Every single vendor she set us up with was fantastic--- damn did she know the right people! From venues, to food, photography, flowers, and invitation/graphic design---impeccable taste, my friend. Now that the wedding is over, I miss working with her---my husband and I may just have to come up with another excuse to hire her...

e and decor - from our ceremony chuppah draped in a saree, to the beautiful table design (with custom runners) and layout, to rentals, and helping us think about florals (and so much more). She took our ideas of having a Jewish-Indian rustic wedding and ran with it, and executed something completely beyond our imagination on the day of! In addition to this, Rachael was always willing to hop on the phone to be a sounding board, and was an invaluable resource during the planning process. When planning something of this size (150 people) you don't realize what you don't know until you don't know. Rachael knew the right questions to ask and was great when it came to dealing with all of the vendors. She was able to recommend some of them (DJ - who was awesome)and they all worked out great. Our main contact at the liquor consignment store even commented on how great she was to work with. I will say that initially my husband was a little skeptical of the cost, but by the end of the day he agreed that it was worth it. The week of the wedding was much less stressful since my answer whenever someone (aka Mom) was starting to worry about anything I could just say "Don't worry, Rachael is taking care of it." Also, the fact that you don't have worry about decorating, get things set up, making sure people are going where they're supposed to makes for a really enjoyable and memorable event. If not for Rachael's help I never would have been able to pull it off!

Rachael helped us make our wedding exactly what we wanted and it turned into the perfect day to spend with our family & friends. Rachael always encouraged us to keep dreaming up zany and off-the-wall ideas on how to make our wedding really personal while being mindful of budget and many times coming up with cost effective alternatives to help make our wedding day dreams come true. w creative and savvy she was and she had us sold immediately. Rachael spent the next year and a half with us, helping us (me!) to stay ahead of the game so I didn't feel completely overwhelmed. The day of the wedding, everything was just how I imagined and how we discussed it to be! Except for the one little hiccup. The weeks of reviewing guest card names, table numbers, posters and banners....I left it all at home and I only realized this in the middle of taking our first look pictures, only a few hours before the start of the ceremony. Without batting an eye, Rachael's team dashed over to my house, picked it up and everything took off without a hitch. The whole evening from start to finish was so organized and easy for both my husband and I. We both got to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about any of the logistics and if there were any hiccups along the way, I still don't know it! Also Rachael had some really great recommendations for vendors and while we already had some vendors that we lined up on our own, she found us the best photographer that suited not only our budget, but our personalities. We will never be able to thank Rachael and her team for creating the most memorable day for us and for making everything so easy for us so that we could actually enjoy our entire evening! If you are contemplating hiring a planner, Rachael is the only one you want.

didn’t get what I wanted. I knew I didn’t want a traditional wedding with a huge drawn out ceremony, bland banquet food, or drama filled bridal parties. My wedding needed to be exciting, over the top fun, and memorable. I wanted the party of a lifetime! And that is exactly what I got. She handled EVERYTHING and went above and beyond to make my wedding the best night of my life! She found the best values for my vendors and venues, made all decision making simple, and incorporated all my ideas seamlessly into my gorgeously outrageous New Years Eve Wedding.
