Based in New Orleans, LA, Mae’s Bakeshop offers wedding cake services. Mae’s Bakeshop was founded by Chef Jeremy Fogg in 2020 in honor of all the women in his family tree who inspired him through their baking and home-cooking. We use many old family recipes from these women as part of our menu. We use local, in-season ingredients as much as possible to help support the economy in and around New Orleans and keep our food culture alive. We don’t use any preservatives in any of our products. For our wedding cakes, Chef Jeremy has been perfecting his recipes for cakes, fillings, and icings to create cakes that are beautiful, delicious, and structurally sound so they can be on display for hours during your wedding.
