I was really excited about working with Lily's for my wedding flowers - but I ended up dissapointed. The florist was very accomodating and helpful, but the flowers didn't turn out anything like I had anticipated. The boutineers were fine - the ...were what was expected. But Lily's had trouble with some of the flowers for the bridal and bridesmaid's bouquets and instead of calling me, they just ordered something else. I had specifically stated that I didn't wat roses in my flowers, and guess what? They ordered roses.
Lily's said they would make their mistake right, and in the end the flowers were okay. They worked, it was just frusterating to pay $200 per bouquet and not get what you wanted.
As a side note - I also ordered flowers from this store one other time, and they completely messed up that order as well. Needless to say, I'm finding a different florist.
