Linden Hall is such a beautiful venue! The staff there went above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without a hitch. I loved all of the details that Rachel puts into things. I can honestly say that not one thing went wrong at our wedding, and I believe that has to do with the professionalism and hard work from Linden Hall (and our other vendors). I would highly recommend!

Linden Hall was a dream come true for our wedding on 9/7/2024. My husband and I knew immediately after touring Linden Hall for the first time that it was where we wanted to get married. This venue truly has it all-beauty, uniqueness, excellent staff, wonderful food, space for an after party, and an attached hotel. We started off our weekend with our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant on the property which was extremely convenient and the food was delicious! Then onto our wedding day. The mansion's beauty speaks for itself. It will give your wedding a feel of elegance and grandeur. When it is time to transition to the tent for your reception you wont be disappointed. The tent is new and is temperature controlled, clean, and very spacious. The company Linden Hall recommends for décor is called illume and they can transform the tent into anything you want. The property is located in the laural highlands, so the grounds and views are beautiful as well. All of the previous reviews mentioned how great the venue coordinator, Rachel, is, and this is no exception. She is extremely enthusiastic, kind, and clearly passionate about her job. We worked directly with her through the entire process and by the end we felt like we were working with a family member. She answered every email, and trust me there were a lot, promptly and thoroughly and never made me feel like I was a bother. She has so much experience and helped us plan our day of timeline with ease. They share a great online blueprint program of the tent with you which makes planning your floor plan and seating chart a breeze. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Rachel worked behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. She also designed and arranged our cookie table for us and it was beautiful! The food there is excellent, our guests were very impressed and many told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. If your reception is in the tent, dinner will be buffet style. I was nervous about a buffet at first because of timing, but it ran smoothly and was not a problem. We had several family and friends with different food allergies that needed special meals and they were able to accommodate without any problems. I loved that we could have an after party at the restaurant/bar on the property and guests could stay at the hotel on the grounds as well. The hotel breakfast was included with the price of a room so we were able to spend time with our guests the next morning as well. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating-they truly went above and beyond for us and you can tell how hard everyone there works. We had such a beaitufil wedding weekend thanks to Linden Hall! I would 100/10 recommend Linden Hall to anyone!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I wish I could do it all over again because it was such a dream and also because of the Linden Hall family. My husband and I got married on 8/24 and turned it into a long weekend arriving Thursday before everyone else. Rachel Swink is the main event coordinator and blew us away during our first initial tour. She’s very knowledgeable of the mansion itself and the logistics of running a smooth wedding. She will calm any nerves you have! The venue itself is gorgeous and is all inclusive to help ease your planning, as well. It gives a small mini getaway for you and your guests since everything is on site! Everyone that we met that worked there was so friendly and accommodating. Our wedding was a dream. Thank you 🤍

Rachel and the entire Linden Hall staff are simply amazing to work with. Rachel, the onsite coordinator, from the time we booked with Linden Hall until the day of our wedding, she was quick to answer questions and helped us bring to life our wedding that was truly a dream come true. We couldn’t not have asked for better servers, bar tenders, and everyone else who made our wedding possible.

Rachel and the staff at Linden Hall were fantastic! We were at my nephew and niece's wedding and we are still talking about it. The venue is exquisite, every detail is perfect. Our daughter and son-in-law were married at Linden Hall in early October. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the staff and service there are second to none. From the beautiful decor and romantic vibe in the historic mansion, to the delicious food, to the service our guests received, I would not trade one moment. Our guests enjoyed a full weekend, including a golf outing and BBQ, our rehearsal dinner, patio fires at the bar in the evenings where they were all able to mingle, and delicious food at every turn. About two hours before the ceremony, there was an unfortunate accident off the property that knocked out the power in the area - including at Linden Hall. The power was never restored that evening, and when I say Rachel Swink and the staff at Linden Hall saved the day, I truly mean it. They hauled gas generators to the mansion and minded them all evening to ensure there was at least some power. Most of our guests were completely unaware of the outage and were captivated by the romantic candle lighting and decor. Our DJ was able to still entertain, and the food was perfectly done. These folks went the extra mile to ensure our kids had a day they will never forget. And to top it off, we ended the night with fireworks and live music back at the hotel bar. We have had so many of our guests say this was the best wedding they had ever attended. If you want top notch service, a gorgeous venue, an amazing array of delicious food, and great people . . . Linden Hall is the place for your wedding. We couldn't be more impressed with this venue!

