I’m really not one for reviews and confrontation but I don’t want anyone else to have this experience. I had high hopes at the beginning. They were super friendly and I thought they saw my vision in what I wanted. It went downhill fast. I moved out of town so wedding planning had already been difficult enough. So being on a schedule to get things done was important. They said they would reach out in June for me to get my final measurements. End of June comes still hear nothing so I gave it a little while thinking they could be busy and still didn’t hear anything. After messaging twice, along with my family members they finally responded. A couple months later I was supposed to come back to get the final things settling assuming my dress would be near done. Same thing I had to reach out to them bc they never did. And went I got there the dress was nowhere near done. They said it would be done by July. Then august. Then early November and then late November. Fast forward to when I finally got it and tried on the final product it wasn’t what I wanted but the most important part that I wanted was the beading to make it sparkle and it had none. So I told them this and they charged an extra $300 which is awful bc we had already paid a good amount of money to being with and the beading was supposed to be there. The dress also didn’t fit correctly. But he excused that by sideways telling me I had no cleavage and I had lost too much weight. I hadn’t lost but maybe a pound and I thought the dress was supposed to be tailored to my body. But whatever. In the ending I got a dress. Was it what I wanted. No but it was too late bc I got the final product in December and my wedding was January 2nd. I had to the take it to someone else to get it altered again to fit me correct. That seamstress then informing me that whoever made my dress didn’t have a lot of experience and she went back and foxed everything for no charge. Thank god for that women bc the dress would have been even more of a mess. I felt cheated and spammed so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Gigi & Rita were so kind & personable! Very good listeners about exactly what you are looking for. I am still in disbelief that they can custom fit a dress to you for off the rack pricing! Highly recommend going to see them!

Gigi and Rita at Madison Square Bridal were amazing! They were very accommodating and did not put any pressure on me to purchase a dress. The selection of dresses they have to offer were wonderful. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Madison Square Bridal. You will be glad you did!

I walked into GiGi and Rita’s after looking at 2 other places knowing exactly what I wanted. They specialize in custom gowns and also have a huge variety of off the rack. I fell in love with my dress I SAID YES to today after putting it on the first time. They were awesome with helping me pick my dress. 10/10, go see them.

A five-star rating is simply not enough, as my experience with Madison Square Bridal was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and so very thorough... they thought of every last little detail to make my dream dress a reality. Shopping for the most important dress of your life can be a little intimidating, but GiGi, Eva, and Rita spent hours with me to design and create the perfect dress. (I even made major design changes 2 months before the wedding, and they didn’t skip a beat!) If you are a bride looking for your dream dress, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Madison Square Bridal. You will be glad you did!

I was very happy with the service and attention I got at Madison Square Bridal. They made me a beautiful custom wedding dress that brought together all the ideas I had but couldn’t find in a store bought dress. Gigi and Rita were wonderful to work with! They made me feel like they really understood what I wanted. They were also very encouraging in making my ideas into an actual dress! I got to meet the dressmaker a couple of times for fittings and she was very nice and easy to work with! I would highly recommend MSB if you’re wanting a dress that is both unique and special! So many people complimented me at my wedding on my dress!! They really loved it!! 🥰

RUN to this bridal salon! I'm a teacher from Dallas and tried on 32 dresses in 3 different states before finding MSG Bridal. Dresses simply did not fit my hips and chest. Paying for the wedding myself, GiGi and his team were able to custom make my dream dress at a more affordable price than purchasing and having another dress altered. I was treated like a queen from the very first phone call. Their attention was solely on me and designing my dream dress. When Covid-19 altered the time frame of my delivery date, GiGi put my mind at ease as he worked behind the scenes on a contingency plan that went off without a hitch. GiGi, Eva, Rita, and Elizabeth feel like family. Choosing this team and salon has been the best decision of the wedding planning process. I cannot recommend them enough!

After having a dismal experience at another bridal shop in town and resigning myself to the fact that I was going to have to travel to Italy to get the dress I wanted....I found Madison Square Bridal. Thank Heaven! My absolute exact dream dress, so elegant and timeless, made completely custom for me...Wow! You NEED to go see them! And if you are a bride over 40...save yourself a lot of stress and discouragement...don’t even bother going anywhere else. Go straight to Madison Square!

