She helped us learn about the various types of gold and styles and allowed us to try on all the rings. We made notes of which rings, sizes, and styles we liked along with the prices. Not to mention NO SALES TAX when shipping out of state!! She then took my ring to get cleaned and polished. I had been needing to insure my engagement ring and needed it appraised as it was a family heirloom and my local jeweler was going to charge me $150. Mr. Kruger assessed my ring on the spot and mailed the official paperwork documenting the appraisal in the mail- ALL FOR FREE. Such good customer service was not lost on us. When it came time to order our wedding bands, we were adamant about using little Kruger's in Austin. Not only did Holli remember us Kentuckians, but she was thorough and efficient over phone and email. Within a matter of days, we both had our rings. They came securely mailed in a box with foam protection, wrapped with a bow for personal touch and lastly with a handwritten note from Holli. You can't go wrong with Kruger's :)