My sister and her husband got married this past October at Linden hall, and I have only good things to say about the venue! The event planner Rachel is incredible with such a warm and comforting personality that makes you feel at easy with all the things that need done. Highly recommend having your wedding at Linden Hall!! We got married there 9-2-2023 and had a great experience. Rachel was one of the reasons we booked the venue and she really made the day so much better. It was nice that there was a hotel there so that our guests could stay and we didn’t have to provide transportation, also it was convenient that the booking came with food/bar (and Rachel) so we didn’t have to worry about hiring that separately. They created the most insane cookie table(room) for us that got so many compliments! Basically most requests (in reason) Rachel will accommodate and make sure you get the wedding you want. Plus the venue is so ornate/Rachel has a ton of her own decorations that you really don’t need to splurge for too much (we just got some candles and things).

My son Nathan and his wife Maddie got married at Linden Hall. We had lost partial power the night of the wedding and Rachel and her team made that night the most fabulous night ever. Linden Hall was a dream venue! At Linden Hall you are the only wedding all wedding! There is no chaos or rush to flip for multiple events. Your wedding was the priority all weekend! All my guest enjoyed everything being on the same property! From the rehearsal dinner on Friday to brunch on Sunday! You do not have to worry about transportation! And everyone was just as much in awe of the Mansion as we were when we booked! Rachel Swink, Linden Halls coordinator was amazing! She was very professional, supporting and was there for you the entire step of the way! The pictures captured at this property were breath taking, truly elegant and timeless. The reception tent is so much fun to decorate with Linden Halls preferred vendor list the ideas for the tent were endless! Lastly, the food! The food was incredible! Everyone raved about everything, best wedding food we’ve ever had! Highly recommend booking with Linden Hall!

It’s been over a week since our wedding at Linden Hall and we still can’t stop talking about it. We had an absolute DREAM wedding. The venue and services at Linden Hall were nothing short of perfect.  From the moment we first walked into the mansion for a tour, we knew that it was going to be the location for our wedding. Fast forward a year later, and the day was everything we imagined and more. The weather was beautiful and we were able to have our ceremony in the courtyard; the courtyard looked dreamy with the with the fountain and freshly manicured landscaping (we got an extra bonus with all the fall foliage)! We had our reception in the mansion and can’t express how gorgeous it was. The mansion has so much natural character both inside and out that minimal decoration is needed. In a weird way, the mansion feels like an entity that is a part of your wedding and not just a venue… it is an attraction for all to enjoy the history and elegance while also celebrating your big day.   The food served at the reception (sirloin, stuffed shrimp and chicken) was all very good, and we received positive feedback from our guests on both the dinner selections and the cocktail hour food. We also had had our rehearsal dinner on site and went with the Italian buffet; it was delicious too! The breakfast buffet (that is included with all hotel stays) was also very tasty. The wait staff and bartenders were also very attentive and so kind; you truly feel as if every single employee is interested in making sure you have the best weekend possible. Special shout out to Dawn and Becca, who we especially loved! Last, but not least… to have Rachel as an on-site coordinator from day one made all the difference. We had lots of questions for her during the planning process and she always provided timely and thoughtful responses while being direct and addressing any concern or question that we had. Everything that she promised was followed through on and it was very evident that she truly cared about us as people. She took the time to get to know us and worked to make sure that she understood our vision for the day. She is also so incredibly organized and makes sure your day runs smoothly. We had the most stress free wedding day ever and were able to totally enjoy every second of it, and that is thanks to Rachel and the way that she handled all of the logistics. Rachel worked directly with our vendors as needed (DJ Dickie with second to none productions, stone & field photography, Perry Floral, Katie’s cookie jar) to make sure that the day ran smoothly. We cannot say enough good things about Rachel (or our other vendors - we LOVED them all and are so thankful to them for making our day perfect!). It’s the week after our wedding and we’ve heard everything from “enchanting” to “the most beautiful wedding” to “the wedding of all weddings” and we can’t stop smiling or reliving the entire weekend. A few of our guests provided gift cards to return on our anniversary next year, and we cannot wait!

Where do I even begin? Rachel and her team are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do. As a professional wedding planner, she made my first experience at Linden Hall one that simply can not be beat. The knowledge, care and respect that she gives to her clients and vendors planning any event on site will leave you wanting to plan every event for the rest of your life there. From the bartenders to security and the front desk, every worker you come across is more than willing to help or go out of their way to assist you. The mansion and grounds are beautiful. With weather back up options and flexibility in the menus and planning, I truly cannot remember a single issue where I or my bride was told no or not given alternate options for what we needed. Rachel was definitely more involved than most venue coordinators I've met, and her advice and fast responses made my job 10000 times easier. I would recommend Rachel and Linden Hall to any one looking for a stress free, beautiful event space. I look forward to working there again and again and again in the future.

