I couldn't have asked for a more talented and professional hair and makeup artist for our wedding day! From my bridal trial to the wedding hair and makeup to the final touch-ups, they were amazing to work with. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start!
On the morning of the wedding, Kathleen and Sarah arrived early and immediately set a relaxed and positive atmosphere. They listened carefully to each member of the bridal party, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and beautiful. Their ability to enhance natural beauty while incorporating individual preferences was simply remarkable.
Throughout the day, our hair and makeup stayed flawless, thanks to their high-quality products and techniques. They were accommodating and patient, making sure every detail was perfect before we left for the wedding venue!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with KBB (Kathleen Berg Beauty) Kathleen and Maddy for my wedding day makeup. From the moment I reached out, Kathleen made the entire process seamless. Booking was straightforward, the trial was so much fun, and all communication, including payment, was clear and easy—no stress whatsoever!
On the big day, Maddy was my makeup artist, and she truly made the experience unforgettable. She made me and my bridal party feel absolutely beautiful. Maddy's energy was so calming and positive, and she was so attentive to every detail. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure every request was met. I felt like a true version of myself—just a more radiant version—and that was so important to me on such a special day.

From the initial contact with Kathleen I knew I had picked the right team! We had the best day getting ready with her and Melody. They knew exactly how to accommodate my whole party including my flower girls who loved being glammed by them! My makeup stayed all night and my hair stayed through all my dancing and I never dance as much as I did the night of my wedding. Don’t search any further! Going with KBB was one of the best choices I made for my wedding! I was a nervous bride, without a clear vision. I did a lot of back and forth on ideas in my head. Kathleen was so amazing with communication and helping me feel at ease. Her and Sarah were a perfect addition to my wedding morning. They fit right in with the relaxed atmosphere and made sure things went smoothly, and right on time. Everyone looked beautiful as well! I can’t recommend Kathleen Berg Beauty highly enough! I had the pleasure of having my wedding makeup done by Kathleen and my hair styled by Melody, and they were the dream team I’d hoped for. From the very first communication, Kathleen was so organized, attentive, and responsive, making the whole planning process easy and stress-free. During the trial, both Kathleen and Melody were amazing, taking the time to really understand my vision and ensuring I felt completely comfortable.
On the wedding day, they truly outdid themselves. I could not be happier with my decision to choose KBB for my wedding makeup! Kathleen was so communicative throughout the entire process and leading up to the wedding! Both of our stylists showed up early and they were both so fun, efficient, and pros at what they do! We finished with plenty time to spare for 8 girls, and we all looked STUNNING. Kathleen and Melody made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! They easily brought my vision for my hair and makeup to life and helped my wedding party look gorgeous.
Kathleen and Melody were also so sweet and made the long get ready process fun. Kathleen’s communication was on point too! I think I ended up emailing her more than any other vendor during the wedding planning process and she was always quick to respond, assist with any concerns, and adapt to unexpected last minute changes. I planned my wedding out of state and she even gave me some wedding planning recommendations that were not hair and makeup related!
I cried a few happy tears throughout our wedding and my makeup did not smudge even a little bit. I highly recommend Kathleen to help you feel confident and look gorgeous on your wedding day!

We had such an amazing experience with KBB! From the informative communication, helping me during the makeup trial, and to making our day amazing, I absolutely recommend KBB. Kathleen was so helpful throughout the inquiry and booking process, and everything leading up to the big day! She always responded to emails quickly, provided lots of helpful information and support, and checked in to see how everything went. Having had no experience with makeup, Jen helped me figure out what I wanted and liked or didn’t, and together we fine tuned my makeup for the wedding day. Throughout the wedding day, Jen was so great with the makeup applications, assessing everyone’s preferences, and being a joy to work with. 10/10!

