The photographer asked everyone to try to avoid walking in the area behind where the photos were taken, but again the back up space for your event was small. It is in our contract that we can't be held liable for lack of cooperation. 8. You got responses to every email from us. We went back and looked. We do not send sneak peeks before the 4 week photo turnaround time, that again is LISTED IN YOUR CONTRACT, and the video was sent a few days late due to the HURRICANE CAUSING OUR EDITING TEAM TO HAVE NO ELECTRIC which was also in the response email we sent you. Florida was hit by the hurricane leaving our team without power for a week, we updated you via email about this situation. 9. Your mother called and blamed us for your wedding being inside. We explained that we do not control if your wedding is indoor or outdoor, or the WEATHER. She demanded a full REFUND BEFORE we even edited your photos or video...you had not even seen your images and already demanded a refund? She stated that "We ruined her daughters beach wedding, making it be inside", we have no say if a wedding is indoor or outdoor???? That is up to the venue, and we called the venue and they said your mother had called them too. OVERALL, state the facts. It poured down rain on your wedding day. We hate that for you and offer any of our rain clients a free bridal session to get the shots they missed out on due to weather. we can't alter the actual atmosphere of the location such as people in the background in public. The glasses glare is something that isn't caught by a photographers eye in all cases, we do not have people remove glasses when they always wear them, it could be offensive to the client. We do not edit glasses glare out of images unless it's requested and a lot of times it's not something that can be edited out. We are very sorry you aren't happy, as you can see, that's not something that we get complaints about EVER, and we sincerely apologize.