Linden Hall is everything you could possibly want in a wedding venue. If you want a venue that feels truly special and will blow everyone away, this is it. We opted to have the tent reception, and having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in three separate spaces that were all unique and beautiful on one site was perfect. We received tons of compliments on the food (also a perk because it's one less vendor to book). Having the hotel on site was also a major plus. The only improvements I could suggest are first having some type of shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony site and from the mansion cocktail hour to reception tent. The process of having everyone park and drive is a huge time waster. My husband and I also ended up getting stranded at the mansion and needed to borrow a guest's car. Also, Rachel the wedding coordinator did a good job, but I felt she promised more service than she actually provided. I initiated all email communication and often had to follow up to get a response. She promised to come and get my dress and the bridesmaid dresses in the morning to take to the mansion, and never did, so the photographer took my dress and we had to ask someone to come and get the others. She's very sweet and has the best intentions, but I think she could use some better support staff and be more attentive and proactive. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this venue and the waitstaff. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and cannot be beaten to impress anyone and everyone.

If I could give Rachel and the Linden Hall team 1 million stars, I would! I just want to say THANK YOU. Rachel is truly amazing and I felt so lucky the entire wedding process to have her by my side! To be honest, I could not imagine having a wedding without her! She was such a joy to work with. We worked with Rachel throughout the entire year and she went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. You think you have everything handled then it’s the morning of your wedding and things get hectic. Despite the chaotic prep, she was able to gracefully handle everything from top to bottom and every detail was covered. Friends and family were so impressed by her and her team's professionalism and ability to guide the flow of events. You’ll save yourself a ton of stress by booking with Rachel and Linden Hall. We got married on 06/24/23 and I am still receiving compliments that this was the best wedding they ever attended. The venue, service, food, decor, music, cookie table, and drinks were the most talked about compliments we received. The food at Linden Hall is the best wedding food that I ever had and so many of our guests said the same thing. You truly cannot go wrong with Rachel and Linden Hall. Rachel, THANK YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!! You are a dream!!!

Our wedding was on 6/10/23 and we still can’t get over how perfect the day was thanks to the amazing staff at Linden Hall!! Rachel Swink, the wedding coordinator, is the absolute best and made the entire planning process such a breeze! We felt so relaxed on our wedding day knowing that Rachel and her team had everything under control. Her attention to detail is amazing and everyone could not stop raving about how sweet the rest of the Linden Hall staff is! Rachel personally reached out to all of our vendors and made sure that everyone knew what was going on the morning of the wedding. We had our ceremony outdoors and reception inside the mansion, and it was beyond perfect! The mansion and grounds are so beautiful on their own that you only need the bare minimum of decorations. All of our guests kept telling us that this was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to and they were not kidding!! It’s absolutely stunning and even our photographers were freaking out over all the beautiful backdrops for pictures! Not to mention that the food was also delicious, you really can’t go wrong with any of the menu options they offer. They were also incredible with accommodating any allergies/food intolerances! I 10000% would recommend Linden Hall to anyone looking for the most stunning and unique wedding venue for their special day! The venue was beautiful and the staff was very nice. We gave it 3 stars because of our interaction with the on-site wedding coordinator. At first Rachel was very nice, attentive, and helpful. She said she would be present on the day of our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. However, she abandoned us after the ceremony without telling us or having someone else take her place. As a result it was left up to me (the bride) to tell the staff when to serve dinner, know when to do certain things (entrance into the dining area, cake cutting, first dance, etc.) which caused stress and confusion. During our meeting with the coordinator she assured me dinner would not take longer than an hour (I wanted 1.5 hours, but she convinced me not to) and that the bar service would not start until after dinner. Well, dinner ran 1.5 hours and the bar service started up during dinner meaning we lost time at the bar and time dancing because the DJ started playing music when he was supposed to (we only had the DJ for 4 hours after dinner). I was so stressed because things weren't running smoothly and I hadn't planned to be the organizer. I forgot about the bouquet toss which was very upsetting and I lost time with my friends and family who traveled from the west coast to attend. Finally, Rachel asked us to send pictures (engagement and others) so she could print them and put them up around the mansion as an added touch. We did not ask her to do this and thought it was very nice. On the day, we did not see any pictures of us any where and when we asked her where they were later she LIED! She said they were there and we just didn't see them because they blended in with the mansion. We have photo and video evidence that there were no pictures of us. Because this was not a service we asked for we would not have cared if she had just said she didn't have time to print them, but lying about it was dishonest and upsetting. This was a beautiful venue, but just beware of the untrustworthy coordinator.

