r using the pumpkins as part of the floral arrangements themselves. They were attentive to our requests and gave us great suggestions. They provided great, fresh flowers. They were very friendly and professional.

I arrived to my wedding I saw the bouquets and thought they were some old flowers left at the venue. When someone told me those were ours I almost cried! They were wilted and not even the right colors! We were supposed to have a vibrant fushia color, but they were a pale lavender! It was horrible and hugely disapointing especially after all the money I spent on them. The BM bouquets were so small all 5 of them fit in one 6 in wide vase. The roses were brown on the edges and we had to cut some wilted pieces off the front of one bouquet.

thought I would give them a second chance. I was in the store for 2 hours the first day talking through exactly what I wanted. I didn't mind spending the time if I was paying to have my flowers look perfect on my wedding day. Unfortunately we had to pick up the flowers the day before because it is a $150-$200 charge for a Sunday pick up (which was my wedding day). They instructed us for keeping the flowers fresh. As soon as my mom picked up the flowers, she knew they weren't the right color, which was specifically something I asked they make sure was correct. Not that anything could be done at that point, so we preserved the flowers until the wedding day. Following the ceremony, one of my bridesmaids brought her flowers to my attention that they were completely dead. Dead to the point that she had to rip out major chunks of dead hyndrangea and leave only the Dahlias in. They were barely out of water for a couple of hours at that point. I took a small look around and 2 of my 3 bridesmaids bouquets had completely died in the same manor. Apparently they looked like this before the ceremony but no one wanted to freak me out, so I was only notified after so we didn't take pictures with dead flowers. This was actually the exact problem we had when I was a bridesmaid. I would never suggest anyone use Madeline's flower shop. One mess up is one thing, two mess ups is too much for me.

en i changed my mind about the bridesmaids dresses consequently changing the color of their bouquets, i sent an email fretfully asking her to please take out the lavender flowers. i was afraid that the bouquets wouldn't turn out how i wanted them but she suggested a different flower in a different color for the exact same price. oh, and she didn't try to push any boutonnieres or corsages on me when i said no. i was pleased about that

he first. My husband and I only looked at her for our flowers! He loved the fact that they were a family business in its 3rd generation! I loved the fact that I had no clue what flowers I wanted, and she helped me find the perfect ones! We had white roses and cala lilis! She was very helpful in matching what colors I wanted, and even helped avoid a Wedding Day mess up. Everyone at Madeline's was very helpful every time I went in. Barbara always remembered what order was mine, and was always great with me! I recommend her to EVERYONE!