Madison Square Bridal was by far the best experience I had when finding my dress. Madison Square Bridal made finding my wedding dress not about me fitting into something, but about creating what I really wanted. They were able to help me pick the parts I loved about the dresses and link them all together. They helped me feel comfortable, at ease, and truly were helping me figure out what I was going to feel best in on my wedding day. So so appreciative and thankful!! I was nervous about doing a custom dress because you obviously can’t see the dress when you go to your appointment... but Elizabeth is awesome & made sure I was comfortable and happy with my whole style! I’m so thankful that I found MSB of Greenville! My appointment with them was very educational and helped me identify what elements, details, and silhouette I wanted in a dress! I actually had already found my dream dress across town (didn’t know it at the time of my MSB appt), but working with Gigi and Elizabeth helped confirm my decision. Gigi and Elizabeth were a lot of fun to work with - they kept the appt light-hearted and fun. I cannot say enough great things about this store and the experience they give the bride and everyone she brings with her! After trying on dresses elsewhere and finding only bits and pieces of each dress I liked, MSB was just the place for me to go and say YES to my dress. They take such care in explaining the customization process and making it all come together into the exact look you want. I was able to bring pictures of different parts of other dresses and marry them together into my own perfect and unique wedding dress tailor made for my style and my exact measurements! And if that doesn't sound awesome enough, I was able to do all of that for less than other dresses I had tried on elsewhere! Plus having the whole bridal shop to yourself really made the experience feel extra special. I would highly recommend MSB to any bride that wants to create their own unique dress to knock the socks off everyone on their wedding day!!

Had such a great experience at MSB! They were super patient and incredibly helpful! I walked in with little to no idea of what I wanted my dress to look like. They picked out tons of great dresses, let me take certain things from each and we created the most perfect dress! Highly recommend them!

MSB is the best of the best. I can't explain how grateful I am for Gigi and Elizabeth. I just picked up my custom gown and it is gorgeous... even better than I imagined. The whole experience was a blessing-- gorgeous dresses, excellent customer service & no pressure to buy. If you want a unique gown, they can make your dream wedding gown come true.

After searching for the perfect bridal salons to try on wedding dresses, I am so grateful and happy that I came across MSB! I was sooo nervous due to it being my first appointment, but boy was I glad to have scheduled an appointment with them! I HIGHLY recommend getting your wedding dress custom made from them. The team at MSB is so great to work with. They absolutely made me feel comfortable and even customized the store just for me. They allowed me to choose a pandora station and really got close and personal in order to create a ‘custom, all about me’ experience along with a great lasting impression. I appreciated their opinions and feedback during the process of finding the right features to fit my body style. Hello fellow Brides-to-Be!!! Listen by far this has been one of the best most THOROUGH experiences that I’ve had in looking for my gown. Elizabeth was AWESOME! I already had my own idea of the dress I wanted she helped narrow it down. GiGi is a Great help also (although he couldn’t get too much of a word in edge wise😂). I liked this part of one dress and that part of another dress and then this over here. After googling custom dresses in Greenville MSB popped up and I am beyond glad I did not settle and can't wait to see my final product! I met GiGi and his team at the Spartanburg Bridal Expo back in January and was immediately intrigued with their creative process in custom gowns! I booked an appointment in March and worked with Elizabeth to custom design my gown. It was a fun experience from the time I walked in the store! I felt so well taken care and listened to with my own ideas and of course, my pinterest board. They also were able to provide their expertise in dress design. They have a multitude of different lace patterns, fabric options, and styles of gowns. You can design anything you can imagine. If you can think it, they can make it! I go back in November to take my measurements and I cannot wait to see the final product for my April wedding!!!! I will update this review when the final product is complete!!

This place is THE best! Gigi and Elizabeth are personable, funny, accommodating, and wonderful! I had been scared to think about a custom dress (what if it doesnt look like I imagine, what if I hate it, etc), but they really go through every detail to make sure both you and they know exactly what is to be done. And customizing a dress with them is insanely more affordable than I anticipated! Even if you don't find the perfect dress for you at MSB, at least give them a shot! They're truly wonderful people, and you won't be disappointed.

I downloaded The Knot app specifically to review this place. I have always felt welcome at MSB!! They never fail to give me their full attention. Every one of my dress needs is being met! For a custom shop, this place is certainly within my budget so they were already great before I even walked in the door! I am getting my dream custom gown designed here and I am so pleased with the progress being made on it! My opinions are taken into account but they tactfully incorporate their professional opinions to ensure the best look for me. I have not gotten to try on the final product yet I am more than confident that I will love it!! Check out MSB y’all it’s the real deal 🙌🏻

I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk in the door they are there to meet your needs. They went above and beyond to find out what I liked and didn’t like while helping me make the dress of my dreams. I didn’t plan on a custom gown, but when we started adding the details and trying on the dresses I was able to create exactly what I wanted. I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day and I can’t thank Madison Square enough for everything they put into the whole experience.

Gigi and Elizabeth were absolutely wonderful! They really made the whole experience relaxing and fun. They are both very personable and the appointment was very intimate. They welcomed not only myself but also my guests I had with me. You are the only appointment in the boutique during your visit and they allow you to take your time as you navigate through what you’re looking for. I would 100% recommend them every time!

MSG is very helpful in everything that you could need for a wedding. They were able to point people in the right direction of what worked for them and what didn’t work. They were also very helpful in making sure that everyone was comfortable in what they were wearing and MSG was willing to step outside of the box to get everyone comfortable.