Since our wedding, my husband and I have talked about how grateful we are that we decided to have our wedding at Linden Hall. There is so much to share about how Linden Hall made our wedding day (and weekend) so wonderful. Ultimately, Linden Hall provided exceptional quality of service and such a beautiful setting for our day. I am sure anyone who has had a wedding at Linden Hall would echo how wonderful their experience was with Rachel and the whole staff. One of the biggest factors for us selecting the venue was our confidence that we would be provided with support to make the planning process enjoyable. We were not disappointed! Rachel (our main point of contact for our wedding) was the ultimate excitement and hype source to help us through the planning process. She provided a wonderful balance between ensuring the day reflected our vision and offering her expertise when we needed guidance. Everyone in our family that reached out to support various parts of the day consistently shared how much they enjoyed their interactions as well. Rachel and the Linden Hall staff helped make the wedding day go seamlessly. Rachel personally did so much to help us that day from bringing the wedding party drinks directly following the ceremony, facilitating giving our envelopes to our vendors, and even grabbing last minute items from me the day of the wedding to help make the day run smoothly. Along with Rachel, the entire staff was so friendly, kind, and professional in their approach to supporting our day. Each interaction truly communicated true investment in our experience in such a warm way. We decided to have our rehearsal dinner on site. It ended up being such a wonderful way to enjoy great food and have such a great evening with our guests staying at the hotel. We had access to a great space to transition from the rehearsal dinner to evening activities (we brought board games, s’more supplies for their fire pit, and Pittsburgh Popcorn). Every experience we decided to add onto the wedding (rehearsal and post-reception snacks) along with seeing our guests at the hotel-provided breakfast really added wonderful chances to connect with everyone the whole weekend. We decided to have our reception in the mansion and our ceremony in the garden gazebo. Each of the spaces were so beautiful and we received so many compliments from our guests. Our guests greatly enjoyed the cookie room and the porch that overlooked the property from the top of the hill. Linden Hall provided my husband and I with a venue that had the aesthetic and beauty we wanted and the weekend opportunity to connect with family and friends. We both truly hope that anyone hoping for a similar experience will consider Linden Hall in their venue search!

We visited Linden Hall for the first time April 17th of 2021, after meeting Rachel and going outside to take in the beautiful views we got got chills and looked at each other and knew it is where we wanted to start forever with each other. We were married October 1, 2022 at Linden Hall and it couldn’t have been a better day. Rachel is one the kindest, most genuine people you could ever meet, and is fantastic at her job! She will make you smile, laugh, and feel special every time you see her. Rachel and all of Linden Hall’s staff were wonderful to work with, from food tasting, room stays for our guest, vendors choices, and planning each step of the way. Our entire weekend was made up of absolute joy, laughter, and love. It is truly a one of kind place to get married and you can feel that every moment you are there. Our bridal party, family, and friends are still raving about our wedding, a frequent compliment we continue to get is that it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to and will be talked about for years to come. We feel truly blessed to received such kind words about our venue and our day! This is a testament of Linden Hall’s historical past and continued success in the future! We cannot wait to visit again on out anniversary!

We just had our daughter’s wedding there this past weekend. I can’t say enough about Rachel and the staff there! Rachel is phenomenal at her job! She is 100/10! I adore everything about her! The wedding and reception were beautiful! We told her what we were looking to do, and she used her talents and expertise to create an unforgettable day! She is vibrant, energetic, organized, detailed and a complete joy to work with! The staff is so very helpful and attentive! They all will go out of their way to meet your needs and fulfill any requests you have. Everyone raved about the food! We did something a little different, using food stations and people could not say enough good things about the quality of the food and selections with the food stations… I think there were 30 some items to eat and choose from! The Mansion itself and views were nothing short of amazing! Linden Hall is truly a hidden little gem! I can be picky, and I would recommend this venue hands down!!! Thank you so much for making my daughter's wedding the wedding of her dreams. Rachel is so great to work with she gets every detail perfect. The food was outstanding also Linden Hall's staff. As the mother of the bride I got to enjoy the day without any worries. Linden Hall is the perfect place to have a wedding they have it all motel rooms, great food, outstanding staff and most of all Rachel who puts her heart and soul into the whole event. My husband and I signed a contract with Linden Hall in 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to postpone our big day until 2022. Rachel, the venue's all-star wedding coordinator, worked with us with patience, grace, and kindness every step of the way. Rachel is the sweetest human ever and is truly Linden Hall's biggest asset. You will not find a better venue than Linden Hall. It is truly a hidden gem. It is unlike any venue I've ever been to. The gorgeous views made the perfect backdrop for our photos. Plus, EVERYTHING is on site. The rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, lodging, breakfast, getting ready, ceremony, reception, and after-party. The staff was so attentive and kind to my husband and me, our families, and guests. I could go on forever!

