Libido Funk Circus (aka LFC Entertainment)

Oh my goodness, LFC Entertainment was absolutely AMAZING at my wedding! The person I communicated with was named Desiree. She was so perfect! She answered all my email or call very promptly. My mother-in-law emailed her the night before to request a little joke on her son and she replied back in minutes. The music was FANTASTIC! I had heard them 3 years prior at a bar and called said bar to figure out their name. They supplied digital music during the cocktail hour and dinner, lighting, MC work, and, of course, live music. Every guest at my wedding raved about how wonderful they were. All of us were dancing the night away! They took requests and I don’t even remember them taking a break. Desiree had a lot of fun suggestions for the reception timeline, and did a great job pronouncing everyone’s names, even my Lithuanian friend’s name. My husband and I had a complicated first dance and Desiree did a great job listening to my concerns and helping us determine a starting que. I HIGHLY recommend LFC Entertainment! They are a very professional and had wonderful music. I can’t imagine my reception night without them.

I cannot say enough great things about this band. They were amazing! Our dance floor was packed all night and everyone raved about how awesome they were. Desiree is such a pleasure to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding five times due to COVID and she made sure to check in, communicate, and was so extremely helpful with all the chaos surrounding planning a wedding in a pandemic. At the wedding, the band absolutely rocked everyone’s faces off (that’s a good thing) and made our reception so memorable and fun. I wish I could give them more stars because they went above and beyond our expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend them for any event. They can play at my funeral they are so fantastic. THANK YOU!!!!

In two words: simply fantastic! We were lucky enough to hear Libido Funk Circus a couple times prior to our wedding at a fundraiser and outdoor concert. Upon hearing them for the first time, we knew they’d be the BEST wedding band. They keep your guests on the dance floor all night! And trust me, I’m talking about guests who are the last people you’d ever find on the dance floor in the first place!! I might even be one of those people myself, and when I tell you that I didn’t sit down at all during the reception because I was on the dance floor, it’s true (we have the pics to prove it and could barely walk the next morning!). Bonus: our venue stated they were incredibly nice to work with. If you want your guests to have FUN and dance all night long, hire LFC!

For whatever reason my review never posted from forever ago! ANYWAY!! Hands down the best thing you can do for your wedding. They keep people on their feet. You never have to worry about an empty dance floor. They are professional courteous and so fun. They are beyond passionate about what they do. It’s 6 months later and I’m STILL getting compliments about them. You can catch them at a bunch of shows around the Chicagoland and suburbs! That’s how we found them! You don’t get a wedding band “BLAH” you get a full on CONCERT and a hell of a great time. Desiree is a complete gem btw. 10/10 would get married again just to have them again!

I can’t say enough good things about having this band at our wedding. This was our exact vision for our reception. SO much fun! They handled the audio for the ceremony and the announcements for the wedding party introductions, cake cutting, first dance… Their communication with us and organization during the wedding planning allowed me to worry more about other details knowing that they had the entertainment handled (and they definitely did. The words flawless and amazing come to mind…) Reviews from our guest included “ the best wedding reception they had ever been to” and “my legs are actually sore from dancing all night”. This was by far the best wedding band ever! They played without stopping for us, and everyone cannot stop talking about how awesome the band was at our wedding. All guests said it was the most fun wedding and it was all because of the band! They were diligent, helpful, and organized in the planning process on top of the amazing performance. I recommend them to everyone who loves to dance as much as we do, and the price is reasonable for all you get!

Around Memorial Day 3 years ago we happened to see Libido Funk Circus and thought they were fantastic! So when we started planning our wedding it was an easy decision on who we wanted our entertainment to be. From our first meeting to our last, Desiree was extremely detailed. She thought of everything. From top to bottom, left to right, even things that we had no idea that we had to think of. Now on to the wedding day. Libido Funk Circus was incredible!!! Our friends and family are still calling us saying how much they loved the band. The variety of songs, the way they performed them, and their interaction with our guests kept the dance floor full the entire night.

We loved LFC! They added so much to our wedding! Desiree was great - she worked with us me to help create the timeline and make sure that we got our favorite songs played! The band was high energy and kept our guest dancing all night. We received so many compliments on our choice to hire LFC for our wedding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

LFC EXCEEDED all our expectations in every way. From our initial inquiry, to all the planning and coordinating, to the day-of, they were ON TOP OF IT! Their performance was so much fun, such great song choices to make everyone happy and they're SO engaging. They know how to involve everyone and are just so fun and entertaining. Don’t pick a boring, stuffy band for your wedding. If you want fun, energy, great musicians and singers, and huge song selection.... it’s LFC all the way.

We hired Libido Funk Circus to play at our wedding reception, and it was the best decision we could have made. Of course the band was top-notch, and they did an excellent job entertaining our guests that night. But more than that…having Desiree there was a godsend. Not only did she do a fantastic job of being the MC for the night, but she helped organize and simplify our entire night. At times, she was actually helping our wedding planner stay on track with the schedule! I can’t recommend Libido Funk Circus enough…and especially Desiree. Honestly, it’s hard to imagine what that night would have looked like without her!

