life. I had a very specific vision for my decor and centerpieces and she made sure it was exactly how I envisioned it. There were a lot of vendors the day of but she made sure to be on top of it all. Her assistant was very attentive and helped with all the little Details. I can say I actually enjoyed the wedding planning process and my wedding day. I knew that Ben and I were in good hands. he day, from steaming everyone’s dresses, organizing the items for the details shot, directly communicating with vendors, reapplying lipstick, helping you get out of your dress to use the bathroom, to much more!! I had a large bridal party, and because of her, we were on time for all events. We also went to 4 different locations throughout the day with the bridal party and she packed up all my personal belongings and made sure nothing was left behind at each location. Even when we were taking pictures for a long time, she kept checking on us to see if we wanted to leave for the cocktail hour. We also had so much fun hanging out with her and her assistant, they made us feel extremely comfortable. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, you need to do it! There were so many little details the day of that she took care of, but because of her, I can honestly say nothing went wrong and I was calm the entire day!

up to the wedding, she worked with all of the vendors I hired and put together a detailed timeline for the day. This was extremely helpful! She's a pro and knows all of the little details that need to be organized for a stress free day. She was there to make sure the rehearsal was organized and by the end of it, knew everybody's names (and we have a big family!). On my wedding day, Luciana and her team were on top of everything!!! We had absolutely nothing to stress about. From making sure the vendors were on time and where they needed to be, to helping me button my dress (very complicated!! Thank goodness she was there!),to hemming my mother-in-law's dress, and rallying up our family for pictures, they were prepared for everything. They truly made our focus about enjoying the day. Luciana and her team are such fun and loving people and a calming presence to have around on such a special day. They felt like part of the family and made my wedding a perfect, stress free day! I hope that I will be able to work with them again in the future! : ) Thank you, Luciana!!

It was so comforting knowing that she was there with us the entire day. She communicated and worked so well with our other vendors! ant the stress of any of that on the wedding day so I went ahead and hired them and I am SO happy that I did! And realize even though I am a planner type- it does not come close to the what Luciana and Silvana did for me!! Once Luciana and Silvana arrived I gave them my phone and they handled everything! (We had multiple convos beforehand and they had all the details of the day ready to go!). Anything I needed they were there and handled. They helped with keeping everything on time and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are just wonderful people-so friendly and positive! Luciana was amazing orchestrating the day with all the vendors making sure everything was just as we planned and wanted. We brought our dog for some pics and she was acting up a bit and Silvana just jumped right in and helped keep her calm so we could continue with photos. I HIGHLY recommended LaBella Planning! They are so professional but also so down to earth. You will not regret hiring them. I just wish I would’ve hired them sooner and for longer! The day wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was without them!!! Thank you Luciana and Silvana. You two were instrumental in making our wedding day the best best ever and took so much stress off my shoulders knowing you two were there and just had every little thing under control!

ough we only hired her as a Day Of Coordinator. Any questions I had along the way she was always there to talk to. Since we got married in a Church, I wanted to make sure we did not have anything to worry about. She was there for the rehearsal and on the day of she made it so much easier. The décor was set up, she packed everything up and even took the two pieces we had at the Altar and brought them to Park Savoy to be set up. She seriously was there whenever I turned to need her (fluffing my veil, dress, even made sure I ate, changing of my shoes, always there to touch up my lip gloss - the list can go on and on) handled the tips at the end of the night and made sure everything went smoothly throughout. I am so lucky I had Luciana throughout the planning and there on our Wedding Day!