Hi my name is Kara Rennie and Brent Mansfield our wedding was in September 24th 2022. I have to say Ican’t say enough about Linden Hall. The staff, food, Rachel everything was wonderful couldn’t ask for A better place to Have our wedding at. Linden Hall is a place I went a lot as a child and spent most of my summers there, it means so much for me to have my dream wedding there! We had everything there my bridal shower, our rehearsal dinner, Linden Hall works and stuff go above and beyond for us!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rachel and is so welcoming sweet and the more I talked to her we became good friends that we had nicknames for each other. Rachel helped me with so much with the vendors and her opinion and I am truly Greatly for her opinion. She had to bring me back to earth at some times! Lol I can’t thank Linden Hall enough for my dream wedding!!! I love This place and will come to the patio parties they have in the summer time. Words really can’t describe how absolutely breathtaking Linden Hall is. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff makes you feel like you’ve known them for years. Rachel goes above and beyond to make your wedding whims come true! From the coordination to the decorations, to the food and staff, everything was beyond our wildest dreams! Rachel has a way of making you feel relaxed during the planning process; she ensures that everything is exactly how you want it— and goes beyond your expectations. She is truly so talented, helpful and kind. Linden Hall is lucky to have a coordinator as wonderful as her! We got married at linden hall on 6/25/22 and had our ceremony in the garden out front and reception in the mansion. The mansion obviously speaks for itself and is stunning from head to toe. It requires little decor because its already beautifully decorated, and some rooms are literally painted with 24k gold paint. If youve toured the mansion you know its an absolute stunner. The thing that makes Linden Hall unique is the planner/event coordinator/rockstar sweetheart Rachel. I am a wedding photographer for work which means every weekend of the year im at some venue dealing with their coordinator and i have yet to find someone who even comes close to holding a candle to Rachel. She is so knowledgeable, upbeat, fun, kind, quick to respond, and helpful in every single way. She goes above and beyond for the couples getting married at Linden Hall and she genuinely knows and loves the mansion and its history. I cant say enough great things about Rachel. Our wedding wouldve never been as amazing as it was without all her help, and all the flexibility she gave us working around my crazy work schedule and busy season. If you choose to get married at Linden Hall, you can rest easy that Rachel will make sure you have the day of your dreams. All the wait staff and employees were also great and super helpful, the food was amazing for both our rehearsal and wedding, and i just cant say enough great things about Linden Hall. 1000/10 recommended this venue and the team of amazing people who work there!

There are literally no words to describe our INCREDIBLE wedding at Linden Hall. Rachel and her team are absolute ROCKSTARS and the sweetest people you'll ever meet. From the initial tour of the venue to weeks after our wedding, we have received the most personalized service and more attention than we ever deserved. When you book your big day at Linden Hall, you get a history lesson, wedding coordinator, delicious food, and amazing servers/bartenders all wrapped into one! Rachel planned our rehearsal, dinner, morning-of snacks and drinks, ceremony, reception and even a late night buffet. Our guests raved about the food and service of every single staff member at LH. The on-site hotel, restaurant and bar gives you the feeling of a destination wedding without needing to fly hundreds of miles from home. We parked our cars Friday morning and didn't leave until Sunday afternoon. There's no need to worry about driving or arranging shuttles back to a hotel when you can literally walk from the reception to the after-party area and back to your room for the night. Everything being at one venue was so convenient, but each event of the weekend was held at a different spot on the property. There's a unique beautiful location for each step of the weekend without ever needing to leave the grounds. Rachel was a lifesaver throughout the entire planning process and even saved the day when the rental company dropped off the wrong chargers. She took care of the situation and had it fixed before I even stepped foot on the property on Friday. She hand delivered our favorite cocktails to us immediately following the ceremony and repositioned our ceremony elements into the reception area so we could continue to enjoy them the rest of the night. There is no other venue that provides such a welcoming environment than at Linden Hall. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend and would relive this day over and over again if we could.

