g. She took the time to chat with me every month leading up to our wedding day. She helped keep me organized and made sure I was on track with where I needed to be in the planning process. Leading up to the wedding my venue staff started to worry me due to their understanding of what I wanted as well as their communication skills, but Jordan was on top of it the entire time. She made sure the set up was exactly how I wanted it. The day of, Jordan and her team brought all of the details to life. She made sure the timeline was being executed, she brought me new shoes during photos after realizing mine were sticking to my dress and made sure I had water. Jordan made the day run perfectly. I would recommend her to every couple. If you want to have a flawless wedding day, hire Jordan and her team.

Since we live across the US from our wedding venue we wouldn't have been able to plan our wedding without her help. She suggested great vendors, planned meetings on our behalf, checked in with us on a regular basis, and put together a timeline for the day for our wedding. were spelled correctly. I had emailed several other LI planners and all responded to me misspelling my name- this instantly turned me off. Jordan always got it right! So, we booked Jordan for day of coordinating for our September 2022 wedding and she was so helpful and amazing! Since we were over a year out she sent us a spreadsheet to keep track of all of the necessary vendors and details we would need. This was super helpful to have! As it got closer to our big day, Jordan swooped in your create a timeline for us for our perfect day. I really appreciated that nothing seemed to rattle Jordan and that was the confidence that I needed. My venue (Bourne Mansion) had a pretty intense back of the house team who wanted things done specifically and Jordan beautifully stepped in to say “no, we are doing it this way.” All of the specific decor items that I wanted displayed in a certain way, she did it, even when the venue staff said it couldn’t be done. She made sure that everything was perfect! The most notable moment for me in which I was so grateful for Jordan, was when the venue wanted me to enter the aisle a certain way and it was not how I had envisioned. Jordan once again asked me “do you want to walk this way instead? because you can do whatever you want!” In that moment we switched courses and did it the way I had envisioned. And I was happier for it! Throughout the night, Jordan checked in on me and my husband sporadically and allowed us to enjoy ourselves completely. She coordinated any of the spur of the moment things (bouquet toss) so that execution was flawless. Not only was Jordan so helpful and on top of things, she is also really kind, organized, and so easy to get along with. I highly recommend her. In addition to booking Jordan for day of coordinating, I asked for another assistant to meet me at our getting ready location to make sure that we were on time and had everything we need. Elizabeth was great!! She was so sweet and helpful throughout the day and into reception. Jordan has a great team of people so ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch!

& patient person and it was a pleasure to work with her for the 7+ months before our wedding. Jordan and her assistant were a very important part of our day. They executed everything we put so much effort into perfectly, it put my husband and I at such ease. We had a great time and enjoyed every second of our night. If something went wrong, Jordan and her assistant took care of it before we could even be interrupted about it. Nothing was missed or overlooked. We cannot recommend JME enough and I hope for the chance to work with her again for future parties my family will have.🤍🤍🤍

But then the day of also answered all the questions and set up all my details. If you are debating having a month of coordinator I 100% suggest Ciera at JME. Then to top it all off, our photographers the day of were so unorganized and did not pose us at all. Ciera immediately became a photographer, posing us and bringing us to ideal locations within the venue that I wanted pictures with. If I could do my wedding all over again I would've had Ciera plan the entire thing.

o connect with our other vendors, was there for our walkthrough and on time for our ceremony. We had no complaints leading up to our wedding, and when the day came it went smoothly, just as it looked on paper. She was on time, everything was set up, all vendors were in sync, and we were able to just enjoy our day rather than worry about any logistics or details. JME was prompt, professional, and precise in executing.

ls make her an excellent choice for a coordinator. She was communicating prior to the event to go over details and never left us hanging. She is also punctual. She and Melanie managed all the vendors arrival and set up ; it was amazing to see it all come together. In fact , others commented that it was amazing watching it all come together. Any problems she quickly resolved. There were very few and they were small and that is because she anticipates issues and addresses them prior so they aren’t problems. She even managed the tip disbursement so that we could just enjoy ourselves. She is a caring person that genuinely wants her clients to have the day they have dreamed of. She has a calm demeanor and it helps to keep everyone calm. Above all she is professional. Hiring her was one of the best decisions and I would highly recommend her services.

On the day of the wedding, we were truly able to enjoy every minute of it because she had everything covered - from setting up and breaking down the decor to the timeline to last minute speech changes, she handled it all! I had a very particular vision for the wedding decor and she made all my Pinterest dreams come true. I would definitely recommend her!

wedding day. Communication with her was easy – via email, text, and scheduled calls. Calls were informative and to the point. She even reminded me of things that I had not even thought about (ie: hashtag sign). During planning, she had helpful insight for wedding day regarding flow of events, and set up of the ballroom! She was very professional in her interactions with all of our vendors leading up to the event, but also on the day of the event. If you are considering getting a day of planner, Ciera Hughes went above and beyond on the day of our wedding (last minute changes had to be made due to horrendous weather), I would highly recommend her as your day of wedding planner!
