She studied at the Kansas City Art Institute in Missouri before going on to earn a Masters in Fine Art Textiles from Kent State. As a certified Master textile weaver, she handmakes fabrics on a loom. She also has extensive experience in event management in the corporate world and brings consummate professionalism to her work. With a background in day-of coordination, she is available to help you plan your wedding as well as fill it with blooming botanicals. For your big day, Karyssa Miller’s Floral Expressions offers a variety of flower packages. Wedding Part Florals comes with bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and flower girl or boy accessories, while Reception Florals includes centerpieces and bar and buffet decorations. You can also add altar or arch flowers, aisle decor, flower backdrops for your photo booth, and anything else you can think of. Wherever you need a pop of color or a brush of natural greenery, Karyssa Miller’s Floral Expressions will help you find the perfect plant. Has an artist, I have a unique way of looking at floral design. I can do traditional and I enjoy creating something truly special for each client. I love being creative. I bring a fresh new perspective to making flower arrangements. I don’t get stuck on what we can and cannot do. I like to stay “what would you like and I will make that”. I earned my Bachelors in Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute in Missouri, MO, with a double major in fiber and ceramics.