Linden Hall and Rachel stuck with us after having to postpone two years from our initial date due to COVID. We were able to finally have our special day and everything was PERFECT. Rachel is a true master of her craft and we could not have done it without her guidance, grace, and constant positivity. You will not find a more picturesque venue in PA that truly offers it all like Linden Hall does. Having our ceremony, reception, and lodging all in the same place was a dream come true. The staff were the kindest people I have ever met and went above and beyond to ensure that our day went off without a hitch. I will recommend LH for the rest of my life.

They had some of the best food I've ever had including rehearsal dinner, included breakfasts, appetizers, dinner, and even late night snacks. I cant even get started on the event coordinator, Rachel. She said from the beginning she would treat us like family if we let her and boy did she. She is a dream come true when planning your wedding and I wish I could put into words how great she is but there is just no way. Just an example 2 days before my wedding I went to her and said hey I have this idea for a champagne tower and all she responded with was "omg that will be amazing, how many glasses do you need?". Every single one of my friends and family members could not stop raving about their experience. We wanted everything in one spot which was huge for our day. Ceremony in the amazing mansion with beautiful staircase, with cocktail hour just in the next room/ patio, Huge tent reception down the hill, hotel and bar for the after party a few steps from the tent. Amazing experience since day 1 of planning. I cannot recommend them enough 10/10

We just experienced a magical wedding weekend at Linden Hall. From the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, after party in the bar/ restaurant, to post wedding breakfast- it was exceptional. Rachel treated us like family from our first conversation, through a postponement, rescheduling, and ultimately to a phenomenal wedding celebration. Her attention to detail and meeting our needs was impeccable. We were thrilled with every aspect of our memorable experience with Rachel and the entire staff at Linden Hall. Where do I begin? Working with Rachel and Linden Hall was an absolute dream. I cannot recommend this venue enough. We had a mansion reception and everything was beautiful. We had to postpone twice because of the pandemic and Rachel was understanding and supportive throughout the process. She was so receptive and accommodating to our particular needs and was a joy to work with. Why get married in the city (Pittsburgh), when the views and accommodations are better (and cheaper) at Linden Hall?! The value you get at Linden Hall is incredible. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS and the staff are kind and professional. Our morning after breakfast was awesome too! Linden Hall is a hidden gem and a wonderful wedding venue spot, I wouldn't have went anywhere else!!

Linden Hall was a fantastic wedding venue for our day! Guests were wowed by the interior and exterior of the mansion. Working with Rachel, the wedding coordinator, was an awesome experience! Linden Hall was able to provide us with a hotel on the property! They were also able to provide a rehearsal dinner for us at the hotel restaurant. I’ve been working with Rachel Swink and Linden Hall since January of 2019… originally we planned on having a October 2020 wedding. Due to covid we pushed a year having our wedding October 2021. Being a covid bride was a very interesting journey. Working with linden hall through the ever changing event regulations etc was the absolute best case scenario. Immediately Rachel was on top of everything sending updates and being educated on what could and couldn't be done. Best of all for things that were originally discussed that couldn’t occur later due to covid Rachel came with back up plan after back up plan always keeping My husband and I’s wishes at the forefront. I am so thankful for linden hall during that time all contracts were honored and we were a team to make the best plan for us all. So many other brides with other venues did not get that same courtesy. Beyond covid.. Rachel from day one was organized, a leader and truly passionate for linden hall and the large role she plays for the venue. She knows her stuff and has quick answers. Day of she was an absolute dream with Manning day of coordination and ensuring organization which made my experience as a bride do enjoyable. Rachel is kind and bubbly and everyone would be so lucky to work with her! Linden hall staff alone were amazing. We had many family and guests say that everyone is so nice and accommodating. We were full of compliments from all of our wedding. Linden hall the structure is insanely beautiful. But the workers make it what it is. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and expertise linden hall gave to us! Best wedding ever!

Honestly, I cannot stress enough how immaculate Linden Hall and their staff was. I will let my wife review and tell the full details of how well they take care of every aspect of the wedding experience, but the coordinator Rachel Swink is second to none, and the beauty and detail that goes into every portion of that special day is measured to perfection.

I can't say enough great things about Linden Hall! Our wedding was supposed to be in October of 2020, but covid had other plans. Linden Hall was so patient and accommodating! We were able to move our date to October 16, 2021 and it couldn't have been better! Rachel worked very closely with us to make sure our day was everything we wanted. She stayed on top of me to make sure I met deadlines, worked with our other vendors to make sure the day went seamlessly and we didn't have to worry about anything, and quickly responded to any questions or requests we had. The venue itself is gorgeous! Well kept and a perfect spot for two history lovers to get married. The hotel is comfortable and convenient; it was so great to not have to worry about our guests getting somewhere safely if they needed/wanted to stay close! The food was phenomenal; people are still commenting on how great the food was. Overall, the perfect venue with a perfect staff committed to ensuring your day is perfect in every way.

