o make sure we stick to our timeline, but were attentive to every detail and request and made sure to leave time for touchups. All of my bridesmaids walked away so happy with their looks and I felt so beautiful on my big day. I also love that they use high quality products, as I have really sensitive skin. I had no issues with any of the makeup or skin products they used. Their prices are so reasonable and working with April on our proposal and timeline was so easy and straightforward.

hael pulled up a how to video and got it done. There was no length they wouldn't go to ensure we all felt our best. Diana did my makeup and nailed it. I do not wear a lot of makeup in general and have sensitive skin. She went over all the products with me and made me feel perfect with a makeup - no makeup look. I even bought all the products she used on me after the wedding!

ed a bit during our first look. At a wedding I was in mid-July, my makeup by another vendor lasted all night - so this was pretty disappointing considering I was the bride.
Secondly, one of the makeup artists who did a few of my bridesmaids' makeup applied airbrush foundation without asking if they wanted it. Lockstar had told me beforehand that airbrush foundation was an extra charge, but this makeup artist did not ask before applying it. Once she was outside in her car, she billed me for the additional services. I found this to be shady and backhanded service because none of my bridesmaids would've asked for the airbrush makeup. The company refuses to refund me because the extra price is in the contract.
Overall, I was in a pinch when I booked with Lockstar and it was fine. If I had more time and options, I'm not sure I'd go with them again.

If the add on services are performed we also per our agreement charge the card on file. I (being incredibly indecisive) changed my hair and makeup style a few weeks before the wedding (I decided to do more dramatic makeup and I bought hair extensions, which we didn't do either at the trial) and both Kelsey and Dorisa were unbelievably accommodating and reassuring that they could handle whatever changes I threw their way- and wow they were right- I felt BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day. They worked on site at my parents house and were totally flexible setting up around what we had available; their new salon is really nice too and in a great location if you’re going to get ready there. They worked really quickly but spent time getting to know each girl and asking what everyone’s preferences were. Which included my engagement shoot, wedding day, and the day after my wedding a simple updo for the Newport polo match. April & her team of stylist created each hairstyle perfectly and just the way I imagined it with every fine detail in place. The team made me & my girls feel so special and beautiful.
