d in full and a credit card statement reflecting the charge. Seeing as though there was nothing we could do at the moment, I let the matter drop until the next day. I gathered all of the documentation and made numerous calls to this "Raydon" and didn't hear back for a week. They said to send all the documentation and that they would refund the money. After numerous follow-ups and 6 MONTHS LATER...They FINALLY refunded the money. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. ESPECIALLY NOT ON A DAY AS SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT AS YOUR WEDDING.

p he would customized props for us...really his team brought wood with our names and date on it!! I could have done that myself!!! We had a country themed wedding and deer horns were placed on our tables for decoration and they were pulling those off to use as props!!! 20 minutes before my wedding ceremony I had to deal with his team and money...REALLY!! Although my team had been dealing with it for awhile I had to step in and deal with it...should have NEVER had to happen had he communicated with everyone better. That should have been taken care when I talked to him a week and a half before my wedding. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!! I would not recommend him to anyone!!!

ur wedding were so nice and professional and FUN! They definetely made sure our guests were having a blast and utilizing the photobooth! It took my husband and I a little while to make our way over to the photobooth to join in on the fun, Raydon made sure that we got our chance though! Joy Photobooth is such a great set up! Plenty of space for multiple people to get in on one picture set and some of the greatest props I have seen at a photobooth!! We would highly recommend Raydon and Joy Photobooth to anyone interested in using one! If we ever have need for a photobooth again we will for sure be using Joy Photobooth!! -Brittney Moreno

l the photo booth companies in Houston! Raydon and his team did an amazing job entertaining and keeping the vibe alive! Even though we had 450 guest there was NO line, that's how smooth the photos went! Great pictures! Unforgettable memories! I owe it all to Joy Productions! All I heard from my guests is that WE has the funnest photo booth at our weeding they've ever seen!
