sort of look I was wanting for floral, so I added her and from there she was able to create a quote based off of the flowers and look I was envisioning. I had a lot of last minute requests and updates and she was able to accommodate all of them with no problem. She truly is amazing at what she does. She was able to use the eucalyptus garland, bridesmaid bouquets and other floral from the ceremony and recreate it as floral decor and centerpieces for the reception in order to save me money. She stayed on site and moved the floral from the ceremony to reception herself, all while being discreet so that guests wouldn't see her or the floral being moved. For the last minute ceremony floral additions, I was able to tell her simply that I wanted two floral displays in the two nooks in the chapel, with no other visuals or descriptions knowing that I could 100% trust her taste. I could be biased, but my wedding floral was by far the best I've ever seen. Giselle nailed it! She brought the vision I had in my head (and some on pinterest) to life, and went above and beyond all expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better florist and I would recommend her to anyone!

n the aisle, she held my dress and fanned me, totally unprompted, and it was such a sweet gesture that I sincerely appreciate. Throughout the process of planning my floral arrangements, Giselle was incredibly easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I gave her a handful of pictures, and from there she was able to create something even better than what I could have imagined within my budget. The flowers were one of my favorite things about my wedding, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Our wedding was an outdoor wedding in the middle of summer Texas heat, and I was worried about flowers wilting or not looking great the whole day, but they were perfect from beginning to end, and we even brought home some of the larger arrangements after the wedding, and I was so sad when they finally died a few weeks later, because they were so beautiful. You absolutely cannot go wrong choosing Giselle for your wedding! :)

I truly appreciated her opinion throughout the process, and her honest advice to me about some things not even floral related! She let me borrow a few of her goodies as well just to help out! I really wanted peonies in all my flowers however they were still not available at the time of my wedding. She let me know up front what was going on, and was still able to customize my bouquet so beautifully I didn't even care about the peonies! I would recommend her to really anyone with any size budget mainly because she's honest about what to expect in a friendly way. In her quote she writes out all the details for you.

n I originally saw some of the flowers, I was disappointed but after talking with her about it, Giselle went and got additional flowers to try to match my vision better (with two hours to go). I'm sure this must have been frustrating for her, but I really appreciate the extra effort she made in helping make my big day beautiful. I've loved so much of her other work that I would still suggest getting in touch with her but hopefully you have the opportunity to meet in person to discuss vision.

Each time she made the necessary adjustments and offered suggestion on how to enhance arrangements and stay within my budget. My mother in law also reached out to her for rehearsal dinner flowers that turned out beautiful as well! I was so pleased when I walked into the ballroom! She knows how to stay on topic and follow your interest and color scheme. I loved how honest she was with everything we talked about and how we molded to new ideas and incorporate a beautiful outcome. Her scheduling is great because she works around your timing. Her flower signs were fantastic and original. I had so many compliments on the set up of the tables and the theme of my wedding. I would suggest to anyone to use her as a wedding coordinator and florist.

I could not have asked for more beautiful natural/vintage flowers for my wedding, she did tall and short arrangements, a centerpiece, cake flowers, corsages, isle flowers, boutanierres, all of my and my bridesmaids bouquets, and then on the day of she even saw that I added another table in the mix that I needed last minute and went home to make another arrangement for it! Also like 5 days before the wedding when I told her that I didn't need as many tables as I thought, she used extra flowers to create an absolutely stunning cross arrangement for the wooden cross thy was behind us for the ceremony. All for a price that would have cost me double and then some if I had gone through another company, and it was all gorgeous an everyone was so impressed at how awesome everything looked, especially me!

Having her as my day-of-coordinator really took a lot of stress off of me as I was trying to plan most of it myself and doing DIY things to keep the budget. Her flower arrangements were also extraordinary! The arrangements complimented the venue and my ideas perfectly and really livened up the place. I even forgot that it was grey and rainy outside with all the beautiful sunflowers and hydrangeas around! Giselle worked so hard to make my day special and it paid off. I'm extremely thankful to her. I don't know where I would have been without her and I doubt the day would have run as smoothly. I felt like I had a new friend at the end of the day. I'd recommend her to any bride out there who needs a genuine friend and professional to help them out with their big day.

I was really surprised by how quickly she caught on and learned everything I had planned prior to hiring her. I was worried about this at first, but really had nothing to worry about. What helped was the meetings and her note taking. She is really sweet, loved talking about my wedding, but also very punctual and means business. Both qualities I was looking for in a coordinator. She wrote up several timelines as well for bridesmaids, groomsmen, family, etc. We talked till she knew my vision and was confident to execute it and she did an awesome job. Giselle worked primarily to coordinate the ceremony part of my wedding, but also helped with the reception details. She contacted the church and met with them. She went to Hobby Lobby for me as well in the week prior to my wedding. Although Giselle was not my primary vendor as a florist, I did have her make a small bouquet of flowers to give to the Virgin during the ceremony. She did a great job picking out flowers for the bouquet and in matching them to my wedding colors. I had already booked my florist prior to working with her, but I know she can make great arrangements. I have seen her work not only for my wedding, but others as well and at bridal shows. She is very knowledgeable with flowers, and I would recommend her for this as well! I first met Giselle at a bridal show (after booking with my florist) where my reception took place and kept asking about what turned out to be all her arrangements. She also has decor to use and build your theme on. On my wedding day she was my "lady in waiting" and started the day off with a Starbucks run for me and my bridesmaids. She ran errands for me the day of back and forth from the salon and reception site. She picked up our lunch and brought it to the salon too. She was there for me while getting ready assisting myself, mothers, and bridesmaids. At the ceremony she helped with the line-up and made sure the wedding party had everything we needed, water, etc. Giselle helped with the bustling of my dress, and made sure everything was perfect with our food at the reception ie. bringing us butter and extra salad dressing, etc. Both her and my co-coodinator made sure everything ran according to the timeline as much as possible. She helped escort us for our "exit" and even ater deciding not to change for that, she helped me change after exiting. Even after our wedding, she still helped me contact the church about my marriage license. I would recommend Giselle to anyone in the central Texas (salado-waco area). She is really easy to get along with, really nice, professional, and considerate. Her knowledge of the wedding industry is a great plus too! You can tell she really loves her job and clients.

Setup, venue issues, decorations, dealing with vendors, my rehearsal (same day), guests, timelines, etc... VIVID Events is a one stop shop and all everyone (including me) had to do was show up looking amazing! I truly got my dream wedding without lifting a finger and it was worry free all due to the amazingly awesome job done by VIVID Events.