I can't say enough about this venue and Rachel the wedding coordinator there! My husband and I couldn't have had a more flawless day from beginning to end. The planning process was amazing and working with Rachel was nothing short of perfect! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with everything you could ever ask for, this is the place! I was the MOH at a wedding at Linden Hall. I can not express enough how both friendly and accommodating to both myself and my family. Two of my family members have dietary issues, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of for the duration of our stay. As for the wedding experience, the bride and groom were married at the mansion, which has breathtaking views and beautiful landscaping. The wedding coordinator was in constant contact with the bride and groom and was completely focused on making their wedding day special.

Everything was outstanding. The food was better than the best restaurant. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful in every way. The Mansion made the wedding special with it’s decor and unique atmosphere. Can’t say enough it was a great wedding.

Where do I even begin?! Linden Hall was an absolute dream come true! It’s hard to put into words how perfect and smooth the day went. This is a venue you want to book with if you want a weekend Full of your family and friends with everything taken care of for you. Our guests got to arrive Friday for our rehearsal dinner and stay on site through to Sunday without ever having to worry about driving to and from the ceremony site to the reception area (everything is right there!). Rachel was extremely helpful and on top of everything. Words can’t explain how hospitable she was, along with the entire staff. You can tell that everyone who works there loves being a part of such a beautiful venue. The food was out of this world and we got so many compliments on it. The mansion for cocktail hour was breathtaking and our guests were wow’ed with its beauty. There aren’t many wedding venues that give you the opportunity to have so many different locations for the day (i.e., ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour in the mansion, reception in the tent near the hotel). Each part of the day flowed so smoothly. The tented reception was unlike any of that I have ever seen. You couldn’t even tell that you were in a tent with how beautifully it was decorated. Their preferred vendor for decorating the tent is an expert in the field and it shows. Not to mention how awesome it was to have the after party in the hotel lounge for hours and hours after the wedding ended. We were almost just as excited for the after party as we were for the wedding🤣 I will forever be grateful that Ryan and I stumbled upon this hidden gem at the beginning of our search. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day and truly have Rachel at Linden Hall and the wonderful staff to thank for it. I will forever recommend this venue to all couples looking to tie the knot.

I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful and accommodating this venue is, but I will attempt to try and put it into words. We are a COVID couple whose original date was in October of 2020 and we FINALLY got to have the reception of our dreams this past July and it was well worth the wait. The wedding coordinator, Rachel, is a real-life wonder woman. She is without a doubt the "X factor" of this venue. She went above and beyond to address every question/concern we had (and there were many!) during the planning process and ever-changing restrictions. In one of the most stressful periods of our lives, she was always there for us with a positive and "can-do" attitude while still keeping it 100% transparent. Her attention to detail is unmatched and even the smallest of touches (for example she took our drink order during the rehearsal and had the drinks delivered as we were taking pictures during cocktail hour) went such a long way in contributing to a fantastic experience. She is just a kind, genuine and spunky soul who never missed a beat through everything. Seriously... THE BEST. Our guests are still raving about the venue's beauty and just how accommodating and pleasant the entire staff at Linden Hall was. We felt like we were taken complete care of from the moment we arrived to set-up on Friday to the following Sunday when we left. We are already looking forward to visiting for our anniversary :-)

It is what fairytale weddings are made of and if you aren’t having your wedding here, you’re missing out. Beautiful venue for a wedding however the staff and Rachel make this place special. Rachel did an amazing job for our son’s wedding. Every last detail was taken care of from the guest lodging, rehearsal dinner to the beautiful wedding and reception. The staff is awesome and they are truly loyal to this historical mansion. They all take great pride in their work. Rachel kept everything moving smoothly and corresponded promptly to emails & calls.

I am a florist in Pittsburgh. Last weekend was my first time at Linden Hall. I worked with Rachel. She was an absolute professional & joy to work with. I was out of my comfort zone by leaving the city & Rachel even left a message telling me about a detour. No Planner/Event Manager has ever done this before. When I arrived the day-of she was present & so helpful. She made my set-up which was extensive but easier. I appreciate this beautiful venue for a romantic wedding outside of the city.

