o one band with all three stones. One necklace, ruby and diamonds, was not exactly the design in the picture but was acceptable to my daughter. The other necklace, sapphire and diamonds, after three remakes still was not the exact design but my other daughter accepted it. Only a couple of weeks later did she tell me how unhappy she was with the necklace and that one of the prongs holding a diamond fell off the main stone. Luckily she found the diamond. At that point I brought the sapphire necklace to another jeweler who agreed it was not a replica of the picture and showed me that the craftmanship was extremely poor. He examined my reset ring and showed me two diamonds set onto one band were both loose. The daughter with the ruby necklace who lives out of state has since had her necklace locally examined also to find loose prongs and stones. Altogether I spend $2000 on these projects. I called Joy-Den very upset and spoke with the owner regarding these jewelry issues and that based on the above I now had to redo the Joy-Den deficits I wanted to be reimbursed monies. He stated that was not going to happen but did offer to redo for the fourth time the sapphire necklace and reset for the second time my ring. I did find the staff at Joy-Den pleasant but have no confidence that the quality of the jewelry workmanship will improve and therefore am not returning to this establishment. This experience has been a very expensive and frustrating mistake. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
