I just had to write to tell you about Sarah of the Okalahoma City store of Kendra Scott. I had called several stores after learning through customer service on your website that the necklace I had bought for my daughter for her 17th birthday (t...hat was broken and returned for replacement) could not be replaced as you were sold out online so I was given a gift card. The challenge was Bethany loved the Elise Opal necklace. I called around to my Charlotte, NC store who was very helpful and checked inventory of other stores with a TX store and OKC seeming to be the most promising options.
I talked to Sarah at the OKC store over the phone and explained my dilemma. She was so kind and said she did have a necklace for Bethany and would apply my gift card to take care of it.
Imagine our delight when it arrived yesterday in the beautiful yellow box with a wonderful note attached.
I just want you to know what Customer service looks like and if all of your employees are like Sarah - you have a very bright future!