We don't know where to start with our review because Rachel, Tim and the Staff at Linden Hall are just so fabulous! Linden Hall is a special place in my husband’s heart. His parents were married there in 1968, his brother also had his reception there and as a family, over the years, spent a lot of time there having dinner or just driving around to see the property. We got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2019 and my now husband mentioned about checking out Linden Hall to see if they had availability for 2020. I reached out and Rachel and she said they had only two dates available in August. So, we met with her, checked out the spot for the Tent and decided that's what we wanted to do. Then Covid hit.... We thought we would be ok being that we had booked for August. Rachel was amazing through everything and we kept in close contact with the ever changing rules and updates. Sadly, we ended up about a month before the wedding date cancelling our reception there. Rachel was so gracious and understanding and we still felt that we wanted to have some part of wedding there. We talked with Rachel and planned to have our Rehearsal Dinner in the Outdoor Bistro Area and they knocked it out of the park! They gave our guests such a great experience even with having to social distance, mask up, etc. Rachel planned small group (under 25 people) mansion tours prior to the dinner and it was a hit! I make a disclaimer that we did abide by the Covid Rules. Our guests thought everything about the evening was just fantastic. Knowing my husband’s love for the property, they tried to make sure that we did still have the Linden Hall Experience since we weren’t having our reception there. I was able to have beautiful pre-ceremony photos getting dressed as the bride and we had our formal photos taken there after the ceremony. I really can't say enough about Rachel, Tim and the Staff at Linden Hall. Through all of the changes, restrictions and everything Covid threw at all of us, they really went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. We just adore Rachel. She is truly a sparkling light of happiness and makes the planning experience so easy and so much fun. We would highly recommend anyone to pick Linden Hall as their venue. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Rachel for everything, YOU GIRL, ARE AMAZING!!

Linden Hall is a truly fantastic venue for a wedding! I can't thank Rachel enough for always making herself available throughout the whole planning process and even more so for all the questions we had the weekend of the wedding! She will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect for you. The ceremony garden is beautiful and overlooks the golf course which allows for some great picture opportunities. The tent is a great size and is very adaptable with Covid regulations so you will still be able to have a sizeable guest list for your event. The food is top notch. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and loved every bite...that I had time to eat! The mashed potatoes were also extremely good! They also set up 3 bars so there was never a long line and the selection was great. We had the rehearsal dinner on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, and then breakfast for everyone who stayed overnight on Sunday morning. It is truly a weekend getaway which makes it even more magical. I can confidently say that if you book Linden Hall for your wedding you will not regret it.

Ladies & Gents, if you are looking for a dream wedding - this is your venue. I'll be honest, I couldn't even count how many times I sent Rachel email after email with questions - even before the covid craziness! She was ALWAYS on top of things, sending me detailed responses to keep me at ease. I knew throughout the entire process that we were in the best hands. Not only was she there every step of the way, but she also had so many sweet surprises planned for us on Saturday. She set up several pictures of us throughout the venue, and decorated the mansion for cocktail hour with the most precious decorations that felt so tailored to our relationship. I couldn't have imagined a wedding weekend without Rachel. We love her!!! Okay, let's talk venue.. I truly felt like a QUEEN getting ready in the mansion. Every room is decorated beautifully. The fireplaces, crown molding, and vintage feel made for an unbelievable setting to get mentally and physically ready for the ceremony. Rachel even had mimosas ready for us when we arrived! The guys got ready in the old bowling alley, and the pictures are honestly badass. The ceremony was located in the garden, and the views were perfect in the fall. The walk down the aisle is a long one, but I think that helped me to really take everything in, especially on the way back up with my HUSBAND!! We hosted our reception in the tent. With Covid - this was a life saver. Two of the tent walls were opened which felt great on the 75 degree day! There is also a lot of piece of mind with Linden Hall's heating / cooling system, so even if the day wasn't as nice, we would have been covered! We had plenty of space, and with three bars set up, our friends and family never had to wait long for a drink! I will say, it is a lot of white space - definitely plan to have your florist work their magic on the ceiling of the event space! We used Linda Brown Florals and I could have cried at the results - Kylie is a beautifully talented, sweet human that we love SO MUCH! The serving staff was wonderful - special shout out to Dawn, she was the sweetest! Dinner (what I had time to eat of it) was phenomenal - I will recommend the salmon until my last breath. We can't wait to have anniversary dinners here for years to come. The best part? It wasn't even over on Saturday! Sunday morning, we had breakfast with all of our guests that spent the night. This was a perfect way to get in some extra one-on-one time with guests that live farther away, and wrap up the weekend. My husband and I cannot stop talking about how perfect it was - we wish we could go back!