LFC was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. Music for our wedding was very important to us and we didn't want a mediocre, boring wedding band that could be ignored in the corner. We wanted a band that engaged our guests and got people's attention. LFC did just that and more! They are entertaining, charismatic, have showmanship and tons of energy. Their songs flowed one right into another which really kept our guests dancing all night and I could talk for days about the variety in their song list! Also, Desiree was very responsive to all my questions throughout (and I had a lot) and always got right back to me. She MC'd the whole wedding and truly helped everything run so smoothly throughout the night! You just can't go wrong... HIRE THEM, you won't regret it!

If you want to have fun and dance all night at your wedding, hire these guys! Seriously. They were so amazing and fun and played a great playlist that had us and all of our guests dancing till the end. They play a great mix of oldies and new, popular songs, with a good mix of wedding classics. Desiree is awesome, she made sure everything was handled and taken care of, and she was really easy to talk to. They’re willing to work with you for whatever you may need/want. I can’t stress enough how amazing these guys are. They were even kind enough to share their stage with me and my husband all night, as we kept jumping up there to dance!! Also, for wedding bands, they are easily one of the more affordable and you definitely get your money’s worth. I cannot thank them enough for really making our wedding night the most fun and easily best night of our lives!!

Libido Funk Circus made our wedding the most amazing party ever!! It is three weeks later and we are still getting texts and phone calls from our guest saying how awesome of a band we had at the wedding! This was easily the BEST decision we made about our wedding. We originally booked a DJ but saw LFC and knew we had to Change our minds! They definitely didn’t let us down. EVERYONE was on the dance floor the whole night! The biggest compliment of my wedding was my husband’s speech and LFC! I would recommend them to ANYONE! LFC was amazing! They kept the dance floor packed all night. Multiple guests asked what venues they play at so they can see them again! Very easy to work with. We met with Desiree and we went over how the entire night would go. Everything went perfect. We highly recommend them!

LFC was the wedding band you dream of in every way! Super friendly people, very cooperative in planning, extensive song list, amazing performers. So many guests told us after the wedding that LFC was the best wedding band they have ever heard, and we agree! Libido Funk Circus was absolutely wonderful for our wedding!!! I cannot sing their praises enough. We had about 300 people for a black tie wedding in Chicago and every single guest was dancing the night away! They were entertaining, organized, professional, and oh so talented! I had the pleasure and the opportunity to see Libido Funk Circus at one of our town summer festivals. They were nothing short of amazing. Watching the crowd dance, sing along and smile the whole time solidified my decision to have them at our next local function. Every October we host our annual fall fundraiser. Political events tend to get boring, people leave after the speeches, nobody dances and quite honestly there is never any quality entertainment. Our theme this year was a "Great Gatsby" event. LFC was the perfect band for our wedding. They were VERY easy to work with leading up to the ceremony and had everything figured out so there was no confusion on the day of the wedding. THIS BAND IS AMAZING!!!!! They did not stop playing!!! I do not know how many people came up to us and told us how incredible they were! They are the real deal and you feel like you hired a private concert for the night! They make you feel so special and even let me get up on stage and party with them for a song! They shut the place down and it was definitely one our highlights of the evening! They even sang my husband and I's first song which was so special that they were able to do that for us! LFC, did an outstanding job at my daughter's reception. This is the second time we have used them. The dance floor was never empty. The energy the band puts off is contagious! As soon as we got engaged, my now husband and I knew that we NEEDED to have Libido Funk Circus at our wedding. Have you ever been to an LFC performance? If not, you need to. The crowd goes absolutely crazy for them. We knew that if LFC performed at our wedding that we would have a legendary wedding, and who doesn’t want that?! By the way, we were right our wedding was legendary and in large part to LIBIDO FUNK CIRCUS! Our wedding guests are still talking about our wedding more so about LFC. The members of LFC are super talented individually and even more so together. The members of LFC all have high energy, loads of personality, talent, they are funny, and the music will keep you dancing all night long. So if you are looking to have a fun wedding, then it is as simple as L F C. LFC took care of our ceremony music, emceeing our event, cake cutting music, first dance, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, dinner music, equipment for all of the speeches, and of course the dance party. They even coordinated their outfits to match our wedding colors. My favorite part about LFC besides everything is that they personalized some of their performance for us, which made us feel even more special. For example, LFC talked about how my husband and I met at a carwash before breaking out into the song “Car Wash” by Rose Royce. Which leads me to my next point, the music selection is AWESOME! Have you heard that LFC plays 50 years’ worth of music? Everything from ACDC to Pitbull to Luke Bryan to the BeeGees to Frankie Valli to Prince, and the list goes on and on! LFC brought so much fun and energy to our wedding. Many of our guests complimented us on the band, noting it's the best they've experienced in such a long time. We had guests of ages ranging 18-80 and people of all ages were out on the dance floor. They definitely "read" their audience and play to get the energy going. Desiree was dependable. The band was flexible with our venue in terms of set up time and space. The thriller and Elvis bits near the end of the night were so fun and memorable.

