Giselle worked with co-coordinator Lynda to make my special day amazing! Let me start by saying I hired her really late into my wedding plans. I had planned a lot of my wedding on my own and was ready to breathe, stop thinking, and put down the... notepad and pencil attached to my hip. Giselle was great, she put me at ease all day! I hired her for day of coordination and to finish up all the little details. I was really surprised by how quickly she caught on and learned everything I had planned prior to hiring her. I was worried about this at first, but really had nothing to worry about. What helped was the meetings and her note taking. She is really sweet, loved talking about my wedding, but also very punctual and means business. Both qualities I was looking for in a coordinator. She wrote up several timelines as well for bridesmaids, groomsmen, family, etc. We talked till she knew my vision and was confident to execute it and she did an awesome job. Giselle worked primarily to coordinate the ceremony part of my wedding, but also helped with the reception details. She contacted the church and met with them. She went to Hobby Lobby for me as well in the week prior to my wedding.
Although Giselle was not my primary vendor as a florist, I did have her make a small bouquet of flowers to give to the Virgin during the ceremony. She did a great job picking out flowers for the bouquet and in matching them to my wedding colors. I had already booked my florist prior to working with her, but I know she can make great arrangements. I have seen her work not only for my wedding, but others as well and at bridal shows. She is very knowledgeable with flowers, and I would recommend her for this as well! I first met Giselle at a bridal show (after booking with my florist) where my reception took place and kept asking about what turned out to be all her arrangements. She also has decor to use and build your theme on.
On my wedding day she was my "lady in waiting" and started the day off with a Starbucks run for me and my bridesmaids. She ran errands for me the day of back and forth from the salon and reception site. She picked up our lunch and brought it to the salon too. She was there for me while getting ready assisting myself, mothers, and bridesmaids. At the ceremony she helped with the line-up and made sure the wedding party had everything we needed, water, etc. Giselle helped with the bustling of my dress, and made sure everything was perfect with our food at the reception ie. bringing us butter and extra salad dressing, etc. Both her and my co-coodinator made sure everything ran according to the timeline as much as possible. She helped escort us for our "exit" and even ater deciding not to change for that, she helped me change after exiting. Even after our wedding, she still helped me contact the church about my marriage license.
I would recommend Giselle to anyone in the central Texas (salado-waco area). She is really easy to get along with, really nice, professional, and considerate. Her knowledge of the wedding industry is a great plus too! You can tell she really loves her job and clients.
