Madonna Inn was our dream venue and one-stop shop for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception!
Their in-house event, catering, and bakery departments made planning SO much easier, as we only needed to book our photographer, videographer, DJ, and officiant. No juggling a bunch of separate vendors for tables, chairs, linens, decor, etc.
Unfortunately we had some miscommunications with the Event department that resulted in a few overlooked details and misunderstandings. I highly suggest hiring a Day-Of Coordinator at the very least so they can manage details and iron out any confusion with Madonna Inn Events.
We provided our own centerpieces, sweetheart table decor, and backdrop. They made set-up a breeze for our Event Coordinator and team and provided the cutest heart-shaped table for the brides and signature round tables for our guests.
On top of the venue itself being beautiful, colorful, and vintage vibes year round, it also makes for some stunning and unique photos. We had a blast working with our photographer to get all the best locations for our bridal portraits. The gazebo by the pool and spa was a must for us, as was the stained glass wall tucked between hotel room floors.
The Main Dance Floor (directly behind the Steakhouse) was perfect for our indoor ceremony with plenty of space for our 150 guests. The gold cherubs above the stage were such a fun and iconic bit of decor that were already up.
The adjoining Garden and Round Rooms were a little tight for our 150 guests, but everyone who wanted to managed to get on the dance floor, and the chandeliers looked especially magical during our first dance. Tables seated 8 and sat everyone comfortably.
We chose our favorite classic dishes from their menu served buffet style, with a carving station. We received SO many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was! Our three tiered Pink Champagne cake from the bakery was perfection and had a real wow factor for our guests.
We also booked our getting ready suites on site (Romance and Sugar & Spice rooms) which photographed gorgeously. This hotel offers the best rooms for fun getting ready photos. They really have it all!
We cannot wait to continue visiting for years to come as a married couple. Madonna Inn is our favorite place.

Everything I ever dreamed of!!!
We booked the Garden Room at the Madonna Inn for our daughter and son in law's wedding reception. We had the best service possible and the most amazing culinary experience! The Madonna Inn never disappoints! One note that I'd like to make is that we loved working with Kristen Trevino in the Banquet Management office. She stood out above the rest. I highly recommend working with her!! And the banquet staff in the Garden Room were so attentive and caring. The manager took extra special care of us all. Thank you Madonna Inn!!!
Loved having my fairytale wedding at the Madonna Inn! Every staff member was so nice and helpful. I worked the most with Kristen and Madison who were always so kind and informative! Having the reception and the ceremony here was so convenient and cost effective. There are so many beautiful places to take pictures. The cake tasted amazing and was beautiful which was another convenience. I highly recommend getting married here. The staff will happily accommodate and work with you to make the wedding of your dreams happen!
This place was perfect!! the staff went above and beyond. Everyone loved this magical venue.. Best part the decorations are pretty much done for you as the place speaks for its self
We had our reception in one of the semi-private banquet rooms and it was perfect! The service was great, the food was amazing, and the live band made for a fun evening. Kristen helped us with all of our questions and requests through the planning process and made it so easy.
I really enjoyed having both my wedding and reception at the Madonna Inn. I had a Disney themed wedding and it worked beautifully with the theme. My favorite aspects of the venue is that I was able to have my wedding outside in a beautiful grass courtyard in front of a pond and later having my reception inside in the Venetian room. The Madonna Inn does a great job of offering flexible and reasonable package options that you can customize to your budget. The staff was quick and worked like a well oiled machine.
The online minor struggle is their policy on setting up prior to the event. Unfortunately, they do allow other events to book your space prior to the wedding. Meaning if someone wanted to book the room for a meeting from 10-12 the morning of your wedding they could. This leaves you only the time after they are done to set up. Luckily, I didn't have anything booked prior to my wedding so they let me set up in the morning; however, things would have been super stressful if there had been another event.
Overall, I would recommend the Madonna for any wedding or large event.

Amazing rooms, it was a fun place to stay.
We had a 4-tier cake with 2 tiers of the dreamy pink champagne cake, 1 tier of the delicious toffee crunch cake and a tier of the German chocolate cake. I fell in love with the cake the first time I went to the Madonna Inn, so I was worried about switching from their whipped cream frosting to buttercream. They were super accommodating and made the cake with whipped cream. The cake still looked beautiful, with a pink ombre effect. I am so happy I went with the whipped cream - it was delicious and light and fluffy - I look forward to me & my husband eating it on our anniversary!!