Kathleen is the absolute best!! Everyone’s makeup came out PERFECT!! I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life. All the bridesmaid and moms were beyond happy with their makeup. 10/10 would recommend KBBeauty!! I want to get married again just so she can do my makeup all over again:)

Kathleen is amazing! Not only was she just the sweetest human, but she made me feel absolutely beautiful! I can’t recommend her enough! Kathleen was the absolute perfect addition to my wedding day! The bridal party and I prefer very natural looks and do not wear a lot of makeup. Kathleen did such a great job with everyone's makeup, every girl looked beautiful and it never felt like too much makeup. Not only did she do amazing with our makeup, she also brought so much fun and positive energy to the room! She was so great to have around while we got ready. Kathleen made me feel like a queen on my wedding day! I did a trial with her a few months before the wedding and I'm so glad I did. I was able to test out wearing my wedding makeup for a full day, meet Kathleen, and give any feedback I had. After the trial, she gave me tons of product recommendations and skincare recs. She came up with a timeline that would work with my girls and was very organized throughout the entire process. On the day of, she exceeded my expectations and I felt so beautiful. I recently got married in June and used the Kathleen Berg Beauty team for my bridal/bridal party hair and makeup! From initial contact thru to my wedding day, Kathleen was quick to respond and so kind and accommodating throughout the entire process! Based on the number of girls I had getting hair and makeup done, Kathleen had originally quoted one hair and one makeup artist, but after final numbers went up by just a girl or two, she was able to pull in one more hair stylist and one more makeup artist for the day-of! Kaity & Claire (hair) and Maddy & Jen (makeup) were all AMAZING and me and my girls felt so beautiful! On top of that, we had the BEST time with all of them, jamming to music and laughing a lot which made my wedding morning almost as much fun as the reception that night! :) THANK YOU Kathleen and team! I used Kathleen for my wedding makeup. There aren’t enough things I can say about Kathleen and her team! From start to finish Kathleen is a clear communicator and always responsive. She follows your lead on what kind of look you want to achieve. Before and after photos show that Kathleen and her team don’t make drastic changes to people. They elevate your face with flawless makeup! She is attentive to allergies and makes adjustments when needed. I could go on and on. Kathleen and her staff are so sweet and full of fun personalities. They had the range from bridal party up to Mother’s of the Bride and Groom. Every girl looked gorgeous and they all felt gorgeous as well. I would go back to her every time!

Kathleen did the makeup for my sisters wedding which included 3 bridesmaids and myself. She did an absolutely stunning job! Everyone felt and looked amazing! She was so nice and personable. She asked all the right questions to all of us about our skin type and how much coverage we wanted. Her technique was incredible. The makeup was truly beautiful. Wow I am not quite sure how to find the words to express my gratefulness for Kathleen and Melody!!! They are so beyond kind and amazing to work with!!! I had my hair and makeup trial at the point of planning where you’re getting stressed. I left that day and felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. They are SO relaxed and make you feel at ease about everything. I showed both of them some inspirations pictures and my gosh what they did was beyond my wildest dreams. They easily combined all the pictures into my own look. The morning of they were having conversation with everyone like we've all been friends for years. They did the same amazing work on all my bridesmaids and were able to create their own looks based on their own inspiration pictures. Kathleen and Melody were so attentive and fun to work with on my wedding morning, and all of our looks turned out beautifully. My updo not only stayed all day throughout lots of dancing but got me so many compliments! Beyond the quality of their work, both ladies were communicative before the event and were friendly and chatty during our services (a feat in itself because we got started at 5:30 AM to prep for my brunch wedding!)

I booked Kathleen for my wedding based on my Hairstylist recommendation and I am so glad I did! She was nothing short of an amazing make up artist but really listened and understood not only what I wanted, but what everyone else wanted! I had a virtual make up trial and having to cancel my in person due to bad weather and my power being out for days, and Kathleen was so understanding and helped me feel at ease about it all! I am so grateful to have booked Kathleen for our wedding. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Kathleen helped make the experience so much better with her attention to detail and responsiveness to emails. Whether it was questions about airbrush or skincare leading up to the big day, she was also quick to get back to me. Her whole team is kind and wonderfully talented. My makeup trial coincided with my bridal shower and my wedding party was so impressed with her work then that we ended up adding 4 more people for wedding day makeup services! And everyone looked so beautiful. Her team not only listened to everyone’s personal makeup preferences, but also worked to highlight everyone’s natural beauty. It was so important for me to feel like myself on my wedding day and Kathleen made sure I loved the way looked. I can not praise her talents enough!

