We hired Jones for wedding photo transportation for our wedding in Milwaukee, WI. We rented the trolley, and it was absolutely perfect for what we were needing! Our driver, Bob, was so nice, prompt, and an excellent driver. We would recommend Jones for your transportation needs!

We booked a trolley from Jones Travel for our wedding in Burlington, WI. They were honestly my favorite vendor to work with throughout our wedding planning process because they were flexible, responsive, and didn't try to upsell anything. The price was great, the driver was phenomenal, and it really made all of the wedding photos super easy!

We rented a trolley from Jones Travel to use during pictures prior to the ceremony. The trolley was awesome and our wedding party had a blast! Our wedding fell on a super hot day and the trolley was nice and cool as we drove to different locations. The price was great, they were on time, and allowed us to make our own itinerary for the day. They weren’t great with directions as my fiancé had to direct everywhere we went but we got to where we needed to be so overall we were super glad to have hired them!

We used Jones for our November wedding in Lake Delavan, WI. Everyone was SO accommodating & even helped us book our bus after our wedding date had to be changed the week of! Tom went as far as even letting us take the Trolley out during our group photos so we could travel down to the lake. Very reasonable & great service! Would highly recommend!

We used Jones travel two different times for our wedding weekend and they were FANTASTIC for both. The first, we rented the coach bus for our rehearsal ceremony and dinner. The bus was beautiful, clean, they were on time and overall it made our night so seamless. We also rented the trolley for after our wedding ceremony and also used it as a shuttle to and from the reception venue to hotels. I would hands down use Jones travel again, the driver was so friendly and nice and they were accommodating the whole time. THANK YOU!!!

We rented a 33 passenger coach bus from Jones Travel for our wedding in downtown Milwaukee and couldn't have been happier with our service. They were extremely responsive throughout the process (with coordination details, etc) as well as on-time for all pick-ups for guests. I didn't need to think about the shuttle at all during the day and that was the goal! I also did a fair amount of research into competitors and thought this was the best value for our money. Highly recommend.

We booked a mini coach to take us around Milwaukee after our ceremony to take photos. Our driver was very accommodating and kind! The bus was very nice with leather seats, it exceeded our expectations!

We needed a trolley for a Chicago wedding and when we started calling around all the companies in the city were book. Stumbled upon Jones and they were great to work with from beginning to end. Got a contract set up quickly and they delivered as promised. Their trolleys are climate controlled which was needed for our summer wedding! AC didn't work great but at least it was something. Prices are competitive with other companies and some of them have TERRIBLE reviews for customer service. Price is all inclusive (includes gratuity) so good ease of payment. We had a really good experience overall, would recommend to others.

We used Jones Travel to provide a trolley for my daughter's wedding party. Dealing with Jones was simple and easy. The trolley arrived on time and the bridal party had a blast driving around in it!

I was a little leary about renting a trolley through Jones as I had seen some unfavorable reviews on other sites, however I couldn't beat the price. With that said, our Driver, and the customer service through the office were both amazing! We rented the trolley to pick us up at the hotel and take the Bridal Party to the Church. Additionally, the trolley then took us all back up to Kenosha for our Photos. The driver, a true Saint of a man, didn't even bat an eye when I asked him to turn around 5 minutes after we left the hotel because I had forgotten the items needed to bustle my dress. He did it without issue. He was also kind enough to make a stop at the liquor store as requested by our wedding party after the ceremony. The trolley was spacious and clean. The driver was VERY nice, and the overall experience was great! The air was on full blast (THANK GOD!). Between the guys in their Tuxedos and me in overheating in my dress - it was MUCH needed! If I could remember his name, I would give him Kudos (Jim, maybe?). Regardless, he was amazing, and our experience with Jones was a good one.

Booked a mini coach through Jones to take us to photography locations after our ceremony. It was snowing and there were snow banks on all the curbs, so the driver would help all of the ladies on and off the bus without being asked, it was very nice of him! The bus was nice and clean, no complaints! I only used the bus for a total of a little over an hour but you get the bus for a minimum of 5 hours, so I didn't really get my money's worth, but in the event I could've used the bus longer I would've been satisfied.

THE DARKEST SPOT OF MY WEDDING!!!! I paid for a shuttle service for all my guests soooo obviously they send an inexperienced driver who is not familiar with the area. He was slow, consistently got lost and is the only thing that my guests complained about. On top of it, since my contract ended at 12....he was done with his shift...and instead of asking us if he should stay...HE LEFT. He left the bride and groom at the reception site. I was forced to CALL A CAB to pick me up. When I called to complain that next Monday morning, I was somewhat apologized too but told that the communication goes both ways and I (as the bride) should have sought out the driver to tell him to stay. Oh thats right...not say goodbye to my guests and have a good time. Find the guy that I wouldn't be able to pick out of a crowd and tell him not to forget to take me home. I was told they would give me a partial refund...100 dollar check. THANKS! That should take care of the 10 cabs that we had to call to take the 50 guests you forgot. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your money.

We rented the trolley from Jones Travel for our wedding party transportation. It was so much fun! It is so much more spacious than a limo and more unique than a party bus. It also made for some fun pictures off the balcony in the back of the trolley!

We rented a Trolley from Jones Travel. The driver arrived very early to give us a chance to decorate the trolley with time to spare...he was a very nice man which made the day just that less stressful!
