Key West Casual Weddings

he flowers, cake, dinner reservations, and steel drummer (wonderful suggestion) were all in order for us. He suggested a great hair stylist and made sure to pick the perfect spot on Smathers Beach. He came early to take some before photos and then set up for the wedding. Everything came together, and we are very happy with the pictures. It was a lot to put trust into someone you've never met in person, but it was FLAWLESS and us, our family and friends had a great time. The dinner at the Commodore afterwards was amazing, as Dan said it would be, and not outrageously priced. He got the photos back sooner than expected, also. Dan is clear about his prices, and he is very affordable. In my neck of the woods a wedding photographer alone is 3 grand - Dan did the flowers, musician, cake and photos for less than that. Nothing was super fancy, but the name says "casual" which is what we wanted!

r us. Rebecca was in contact with us shortly after the hurricane and confirmed that everything would be fine for our January wedding. We changed our approach a few times, starting with the wedding being just us to deciding to include a few close family members. We also tossed around a few location, ultimately landing on Smather's Beach. All of our questions were answered quickly. I was a little nervous that 8 guests would be awkwardly standing on the beach since we wanted to keep it so casual and not get chairs or anything. I decided to just roll with it and trust Rebecca to make it not awkward. It was so awesome, it was comfortable for everyone and no awkwardness at all! The photos were simply outstanding. We are generally big photo people so I'm so happy the photos turned out so good, who knows how long it will be until we get in front of a professional photographer again. I was especially impressed with the candid moments caught in camera rather than photo after photo with a stiff posed look. They really captured us just being ourselves and for that reason they will be cherished for a very long time. We received the photos in a Google album while at dinner after the ceremony and our family enjoyed passing the cell phones around looking at them. Absolutely a perfect day and we owe some much of it to Casual Weddings Key West!

to spend more time with Dan after the ceremony making pictures. We really made our wedding special and can not say enough positives about Dan.

he spent all day making other arrangements for us! Family took pics during the ceremony and after the ceremony Dan took approx 150 photos. Two days later, he delievered a CD to our rental home. We have all the rights to our photos and can do whatever we want with them! Inexpensive and definately worth it! I loved Dan, he really made our day special!
