Never again...Do NOT use this florist. Terrible customer service and should never be allowed to fulfill an FTD order. Ordered thru our local florist FTD, picked out an arrangement from book @ $100...got about a $40 arrangement. They thought we ...
would never see it. Their response was..."the person who received it was very happy". Of course they were! But they just didn't know we spent $100! What do they care...they just got flowers! Seriously??! A shame that they think they can take advantage of people...especially when they have just lost a loved one!
