Gave me a ton of support with all our decisions, so many decisions! We had a problem trying to get sparklers with all the shipping delays that we had to deal with. (Order those ahead of time, you wont regret it) Kelly had some sparklers stored from a previous wedding and had a great idea for our bridal party to do a sparkler photo op during our reception, and boy am I glad we did it. The sparkler pictures are awesome. Do not do your wedding without hiring Kelly, you wont regret it!

went with her suggestions on DJ, Rentals, and Florist, and was not disappointed. My wedding was gorgeous and went on without a hitch thanks to Kelly. She is sweet, personable, and fun to work with. Please, please, please, do yourself a favor, save yourself the stress and hire Kelly!

She helped us move our wedding during COVID, helped rebook our vendors during a very sad and stressful time for us as a couple. She gave honest feedback and advice on how to handle particular sticky wedding situations and when we found out my maid of honor couldn’t attend our wedding the night before the big day she called me at 6 am to make sure I was okay and revise our procession and toasts. She was always available the day of the wedding when everyone was running around and handled all of our needs. She put out all of our personal signs and photos and made sure we actually ate dinner during our reception. It was a hot day and she worked SO hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. Before our reception during photos my shoes and feet were covered in dirt from walking near grape vines and she helped me wipe them off so I wasnt grimy during the entire reception. If this doesn’t say what kind of a person she is I’m not sure what would lol! She ended up feeling more like a family member than someone we hired. If she has your date available book her immediately. You will be so glad you did.

to expect or how much was involved. There are so many things that Kelly thought of that I would have never though of! From our first meeting where we bonded over a love of dogs, I felt comfortable and relaxed about the process. It was also super helpful that Kelly and Nancy have their own rental company (touched by time) as well as photo booth company (trailer gypsies). We were able to use their rentals and photobooth without having to look all over town to find what we wanted. Kelly had it all! She was also able to recommend all the other vendors from hair and make-up to videographer. She met with us multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we had every little detail planned out. She coordinated with all our vendors and saved me all the time and energy it would have taken to coordinate so many different people. She accomplished our vision for the perfect day, and it was everything we'd hoped for and more. It was amazing! Thank you so much Kelly and Nancy!

Not only are they fair and reasonably priced, but they are GOOD at what they do. Every single little detail was written down, remembered and elegantly executed. My mom is a worrier and very anxious. As the wedding date got closer, she began getting more nervous about all of the day-of "to-do's." I assured her that her only job was to be present, enjoy the day, and spend time with family. Because we had Nancy & Kelly, she (and I!) were both able to do that. Nancy & Kelly - Seriously, thank you for everything. My wedding was everything I dreamed of, due to your hard work! We are forever grateful <3

being a bit of a perfectionist I was a little sceptical even having faith in what she told me. Yet sure enough on the day of my event, she was my ROCK. I couldn’t have gotten through it without her. She handled everything so calmly and professionally but also it was like having a best friend their to calm my nerves through it all. Everything was done better then I could of imagined and she some how made it seem simple. The People notice how great she is even asking me after the wedding who she was and stating how hard working and fabulous she seemed and that they definitely want her at their next event. I couldn’t agree more! If you would like peace of mind, someone you can fully trust and know will put their all into your event as if it is their own and always give you everything they got. Book Kelly, you will not regret it!

They instantly were the sweetest and most heartwarming people I have ever met and my husband and I immediately felt so comfortable with them. They worked with our budget and made is so we could have them coordinate for the month before our wedding and be there for rehearsal and the day of the wedding as well as their photo booth services! Honestly, I don't know how our special day could have happened without them! They are so on top of everything and so professional and sweet! I am so so so blessed and happy that we decided to go with them because our wedding day was honestly perfect because of them! I completely recommend every bride-to-be to book and work with them because you will not be disappointed! They are great with communication and they are honestly so affordable compared to other coordinators in the area. The sweetest people you will ever meet and so talented! I honestly can talk about how great they were all day, but you have to see for yourself so book them for your wedding! Also, if you are looking for a photo booth they also offer that service and it is the best thing you will ever do for your wedding! It is such a hit and so much fun! They captured all of our drunk and silliness from that night that our photographer didn't get to capture and it is hilarious and so fun to look back on!

She is so well connected with other vendors that we didn't have to do much work in finding a great DJ, hair and makeup artists, and catering. Kelly is amazing with her communication skills and you can easily get ahold of her by phone or email. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything, and I didn't have to do a thing. Everything was set up beautifully and all I had to do was be the bride and enjoy my wedding day with my husband. Kelly and her mom, Nancy, are such incredible women with such a heart to serve and love and I would highly recommend them for your wedding day! There was nothing that I would have changed about my wedding day, everything was simply perfect because of Kelly. She was also so organized and helpful the day of the rehearsal dinner! She was so welcoming to our wedding party and family, and she made sure everyone was comfortable with the schedule of the wedding day. Kelly provides a play by play schedule of the wedding day, and it was so helpful! I didn't have any questions at all, because everything was laid out so beautifully. We truly had a perfect wedding because of Kelly and her amazing planning. If you want the wedding of your dreams, I 100% would call Kelly. ue and hired Kelly about 18 months before our wedding, which meant Kelly had 18 months of e-mails and text messages from me to deal with. If Kelly was busy, Nancy was always there to answer any questions or just give me the quick “everything is ok and let me double check”. They never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience, they always responded quickly and always offered to set up a meeting if that would set my mind at peace. The day of our wedding everything was perfect! Kelly and Nancy were on top of everything. I’m usually a control freak, but after a few what about this or this and Kelly already being on top of it, I spent my entire wedding day at peace. The day went on without a hitch and that wouldn’t have been possible without Kelly. Kelly is worth every penny!! And the most down to earth person I’ve ever met, which just made the entire wedding planning process a breeze!
