r hand, was a different story. I wanted airbrush makeup for my big day since it was a special occasion. I went into my trial wanting to set up traveling to my venue (10 mins away), since it was one of their services listed, but they had convinced me against it because it was easier for them to not pack their stuff. I agreed to accommodate them because I am very non confrontational. I also went in wanting a rose gold eye since blush was one of my main colors. When I had told Neil that was my vision, he steered me away from it claiming it will make me look like I "have pink eye in the pictures". I respected his opinion and let him go with a more "peachy" look. He also told me he wasn't going to do falsies for my trial because it was an extra $15 but he would do it the day of. When I got home from my trial my now husband pointed out that my eye makeup looked super orange in natural light, and I completely agreed. As we got closer to the wedding my maid of honor had convinced me that it was my day and I should be able to get ready with my bridesmaids if that's what I truly wanted. I ended up calling to change the location and felt immediately relieved of not having to miss out on those experiences. The day of the wedding came. I was excited and nervous. I explained to Neil the dislike of the previous eye look and asked for a more neutral eye. Everything was feeling good until my foundation was done and I looked at it. It looked very dark. I had mentioned a few times that I felt like it was too dark so he kept adding more layers of other color. Still looked dark, but now cakey. When I pointed it out he justified it by claiming it was the lighting and that he had to put that many layers because of all my acne scarring and it was never going to look perfect. My friends jaw dropped when she heard him say that. That's when I shut down. My scarring is my biggest insecurity and having it pointed out as the reason I wasn't going to feel beautiful was heart breaking. Looking in the mirror my skin looked gray. Eventually he noticed I was upset and asked why I didn't look excited for my wedding day. I mentioned again it's because I felt like the make up was too dark. He justified it by asking others to reassure me. He left to go back to his salon and never did my eyelashes. I waited to see what my makeup would look like with my hair done and robe off and I hated it. I burst into tears because I hated it so much. All I wanted was to feel beautiful and in that moment it felt impossible, thinking back to the comments he made about my complexion. I was starting off my wedding day upset. My bridesmaids makeup artist was kind enough to stop doing my bridesmaids make up to try to help fix mine. She did what she could to try to lighten it but it wasn't working. I decided to take all the makeup off and start all over. Immediately after viewing my natural skin (she arrived after my foundation was already on) she pointed out the reason it gave off a gray tone was because he used a cool toned foundation instead of one to match my warm undertone. She did my makeup exactly how I asked, rose gold eyes, falsies, proper skin color and I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life.

l & Miranda did an amazing job on our hair and makeup and transformed me and my bridesmaids into beautiful pinup models within a couple hours but it was the personal touch that makes this place so special. We had champagne flowing, tunes rocking, a little brunch spread out, great conversation, and tons of laughs along the way. They are beautiful souls and made my big day all that more special! Highly Reccomended!

feel absolutely stunning without any hesitation. Neil's expertise with my makeup was 100% on-point; (my bold red pout lasted 6 hours (!) with no need to do a touch up💋💄). I received so many compliments and it's all thanks to this team of professionals utilizing their passion. I highly recommend these lovely individuals for all ladies- to put their/her mind(s) at ease and leave the rest to these incredibly talented and dedicated individuals.

got to relax before the big day! They even let us play our own music and order breakfast.

service - $125 total. Then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I was not allowed to add the tip myself, so they made me tell them. I said I'd like to add a 10% tip (after all they aren't wait staff making less than minimum wage - they make far more than I do. And tips are for a job well done, not something you ask for and expect before you even begin providing your service.) The guy was clearly upset and said $20 was the standard - $10 for the hair and $10 for the makeup. If that's what you bully your customers into paying, then make that the price of the services. This is never appropriate behavior. They charged me $65 for an undo that took less than 30 min. - and looked nothing like the photo I provided. When asking them to pause (while airbrushing my face) so I could take a breath, they refused to pause and said to go ahead and breathe right through it (as I'm choking on the paint they're spraying up my nose). They smeared the eye makeup and then used alcohol on a cotton swab to clean up around my eyes, causing my eyes to burn something fierce. When I questioned them, they said it's not a problem, it's only alcohol and won't harm anything. There were still smears all under my eyes and they were going to send me out of the salon like that, so I asked for eye makeup remover and cleaned it myself. If they had the eye makeup remover, why not use that the first time? The bride also got her hair/makeup done, but was so upset by the makeup she cried and washed it off at the salon and left to do it herself at home. And the salon still charged her. The rest of the bridal party redid their makeup when they got back to the hotel. One of the two stylists was bossy and rude to the half of the wedding party that got their hair done with her. All in all, set a horrible tone for the wedding day. I would not recommend this salon.