OMG where do I start? I literally planned my wedding day so that we could have LFC play at our wedding! They were so wonderful, accommodating, informative, responsive... Desiree took control thought out all of the planning. Not only did they provide the musical entertainment, but they Emceed the entire wedding! They have this genius paperwork break down where you put when and what songs you want played, what names to be announced, they actually helped organize my entire wedding day! I knew this when my Wedding Coordinator asked me, "when do you want to do the Grand Entrance, When do you want do the cake cutting, first dance, daddy/daughter dance, announcements for 1st speeches, ect". I told her Desiree and the gang got it! :) Not to brag, but people are STILL talking about how Sweet our wedding was and I'd be lying if i didn't say it was largely due to LFC! They got everyone on the dance floor, young and old...they kept the night going. It was an Honor to have them apart of my Big Day. You'd be lucky to have them too. Love you guys!!!

We just had our wedding in May and one of the most talked about highlights from our guests was LFC. My wife wanted live music at the wedding, so I reviewed a dozen or so bands. Most bands have a very cliche wedding vibe and sound, but after watching LFC perform in Chicago at a festival, I knew they weren't a stuffy/boring band. A great band that happens to perform at weddings, versus only performing weddings, LFC brought great energy, stage performance, interaction, and fun to the wedding. I would highly recommend :-)

LFC was beyond amazing! We could not have discovered a more perfect band for our wedding. They were fabulous to work with from start to finish. Dozens of our guests said it was the best band they have heard at a wedding. Many mentioned feeling like they were at a concert! Our dance floor was packed for our entire reception, which was a dream come true for us. We first saw LFC at a charity event 4 years ago. When we were making wedding plans, LFC was the first idea for music that came to our minds. We could not have chosen better. What a fantastic group to work with from the beginning until the end. The dance floor was packed the entire time. Every single person was on the floor at one time or another. Everyone is still talking about the band and how they could not believe how fun and awesome they are. A special shout out to Desiree' who worked on the contract, the music choices, was the emcee and a fabulous singer.

My husband and I had decided that we definitely wanted a band at our wedding because the few that we had been to with bands had been extra special. We went with LFC based on a friend's recommendation and we could not have been happier with our selection. Our dance floor was packed the whole night and we are still receiving compliments from our guests about the band. They were easy to work with from the start and were professional about everything. Our dinner ran a little late so they accommodated us by taking a shorter break. They provided music for our cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing portions of the night and Emcee'd the night as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun band to keep their guests dancing and entertained all night!

We had LFC play at our wedding on August 15th at the Carlisle in Lombard, IL. They were awesome! They were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process, very adaptable to last minute surprises, and most importantly they put on an amazing show the night of the wedding. We've seen them twice at other venues and can honestly say they put 100% of the same energy they do at a bar as they did for our reception. Love these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone else!!

Libido Funk Circus played at our wedding on July 10, 2015. I could go on for days about how fantastic they were! They are super talented and professional people and musicians! I could not be happier with the choice to have them play at the wedding! They were phenomenal! They got the whole crowd going the entire reception…and so many people commented how much fun the band was. All announcements were coordinated through them as well, and went seamlessly. I had nothing to worry about; they had everything under control the entire evening! I would recommend this band to anyone that is looking for a fun, upbeat band that will make their wedding unforgettable. Libido Funk Circus was one of my favorite parts of the wedding, an absolute dream come true!

These guys knocked it out of the park at our wedding - they came complete with a light show, worked with our unique venue, and delivered on every request we made. If you want a band that people will have your entire wedding on the dancefloor, and guests talking about for months after, these guys are it. We even have family members seeking them out at summer festivals this summer to see them again. The only constructive criticism I would give is two of our requests could use some practice - Chicken Fried & Party in the USA. They were both still great, but didn't sound as amazing as the rest of their set.

Fantastic, talented band that has an excellent range of songs and definitely knows how to work a crowd. They were professional and responsive in setting up for the big day and answering any questions we had. Most importantly, everything went off without a hitch and the dance floor was packed the entire night. After their fee and feeding them, it's a bit pricey, but in the end provided memories that were worth it. We would highly recommend them for future events. :)

This band brought it! Everyone was on their feet! Very professional and the night was absolutely perfect. A great price range for their performance. I've been to weddings where the band cost 3x and have 1/3 of the energy! Partied all night!

Okay, if you have never hear LFC you are missing out and the best show ever. This band really knows how to put on a great show, and are always adding new songs. Having them at our wedding made it the best wedding I have ever been to!!! Yeah yeah it was my wedding and I am a bit bias but really it was the best time I have ever had at a wedding. They brought so much fun and energy, and the dance floor was packed the whole night. We have already had friends and family say that they will book them for their wedding.
