simple, she was communicative on multiple platforms so we were up to date at every point in the process from planning to parking. Karissa made herself available via email and text, and answered our many questions. Her ability to modify our unique and changing plan was exceptional. We had our first date canceled due to our entire trip being thrown off by a blizzard. Karissa quicky checked in with us and remained open to our needing to reschedule, even four months down the line. Then, when we had some changes made to our date due to local events, Karissa not only switched our time-slot quickly, she offered us alternate locations. She even scouted some of these locations out and provided us with example photos. She knew we would be wearing wedding attire and calculated our driving times and hiking distance for each location. This is seriously above and beyond work, and having her handle our wedding photos made the experience entirely enjoyable and easy. All of that is said without a single mention of the quality of her work. Karissa was attentive to us on scene, and even had drinks and storage for our valuables available. Every single consideration was made, even those we forgot ourselves. This kind of professionalism is rare, and we are utterly amazed and appreciative to have worked with Karissa for our wedding. Our experience is immortalized in photos we think are absolutely beautiful. If we ever need photography in the state of Colorado again, we have an immediate go-to.
