Hi, my name is Luke! I'm a wedding photographer based in Bakersfield, California. Serving the Central Valley & Central Coast from Bakersfield to San Luis Obispo and Beyond! As a wedding photographer specializing in journalistic candid coverage, my focus is on capturing the genuine and authentic moments of your special day. I use my camera to document the emotions, interactions, and details of your wedding in a natural and unobtrusive way. My goal is to provide you with a collection of photos that not only capture the key moments but also tell the story of your wedding day. My approach is to blend into the background, observe the events unfolding, and capture the candid moments that truly reflect your personalities and emotions as well as those of your loved ones. I believe that these moments are the ones that you will treasure for years to come, and I am honored to be the one to capture them for you. All of my packages include Full Resolution, Fully Produced digital files delivered via a beautiful online gallery which is accessible on any of your devices and easy to share with family & friends.

captured both the key moments and guests of the day, while having an eye for the unconventional shots we wanted. When the schedule for the day fell behind, Luke was extremely understanding and flexible and did what was needed to fulfill our wishes. The complementary engagement photos was a fantastic bonus, super fun, and really gave us a chance to work with Luke before the chaos of our big day - and it gave us some awesome photos to boot! We also love how Luke had everything for us digitally, from payment to signing the contract and ultimately the online gallery created for our files. He was speedy in the delivery of our photos and the video slideshow which also contained some special surprises we totally didn't expect. Final verdict - highly recommend, would hire again.

at I didn't see from my vantage point which made me so happy. It felt like attending my wedding as a guest. He was so patient with us, captured the spirit of our day and he was in the background, I did not see him taking the shots. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He got us our slide show within 1 day, and our pictures in less than 2. Luke is phenomenal!!!

Luke did a fabulous job with our engagement photos AND our wedding/reception photos. He paid careful attention to detail and made sure I got all the shots that I desired. He also got our photos back very quickly! He is responsible and reliable!...

Luke did a phenomenal job on our wedding pics, I wanted more intimate pictures rather than poses and he captured exactly what I visioned. He was very professional and just a great person all around . Luke worked great with our children as well....

From the time when all my bridesmaids and myself were getting ready in the morning, to the first look, walking down the aisle and all throughout the ceremony, you would have thought there were 10 of him. He hustles! He captured so many facets of that special day. Typically with wedding photography you sacrifice quantity for quality and vice versa, however this is not the case. There is abundance of absolutely stunning photos of our wedding day. He posses a wonderful attention to detail. Photos of the rings, dress, décor, scenery, venue... I know for me personally, my wedding was carefully designed and details were painstakingly thought over and to have the little things captured in photographs is amazing. He listens to you. We wanted a very upscale, classy aesthetic to our photos and he delivered!!! We couldn't be happier. There aren't enough good things that I can say about my experience!! More recently we've adopted a fur child Jedi (German Shepherd Mix). Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA I started shooting weddings in California’s Central Valley & Central Coast back in 2014. As a wedding photographer with a journalistic style, my aim is to capture the real, unscripted moments of your special day as they happen. This means that the majority of the photos I take will be candid shots. Huge Star Wars & Disney fan.
