things for her to do at the wedding, which at first took me a while to write, but I’m glad I did because it really made me think about specifics. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone!

Weddings are expensive, so as brides we look for where we can cut cost. At first I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner. I felt like I didn’t really see the need for one. I’m one of those people that really enjoyed planning and handling things myself, but thank goodness I listened to my now husband and hired Jennifer. It honestly made my wedding day so much more enjoyable and less stressful. On your wedding day, you are going to have a millions things to worry about, you do not need to be worrying about coordinating with the other vendors and directing guests. That’s what Jennifer did for me. She was my person of communication with the florists, photographer, DJ etc. She made sure we were on on schedule and coordinate the guests on where to go. You might say “Well my mom, my sister, or my maid of honor can do it.” No, wrong, because they themselves will be super busy, as well. So unless you have a really trustworthy best friend or family member who somehow did not want to be part of your bridal party, it is really hard to make it work. Jennifer has 4 different packages depending on much help you need. I just picked the “day of” since I knew I could do most of the other planning myself. Honestly, it was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. Jennifer is organized and is very good at coordinating and making sure the event runs smoothly. So glad she was there for my wedding!”

I am obsessive about things being perfect and was blessed to find Jen when I did. My wedding went from stressful to beautiful once I let her take over. It was hard, but she managed to keep me as calm as possible all the way to the wedding day, which I didn’t make an easy feat. She listened and performed along with her team and the vendors we chose. We needed plants, there were tall trees and a candle lit aisle in a room that became magical. We wanted roses. Jen had a vendor that brought in a huge rose wall that became the background for our ceremony. There were beautiful white rose arrangements wrapped delicately in gold matching every gold detail I wanted to have. The cake from JF’s vendor was a hit with guests and all the food was beautifully presented. I also got a last minute hairstylist and makeup artist when the original vendor failed thanks to Jen. Don’t hesitate to use JF Event’s services. Their attention to detail and responsibility allowed me to have a great wedding experience.

It is definitely worth having a “Day of” Coordinator. Jen was very helpful at the beginning giving me lists of where I should be in the planning process and she was very accessible.