KBB did my wedding on 7.29.23 and she and Kaity made everyone look beautiful! Kathleen was great about communicating via email, zoom, and even text when needed, which was appreciated as I was planning a MI wedding in WA. She sent some great tips about what lipstick to get, skin care routine leading up, and some reccs for spray tans/waxing in the area! We found out about her because a friend had used her for her wedding. Day of, they were early, got everyone done on time, did last minute touch ups, and were just so nice and personable! Would tell anyone looking for hair and makeup to book KBB!

Kathleen and her team were absolutely amazing!! Maddy and Sarah did an amazing job with my bridal party's makeup and hair. They were very friendly, kind, and were able to answer any questions we had. They were also able to make what started as a very stressful morning for me into a very relaxing time. Kathleen and her team also did my sister in laws wedding and she also loved working with them. In terms of the makeup and hair it did not feel heavy or cakey, they use airbrush makeup which makes it feel much lighter and I hardly noticed it. The makeup also stayed on all day, I had it done around 10 am and didn't take it off until midnight. Also my hair was able to stay in place all day with only a few pieces falling loose. Considering most of our wedding was spent dancing I would say its amazing that my hair and makeup stayed on for the whole wedding. Again they were absolutely amazing to work with and I'd highly recommend working with them!

The entire team at KBB was AMAZING! I had such a hard time finding a glam team that was LGBTQ+ friendly but they met and exceeded all my expectations! Kathleen helped me with so much throughout the entire planning process and she was so quick to email me back with answers to all my questions. My hair and makeup team, Sarah, Maddy & Jen, that did my trial and were there on my wedding day were on time, SO friendly, accommodating and soooo talented! Kathleen did my makeup for my bachelorette party weekend! She even let me best friend get hers done too last minute since she had the time! Her work was phenomenal. I felt so beautiful and got compliments all night! I wanted my hazel eyes to pop green and she nailed it! I would definitely recommend her for any event. And I can’t wait for more appointments when I visit Michigan in the future!

I used Kathleen Berg Beauty for my make up artists the day of my wedding! We had Maddy and Jen do the makeup for my bridesmaids and myself. I could not speak more highly of them! They were punctual and made my bridesmaids feel at ease. They were able to give my bridesmaids the look they wanted without any issue. One of my bridesmaids even passed out in the chair, and they reacted calmly and professionally! Personally, my makeup trial was perfect, and was exactly what I wanted the day of my wedding. More importantly, I felt that they listened to my desires, and made me look like myself. Leading up to the wedding, there was constant communication, and I felt confident they were going to do a great job, and they did. Please hire them for your future events!!

Loved working with the team! From booking to our trial, to our big day they were amazing. Professional, kind, and fun! We loved our services and everyone looked beautiful. I really wanted to make sure I still looked like me, even with the professional makeup, and Kathleen nailed it. Our wedding day was so windy my veil flew out twice but my updo stayed perfectly in place all day.

Kathleen and Sarah were a dream to have on our big day! From our initial consult call to our wedding, Kathleen was there every step of the way. They made myself, my bridesmaids and my mother and mother in law feel confident, beautiful and comfortable during our wedding prep, and we received so many compliments from guests! Our hair and makeup lasted all day, and the products they used felt amazing on our skin. I would highly recommend Kathleen Berg Beauty to any bride. Kathleen herself did my bridal party and I’s makeup (although she has many other talented artists on her team as well) and we were so happy with the results. She was very pleasant to work with and talk to. I was looking for a more natural, glowy look and Kathleen definitely made my vision come to life. After completing the entire bridal party she even went back and did touch-ups for us. My makeup stayed looking perfect through the ceremony, pictures, and almost the entire reception (in total this was over 10 hours) and my lashes stayed on until I got home that night. If you are looking for quality and care please consider Kathleen Berg Beauty!!

