t couple of months and he doesn't respond. Never returns calls or texts or emails or voicemails or nothing. He might respond 3 months later and will give you an excuse which is a lie and claim he will give you your stuff in a week. Month passes and still nothing! I lost my patience and that isn't how someone handle's their business. Now i am taking him to court to get my money back.please save your money and hire someone else. I lost out on 7100!! And don't have my stuff.Please believe I will not hesitate to inform my family and friends about how krystle clear is so no one gets scammed like i did. I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, New Jersey’s attorney General’s office and take him to court. I have all the proof to show any brides to see what i been thought with him. Don't make the same mistake i did. Good luck brides!

followed or that they were in the way at any point throughout the day. Our video came out perfect!! We got tons of compliments on how wonderful of a job they did. Our wedding album is just gorgeous!! We received our proofs, video, album, thank you's, etc. all in a very good amount of time. We did not have to wait very long for the items that we ordered & the staff contacted us immediately when they came in. Krystle Clear did an amazing job with our wedding photos & video!! We couldn't be happier with the outcome!! I still recommend this company to friends & family & will be using them in the future for family portraits, events, etc.
