I dropped my wedding gown off to LaSalle Cleaners and was told to come back in 1 week and it would be ready (after they asked me if I needed it back by a certain date and I told them to take their time- the wedding was over). I went to pick it ...up a week and a half later and was told "I don't know why she would have told you that. Wedding dresses are never back that soon. And she is the manager.... but she put in the computer that she told you it would be 3 weeks." So they told me that they would call me when my dress came in. About a week later, I got a phone call stating that my dress was in and I could pick it up at any time. I couldn't pick it up that day, luckily, because the NEXT day, I got another phone call stating that they had made a mistake. I didn't want it preserved, but just pressed because I was going to put it back in the bag it came in. Well, they put it in the preservation box so they had to send it out again to be pressed.
Don't get me wrong, they did a great job cleaning it- they got red wine out of it. It was just frustrating with all of the miscommunication.
