We used Laurel Highlands Beverage as our keg provider for the wedding because they will be "on-call" in case you run out of beer, and deliver your "emergency keg" at no additional fee. The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice. The da...y of our wedding, it turns out that they sent a new driver to deliver our kegs.. now we got married at Penn Scenic View, so there are many cabins and another pavilion out there.. The new driver had no idea where we was going and was trying to deliver it to the wrong place. Luckily my DJ/DOC called during our cocktail hour and asked where the kegs were, and the person on the phone called the deliverer and luckily he was still in the area.. But the guy who delivered them just dropped them off out back/downstairs of the venue.. which required my husband and all of the groomsmen to go out back and CARRY THEM UP THE STAIRS!!!!! Which could have been completely avoided if he would have just delivered them at the front door!! Also, the tubs that they provided to hold the ice, had tons of huge cracks in them and they leaked water all over the floor of the venue. I'm lucky the venue didn't keep our deposit for damages.
