Joeseppis is well known in Tacoma as a great Italian restaurant. My fiancee and I decided early on in the planning process that having great food was really important to us. Boy, we got that and more! Cindy works the catering arm and she is ...fantastic. She admits that she's a bit "OCD" and that definitely worked in our favor! She coordinated directly with our reception site (so that we didn't have to) to figure out floor plans, kitchen setup,etc. A few of our guests had dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. She even handled all of the linens. And by 'handled', I mean that I gave her color swatches and she did the rest! They were fantastic and super easy to work with, and were very conscientious of our budget. Their event staff were awesome as well!! The food is in a league of its own...besides their famous pasta, salad, and bread there was an antipasto bar to die for. I would definitely use them again for another event!
