We also felt confident that she understood how important the video footage was to us. She took the time to listen to how important certain parts, and people, of the weekend were to us. Her professional, conscientious, and laidback approach made us feel comfortable and natural during all the special moments throughout our weekend. She coordinated seamlessly with vendors including our photographer and venue staff. We were absolutely ecstatic to receive our videos which have been helping us relive many moments from that weekend. Our friends, family, and even those who were not at the wedding have complimented Katie's work once they have seen it on social media. We are truly grateful we got Kadence Films for our wedding. t looked amazing and although I am biased, because it was my own wedding, I think her short film was better than any I have seen online from other videographers. I also got edits of every individual part of the wedding: ceremony, reception entrance, speeches, our shoe game, first dances, parent dances, cake cutting, etc... I have every part of our wedding on video that I can now watch forever. Highly recommend her.

video captured compared to other vendors we needed to book. I leaned more towards having it and Kyle was unsure. Of the videographers we had looked through their work seemed okay but was wildly expensive. Halfway through our wedding planning process, my friend was the Maid of Honor in her sister’s wedding and video was captured on their wedding day by Katie. My friend showed us the short film and I cried with emotion throughout the whole video and I didn’t even know this couple! The video captured was powerful, beautiful and SO professional. I instantly asked for her contact info and went to her website to price out packages. To my surprise the pricing of everything I would look for in a videographer seemed much more attainable than others in the area AND her work seemed to come at a higher standard than those others – now my conversation with my at the time fiancé went much differently as he could see how talented Katie was and the price was right. So we booked her. Fast forward to our wedding day, Katie was with us for our whole day, from the hotel to the venue well into the night. However, one of my husband’s main concerns with video was that he would feel awkward in front of the camera, yet never once did we feel uncomfortable or felt like we were being filmed. Katie worked quietly and discretely to let us have our personal moments with raw emotion, we both hardly even noticed she was there – yet she captured every single detail possible. She worked so well with our photographer who she hadn’t met prior to the day-of, which made everything seem so seamless. A few weeks after the wedding, we received our video breakouts of the special moments (first looks, ceremony, dances, speeches, etc). It’s SO nice that she captures these and then breaks them out with labels so they’re all easily found and watchable without having to sift through tons of footage. Then a week later, we received THE BEST video we have ever seen – our short film. 4:26 seconds of pure happiness. Katie did an outstanding job capturing every single detail of the entire day, and compiled the clips into the most meaningful collection of scenes. She directed amazing shots of the details and did slow-mo on our guests’ fabulous dance moves. She used a tripod with one camera to capture one angle and then would hold another at a different so you felt like you were watching from everyone’s perspective. The song choices she added to the video show our personalities perfectly and to top it all of the drone footage was the cherry on top of being able to remember this day in all of its glory. I ABSOLUTELY recommend doing video for your wedding, as we’ve come to learn how powerful it is to watch your short film back and how video captures the day in a way that still photos just cannot – and not just any videographer I ABSOLUTELY recommend Katie at Kadence Films to be the person who will capture it so perfectly. I’ve already have multiple people say how this was the best wedding video they’ve seen and had others reach out to me separately to get her info so they can contact her for their wedding. Thank you, Katie – we will cherish these videos forever!!

ime, money, and effort on every aspect of your special day; so why not have a professional film all those details for you to see (and continuously watch) after your big day is done?! I am so happy I decided to book a Videographer, but more importantly, I'm extremely happy I booked Katie. This woman knows what she's doing! Professional and timely, and sometimes you didn't even know she was there filming! I've watched our videos atleast 10 times since she has sent them, and we are so incredibly thankful for the amazing job she did. Katie, THANK YOU for one of the best gifts we received for our wedding. You captured our day perfectly and turned it into a masterpiece .

rking her magic". I cannot believe how well she worked with the photographer and stayed so "behind the scenes" that many people didn't even realize I had a videographer. The ceremony and reception films are captured so beautifully and in such amazing quality, but my absolute favorite is the cinematic short film. The way she tied in the speeches, the music, and other small, but memorable, moments throughout the day was done so perfectly! I would recommend Katie to anyone, and am so lucky that we had her to capture the best day for us!

corner. That's what I was picturing, but I was wrong. This is everything wonderful and beautiful and important, captured in a way that will break your heart with love and happiness for years to come. I'm so thankful our daughter found Katie. Six months later, I'm still re-playing our video more often than I care to admit, grateful each and every time. Thank you Katie for archiving our daughter's wedding so beautifully. ps...Katie's prices are excellent. If she's booked on your date, you should think hard about re-scheduling on a date she's available.

I can't stress how enough how easy she was to work with, you only had to go over things with her once and you have complete confidence that she is all set for your big day. The video she gave us was incredible quality. We loved our short mini film too, I have watched it so many times already! Also, most people didn't even know we had a videographer, so many people came up to us and said, "what a bummer you didn't get this on film" she was never once in the way, obtrusive, or had her gear in sight she just let the night unfold as we had planned it. If I ever needed anything filmed again, I wouldn't even think twice as to who I would call.

We got our footage back very quickly and we recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and talented videographer!!!

oice over the video of our toasts! that was something that I think takes a video to the next level!! We are so grateful for that. Relating to cost my parents were a little blow away by the cost but I understood by the amount of work that went into creating our films I felt the price was fair and my parents are SOOOOOOOO glad we did it and in the end felt it was money well spent! They both cried watching our film and we are all very thankful we have these films to look back on and to preserve our best day! We are so very thankful for Katie and we hope one day one of our friends will use her and we will see her again!
