I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into coordinating hotel and flights for an entire wedding party and their guests but from day one Kate was there every step of the way. After we selected the resort and picked a date, Kate set up a wedding website to help us get all the information to our guests. She also set up transportation to and from the airport which was great. When we arrived in Mexico, we had a nice SUV waiting to take us to the resort. Inside, Kate had some cute gift bags waiting for us, which I thought was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, Kate had sent a card to our hotel room congratulating us on the upcoming wedding. She just had a way of making us feel that she was still there every step of the way. Kate's knowledge of the resorts and their wedding departments was so helpful. My husband and I chose the Hyatt Zilara Cancun and let me tell you, this resort is absolutely stunning. In fact, everyone had such a great time we are all planning our next trip back! So, if you're looking to plan the perfect destination wedding, I would highly recommend using Kate's Travel , it was the best decision we made!

She was with us through the entire process and made things very easy. We had a few “challenging” members of our group and Kate handled them well and kept us out of the middle. From the minute we landed everything went smooth for us and our guests. We got picked up at the airport, smooth transportation to the resort and once we got there we were greeted with a drink and coordinators for the wedding. We never touched a bag the entire way the hotel takes care of everything and you just relax, same for our guests. We had our final wedding meeting the next day and then it was having fun and catching up with friends for a few days before the wedding. The wedding itself was perfect, the sky terrace is huge and the reception was beautifully decorated, the pictures look great but I promise it is incredible in person every guest was blown away. Couldn't have gone smoother and couldn't have been better, just perfect. We had multiple requests for different people and kate was there every step of the way. Kate set up a booking website for us that had all of our information on it as well as all of the information needed to book and pay for the resort. Kate was able to set up a block of rooms for our guests to ensure that they were able to book during prime time spring break. This was our first time using a travel agent and we weren't sure at first how the whole process worked especially when it had to deal with a wedding. Kate took our must-have list and came back with several resorts to choose from – she included her own personal photos too, which made it a lot easier to pick one of the beautiful locations. Once we selected our resort, Kate was wonderful in answering every crazy question we had. Once our guests started booking, Kate was great with them as well. When we had a minor return transfer issue with Lomas, Kate was super quick to jump in and resolve the issue for our guests. Our guests commented several times how wonderful Kate was with booking their trip. We ended up with 58 people traveling to Mexico for the wedding, and most of them were first-time international travelers.