Kathleen's team was amazing. I felt instantly welcomed and heard from my trial and really felt like I could work with my hair and make-up artists to create my perfect vision.
Maddie and Courtney were so kind and personable and worked with each member of my party so we all felt beautiful and comfortable for the hot day. And by the end of the night, we all still looked beautiful even though it was a bit humid, and I cried the whole day!

Kathleen and Melody were great and made me and my bridesmaids feel beautiful on my wedding day—and some of us are pretty hard on ourselves, so that’s a big accomplishment. I don’t usually wear much makeup, and Kathleen worked with me to get my makeup just right—enough to give me good coverage, but not so much that I didn’t feel like myself. She was patient with me when I changed my mind about what I wanted and felt comfortable with, and it turned out great! As for my hair, it has a mind of its own, and I was skeptical that anyone would be able to get it to stay put for an entire day. Melody did it though, and my bun felt secure the whole time. I highly recommend them!

Kathleen and Melody were absolutely amazing for my wedding day! The communication with the team was wonderful from the beginning. Kathleen was super responsive to all of my questions. My trial was in person with both Kathleen & Melody and it was great! Both of them were very interested in the details of my wedding to make sure my hair and makeup matched my vision for the day.
On wedding day they were very prompt to arrive and got through our whole party quicker than expected! Everyone looked amazing and our hair and makeup held up all day long! I felt absolutely beautiful all day. I knew I made a great decision hiring Kathleen and her team for my wedding hair and makeup when I went for my trial. The girls made me feel so special and like it was my day. That feeling never changed during our communication and through the wedding. Jen, Courtney and Kathleen did amazing work and I’m so happy they were there for us and our huge bridal party. Kathleen and Melody were amazing!!! Hair and make up were on point and so happy I went with the air brush option. All our makeup stayed on great during the whole day...even with a few happy tears from all the excitement of the wedding day finally here. Kathleen was a machine with only her and both so flexible with the day for my bridal party. Coming to my parents home was great too so did not have t worry about changing locations. Communication prior to event was excellent and would recommend these ladies to everyone.

I highly recommended Kathleen Berg Beauty, Jen was the mua for myself and my bridal party, she was right on time to set up and was ready to get started on us. She was very sweet, she listened and honored any requests we had for our looks. What I most loved about Jen was I was feeling very overwhelmed towards the end of her session and she helped calm me down, and coached me through while touching up my make up. She was so nice and just an over all positive person, I’m very grateful to have had her be the one to do our make up and for any other events I have I will definitely go back. KBB is absolutely amazing!! She and her team did an incredible job with my bridal makeup and my bridal party’s makeup! Everyone looked so beautiful throughout the whole day and night. I love how attentive she is and how she worked with everyone to make sure they were happy and comfortable with how they looked- especially my mom who doesn’t wear much makeup. Kathleen and her team are just a joy to work with and are the sweetest people— it was so fun getting ready for the big day with them! One of my best friends also hired KBB for her wedding, and again everyone in the bridal party looked stunning. KBB is the best!

I had the absolute best experience working with Kathleen Berg Beauty. From start to finish she was a joy to work with. She paired me with Maddie who is AMAZING!!! I can’t say it enough. She not only has a passion for what she does but she is the sweetest person and so personable. She did my makeup and my bridesmaids and we all looked absolutely amazing. Kathleen does an INCREDIBLE job with makeup! She's focuses on every detail and matches color perfectly! I've had her do my makeup multiple times and she's been able to create any look I have asked for, whether you want full-glam or a more natural look, she has you covered.
She is very patient with her clients and makes sure they feel comfortable the entire time. The first time I ever wore fake eyelashes, Kathleen applied them for me and was so patient to make sure I was comfortable with how they felt (and they looked great!). I was a little nervous and she walked me through the entire process and took her time to ensure I was comfortable.
I am always so pleased with how my makeup looks with Kathleen and I have used her many times over the past few years! She always makes you look your best!!
