appear to be coming out from one of the layers. Highly, highly recommend!!!! For the value... I priced other small bakeries and the cost is comparable. Publix... $300 more for the cake I wanted. The fondant is marshmallow based and tastes great! The only downside... the fondant wasn't quite smooth at some of the corners... but that takes a lot to notice.

nd the cake was just prefect. My only complaint is that everyone ate my favorite type of cake and there was none left for me the next day. One side note. I do NOT recommend this place if you are looking for a chocolate cake. I thought there chocolate cake was taste-less (moist, but seriously taste-less). Nevertheless her other cakes were so outstanding that we didn't care.

but I read reviews that said they were very affordable. I made an appointment shortly after. My husband was very involved in the designing of our cake. I go for the simple look, and he insisted that it could not be simple. It certainly was not! Noemi made hand-made roses and tiger lilies that were unbelievably beautiful (and edible!), and she even took a swatch from the bridesmaids dresses to match the scroll design to the exact color. It was moist and flully. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great.

We ordered a 3-tier white cake with red details and roses and Calla Lillie's on top. It turned out PERFECT! It was sobeaitiful and it tasted delicious! The vanilla cake with raspberry filling was everyone's favorite! And the price was great!

were able to view photos of other wedding cakes Noemi has made and then discussed with her the design of our wedding cake. She showed us different color ribbons, different types of edible decorations, sugar flowers, cake stands, etc. The cake was very moist and delicious as were the filings and icing/fondant. Noemi was able to work with us and our budget to make our ideal wedding cake! We even were able to use one of her gorgeous silver cake stands at no extra cost. The cake was beautiful and we LOVED it. Her prices are very reasonable and she is such a sweet lady.

"funfetti" cake, and she made her own homemade version of funfetti that was amazing!!! The prices are very affordable and you get way more than you would expect for the price.
