She easily handled everything the day of, kept us on schedule, had food and drinks for us immediately after the ceremony and as soon as we walked into dinner. She's the perfect mix of personal and professional - in hindsight hiring her to do more of the planning aspects would have saved us much stress. She made our day extra wonderful and stress free. We can't recommend her highly enough!

If you're looking for someone to help you realize your wedding dream, while staying in budget, and also being just a generally DELIGHTFUL person to spend time with, get Kara on your team ASAP.

On the day of the wedding, every little detail was accounted for - from managing family dynamics to making sure we had a plate of food to cleaning everything up afterward. Throughout the process Kara was incredibly responsive to emails and texts. She’s like a human xanax and immediately takes all the stress away. If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator, we can’t recommend Kara highly enough.

I’m an African-American bride and when browsing and hair and makeup artists in Oregon you don’t see a lot of examples of brides with my skin tone or hair texture, so I was really nervous. She made sure to find people with experience with working with black brides and they were incredible. Kara made sure every detail was perfect and she made the day run incredibly smoothly. I’m impressed that she is both wonderfully professional and organized but also quite creative and artistic. She is a wonder.