I’ve never been one to write reviews, but after my experience at MSB I HAD to change that!!! First off, I was sooo nervous (It was my first bridal appointment)) and the MSB team made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! I even got to pick a Pandora station to listen to while trying on dresses. The consultants listened to my preferences of style and showed my dresses that fit that style! They also showed me some of their preferences based on my body style. The MSB team was absolutely amazing and very experienced with all aspects of the wedding industry!! During my appointment with them I found the PERFECT dress and purchased it! They made me feel so beautiful and were able to help me stay in budget!! I didn’t go the customize route but I LOVED that they had that option available and affordable! Hands down one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had! Who doesn’t love that they can goof off and unwind with the girls to make YOUR big day less stressful? Definitely give them a try!!!!

The only place that I called in search of a specific dress that told me that they would love for me to come in and try on that certain style dress and I could custom make my own dress. From the moment I walked in to the store, I felt as though they really cared about making me a happy bride. They played my favorite type of music, reassured me about the process of picking out a gown, instructed me on what they have that could help me, and made the whole process simple as I needed the guidance. My mom and I left there feeling like we made two new friends. Amazing customer service! Check out their store it is nuzzled back in between other shops but they have a lot to offer and you can get the perfect dress.

I have mixed feelings about this business, and after all, it's not often that one has to rent a groomsman tux for a wedding, so my experience with similar businesses is limited. However, they provide a service, so let's see how they did. We'll see how much we have to adjust their rating, starting with 5 stars.... 1. All groomsmen were measured 1.5 weeks prior to the wedding date, and received our tuxes 4 days before the wedding. Let's say, +1 star 2. The folks were friendly, but that should be expected. 3. The tux rental was $200, so that seemed a bit pricey to me, and I figured that for that price my expectations should be high. 3. The tux I received was quite wrinkled - had to carefully iron the jacket, pants and long-sleeved shirt: -1 star (so much for expectations...) 4. The pants were significantly too long (+2 inches): -1 star 5. One of the groomsmen was not able to wear his shirt, it was much too small - he was able to borrow a similar one from Men's Warehouse (no charge !!!, + 1 star for Men's Warehouse) 6. They insisted that all tuxes had to be returned by 2pm the Tuesday after the wedding. And per their website the opening hours were Sunday-Closed, Monday-Closed, Tuesday open from 11:00am. So, not convenient with just a 3 hours window..Of course the return was my responsibility, but they made it a problem. -1 Star 7. The hours on their own website said they were open 11am-6pm on Tuesday. Yet when I arrived at 11am to return the tux (using my lunch hour) the hours posted on the door did not match the website - they opened at 12:00. -1 Star 8. The wedding was outside in the middle of July - I would have thought that they might have given advice on a garment suitable to be worn during hot July weather. But no, they went with the button-down jacket and 100% polyester long-sleeve fitted shirt. I wanted to take off 2 stars, but perhaps my son is more at fault :) So, my final rating: 2 Stars. Personally, I'd go elsewhere.

This is the dream bridal salon! They have this witty back-and-forth banter between the owner and the attendant. During which, they really get to know your style. Before the end of the first appointment, Elizabeth pin-pointed what I liked. From the music to the details, everything about this store is personalized. Got my dress in today and it fit perfectly! No alterations needed! They really emphasize "your size", making bigger girls like myself feel a lot more comfortable. I had to pick up my dress alone due to work scheduling conflicts, and Elizabeth was my cheerleader, taking my picture and helping me to look and feel good in this dress. And my dream dress was actually cheaper here due to a discount than it would have been at a "normal" salon! Loved everything about this place. Thanks MSB for investing in my wedding, and I'm glad we invested in you :)

I am so thankful for Gigi and his team. Today I had my first ever bridal appointment and it was the best experience I've ever had. I loved it from beginning to end. I got to pick my music, and they were very attentive to what I wanted, my style and my needs. We laughed, and had a lot of fun. My mom and mother in law had a good time too. Having the store to ourselves made it such a personal experience.

I had an amazing experience at the MSB of Greenville! Everyone who works there is extremely helpful, and very friendly! This place is very different from the regular bridal salons, they give you all of their attention and listen to your every wish/dream/want. It was all about me when I was looking for my perfect dress, and I think this is exactly what every bride deserves. So glad I found that place and my dream dress!

I can not praise this team enough! They are fantastic! From the moment you walk in until the time you leave they focus on you. Other salons will have multiple brides trying on dresses at the same time and it can get chaotic around you. Not here! You have the entire store to yourself during your appointment time. The team is fantastic! They help guide you through the process without overwhelming you. They listen to your likes or dislikes and when you get confused they will get you on the right direction for what you want. I never thought I would be able to afford a custom wedding gown but they are so accommodating with your budget and the prices are reasonable!! They don't try to sell you anything that you can't afford unlike other places! MS Bridal is amazing and you should check them out!!!

Looking for MOB dress. So unsure what I wanted. Anything I saw were only in Florida. Saw how MSB did custom made. Contacted Gigi and he suggested sending pictures of favorites and he would get prices. Got back to me within hours and on my way to measurements three days later. Everyone was so helpful and professional. So excited to see dress. So glad I don’t have to settle like I did with the dress from my oldest daughter wedding.
