sion to basically wrecking our evening. We had to scramble to find new transportation for our party. Thankfully there are other more reputable and reliable limo services out there that came to our rescue. Steve offered no help or solution to remedy the situation (This was at 8 pm on a Saturday night) Sadly, we lost the reservation for our large group as the other service was coming from Grand Rapids and could not arrive until after 9 pm. (Obviously nobody was going to drive as we had been drinking - hence the bus reservation) Steve did let us know how lucky we were that he was going to refund us our deposit. That is a given Steve, as no service was provided. We asked for some sort of compensation to make up for the upheaval created by Lily's Limos. Steve turned quite nasty at that point. There are way better limo companies in West Michigan to do business with.

Our group reserved a bus from 8pm - 1am for a bachelorette party What our group received from Steve (the owner) was a last minute text at 7:46 pm to tell us his bus is broke and can't make it for the 8:00 pm pick up. As a courtesy though, he said he would be willing to refund our money. The refund is a no - brainer Steve, not a "courtesy". Lily's Limo completely train wrecked the evening of events. We lost our reservation for our large group at a restaurant, we had friends stranded in a town for a significant period of time, our evening of fun and celebration was impacted while we scrambled to adjust plans to be safe and find new transportation. Lily's limo offered no help, accepted no responsibility, and offered no solutions. We asked for some sort of compensation for the girls as he completely wrecked their scheduled events for the evening and he refused. No compassion was shown at all. RUN from this business!!

d for a 1.5 hour time slot and only had 40 mins left after he finally got us out of the parking lot. We had to miss 2 of our stops and our photographer was rushed. When I asked for a refund of our money I was ignored. After a few days I was finally offered 50 dollars off my 700 dollar bill. WOW!!! I still have not seen that sorry excuse of a refund nor have I heard back for 2 weeks. STAY AWAY

We were evening running over on our finish time and the driver did not hassle us to hurry or anything. The limo was clean and very nice inside. We will definitely hire them again for another event!

y of 22 people. The driver was very professional and patient, he showed up early and made as many stops as we wanted. We brought a drink cooler on the bus so it took up about two spots on the bus which was fine for our group but a larger group might need to squish a little to fit everyone and a cooler. Overall we are so happy we chose Lily's Limo they were so easy to work with.

filled up. Had we not called, he would have definitely been late. It was a little warm in the limo, but on at 80 degree day, I imagine that's to be expected. He also did not know his way around very well, and relied on the photographer to give him directions. The wedding party didn't really notice, and we still definitely enjoyed ourselves.

wonderful. He pulled over when ever we need to stop to smoke. The only bad thing about the limo was that the sun roof leaked. It normally wouldn't be a problem, but it just happened to be pouring down rain for the entire ride.
