e work order would be emailed. That was over 2 weeks ago. I've been calling for 2 days, and was told the work order would be emailed to me. I am still waiting.

uld definitely recommend them to any bride on a budget as their linens were less expensive than other places we visited and they were every bit as beautiful. And again, the staff was so nice.

all or any reminder of any sort. I would think that a reputable and professional company would want to make their customer experience as best as it could and make their customers happy. We tried emailing and calling the company the day before (Saturday) in worry and haste to get linens for our event Sunday. We couldn't even leave a voicemail because their mailbox was full (probably other frantic customers). We never received any response to our emails not even on Monday. My mom tried to call on Monday to see if she could get any kind of refund and the company had zero compassion not even to apologize or show sympathy for the frustration. We understand it was our mistake in forgetting to pick them up, but we would expect a little compassion at least emotionally. I will NEVER use this company and I will never recommend this company, in fact if anyone ever asks of a good place to use for linens and party rentals, I will make a point to mention Lyndsey's Linens as a place to AVOID COMPLETELY!!!

on't have the correct amount of napkins they told me I could order or they can't get the fabric to make them and keep telling me they will phone me back and NEVER do - I had to keep calling and calling. I assume they don't want business since they can't seem to return a phone call to finalize and confirm my order. If I ever need linens for a future event I know ONE company I will not be ordering from.
