Completely unwilling to work with us. My fiance bought me a gift certificate for over 200 dollars to use before our wedding in May of 2017. It was given to me in Oct of 2016 and assured it would not expire and we could come in in a year and it ...would still work. I'm from out of town and travel quite a bit so this assurance is why we got the gift certifice. When I called to make an appointment I was informed they switched owners and would NOT honor the certificate as of Jan 2017 giving me only 2 months to use the certificate!!!! When we tried to explain the situation the manager Melinda she refused to help rectify the situation. We feel cheated for it being sold to us under the false pretence that it would not expire, and we feel cheated again by the unwillingness to fix or help in this situation. Being told flat out they would not accept the certificate they didn't even offer an appology. The same staff is there even though it's under new ownership. So the people who sold it to us promising it would not expire are the same people now refusing to honor it. So low of a company to steal and cheat their customers. I highly recommend AGAINST this place.
